Abstract

本发明公开一种磁力活塞泵,包括有相对固定的电机以及活塞泵。活塞泵的缸体设成具有中央通孔的环形腔的缸体,缸体内设有周向固定的环形活塞,电机的主轴穿过中央通孔,且主轴上固定有分设于缸体两端的转盘,转盘上固定有对应环形腔周向布设的、且相邻的极性相反的动磁体,环形活塞的两侧固定有定磁体,定磁体的布设设成随着转盘的转动、而被动磁体交替地推斥和吸引、以驱动环形活塞于缸体内往复运动。本发明可有效解决现有的磁力活塞泵存在的加工工艺要求高,容易渗油等问题。

磁力活塞泵
技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用磁力来驱动的活塞泵。
背景技术
目前,利用磁力来驱动的磁力活塞泵,其磁力驱动机构是设在泵体外,因而,活塞泵的活塞杆需要穿过活塞泵的端盖,定磁体固定在活塞杆的外端。这样,就需要在活塞杆和活塞泵的端盖之间安装密封环,密封环属于动密封,密封要求度高,密封环要具有优异的密封性能。因此,现有的磁力活塞泵存在加工工艺要求高,容易渗油等问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种密封性能好、结构简单、容易加工的磁力活塞泵。
本发明为解决技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种磁力活塞泵,包括有相对固定的电机以及活塞泵,其特征在于:所述活塞泵的缸体设成具有中央通孔的环形腔的缸体,缸体内设有周向固定的的环形活塞,电机的主轴穿过中央通孔,且主轴上固定有分设于缸体两端的转盘,转盘上固定有对应环形腔周向布设的、且相邻的极性相反的动磁体,环形活塞的两侧固定有定磁体,定磁体的布设设成随着转盘的转动、而被动磁体交替地推斥和吸引、以驱动环形活塞于缸体内往复运动。
采用本发明所带来的有益效果:由于本发明磁力活塞泵是一种无杆式活塞泵,取消了活塞杆,也就无需考虑活塞杆的动密封问题,只需对缸体进行静密封。而静密封的密封性能是优过动密封的,可有效解决现有的磁力活塞泵存在的加工工艺要求高,容易渗油等问题。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种磁力活塞泵,包括有电机1以及活塞泵,电机1固定在活塞泵上。所述活塞泵的缸体2设成具有中央通孔21的环形腔22的缸体,缸体2内设有周向固定的的环形活塞3。环形活塞3的周向固定可通过导柱4来实现其导向滑动,当然也可采用其它常规的导向结构来实现其导向滑动。
电机1的主轴11穿过中央通孔21,且主轴21上固定有分设于缸体2两端的转盘5,转盘5上固定有对应环形腔22周向布设的、且相邻的极性相反的动磁体6。要做到相邻的动磁体6之间极性相反,只需布设动磁体6的数量为双数。将动磁体6均匀布设在转盘5,可保证活塞泵的工作恒定。关于动磁体6的布设对于所属领域的技术人员来说是共知的。
环形活塞3的两侧固定有定磁体7,定磁体7的布设原则设成随着转盘5的转动、而被相邻极性相反的动磁体6交替地推斥和吸引、以驱动环形活塞3于缸体2内往复运动。定磁体7的布设与动磁体6的布设是相互依照的,比如当一转盘5上的动磁体6的数量为两块时,且均匀布设在转盘5相对的两侧,那么这一侧的定磁体7可设有一块或与动磁体6对应的两块,就均可随着转盘5的转动,而被极性相反的两块动磁体6交替地推斥和吸引,从而驱动环形活塞3于缸体2内往复运动;当一转盘5上的动磁体6的数量为四块时,且周向均匀布设在转盘5上,那么这一侧的定磁体7可设有一块、两块或四块,在这不难得出,只要将定磁体7的布设间距设成动磁体6间距的倍数,就均可随着转盘5的转动,而被依次极性相反的动磁体6交替地推斥和吸引,从而驱动环形活塞3于缸体2内往复运动。当然,在同一侧只设有一块定磁体7的,会存在驱动环形活塞3的力度不平衡的问题。关于定磁体7的布设对于所属领域的技术人员来说也是共知的。

1.一种磁力活塞泵,包括有相对固定的电机以及活塞泵,其特征在于:所述活塞泵的缸体设成具有中央通孔的环形腔的缸体,缸体内设有周向固定的的环形活塞,环形活塞的周向固定通过导柱来实现,导柱导向环形活塞的轴向滑动,电机的主轴穿过中央通孔,且主轴上固定有分设于缸体两端的转盘,转盘上固定有对应环形腔周向布设的、且相邻的极性相反的动磁体,环形活塞的两侧固定有定磁体,定磁体的布设设成随着转盘的转动而被动磁体交替地推斥和吸引以驱动环形活塞于缸体内往复运动。
