Abstract
本发明属于TPU产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种TPU热熔胶加贴湿式PU再加贴干式PU,包括干式PU薄膜层和湿式PU薄膜层,湿式PU薄膜层的背面设置有TPU热熔胶层。相对于现有技术,本发明将干式PU薄膜层与湿式PU薄膜层通过第一TPU热熔胶层复合,并在湿式PU薄膜层的背面设置第二TPU热熔胶层,使得其既具有较好的耐水解性、耐磨性、韧性和弹性,又具有较大的厚度,还具有手感柔软、丰满、轻盈的特点,而且外观美观。使用时,只需将本发明通过第二TPU热熔胶层粘贴在针织布基上即可用于家具、建材、箱包等领域,简单方便,适用性强。

背景技术
[0002] PU是英文poly urethane的缩写,化学中文名称“聚氨酯”。PU合成革现在广泛适用于做箱包、服装、鞋、车辆和家具的装饰,它已日益得到市场的肯定,其应用范围之广,数量之大,品种之多,是传统的天然皮革无法满足的。而且其具有许多PVC合成革所不能比拟的优点,是代替天然皮革较为理想的材料。
[0003] 合成革根据其生产工艺分,可以分为干式、湿法和凝聚徐复法三种,其中,干式PU皮革在触感、韧性和外观上都足以媲美真皮,其粘接牢固,耐水解性好、耐磨性高,但厚度不够;而湿法PU皮革则具有良好的透湿透气性能,一般其厚度较大,因此可以提高产品的厚度,使手感更加丰满,但是湿法PU皮革不耐水解,表面不耐磨,不适用于家具领域,而仅用干式PU皮革厚度又不够。
[0004] 有鉴于此,确有必要提供一种TPU热熔胶加贴湿式再加贴干式PU,其是通过将干式PU薄膜层、湿式薄膜层和热熔胶层通过共挤流延或压延复合而成,使得其既具有较好的耐水解性、耐磨性、韧性和弹性,又有较大的厚度,还具有手感柔软、丰满、轻盈的特点,而且外观美观;使用时,只需将本发明通过热熔胶层粘贴在布基上即可用于家具、建材、箱包等领域,简单方便,适用性强。

[0005] 本发明的目的在于:针对现有技术的不足,而提供一种TPU热熔胶加贴湿式再加贴干式PU,其是通过将干式薄膜层、湿式薄膜层和TPU热熔胶层通过共挤流延或压延复合而成,使得其既具有较好的耐水解性、耐磨性、韧性和弹性,又有较大的厚度,还具有手感柔软、丰满、轻盈的特点,而且外观美观;使用时,只需将本发明通过TPU热熔胶层粘贴在布基上即可用于家具领域,简单方便,适用性强。
[0006] 为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种TPU热熔胶加贴湿式再加贴干式PU,包括干式薄膜层和湿式薄膜层,所述湿式PU薄膜层的背面设置有TPU热熔胶层,TPU热熔胶加贴湿式再加贴干式的生产工艺如下:
第一步,将干式PU粒料、湿式粒料、热熔胶粒料分别置于不同的螺杆料筒内,各螺杆筒分别将其内的粒料加工形成熔融状态;
第二步,将各螺杆料筒内熔融状态的粒料送入分配器内,其中,熔融的干式PU粒料位于熔融的湿式I3U粒料上方,熔融的湿式I3U粒料位于熔融的热熔胶上方;
第三步,将分配器中流出的干式PU粒料、湿式I3U粒料和TPU热熔胶粒料通入T型模头内共挤而出; 第四步,将T型模头挤出的粒料经过流延辊流延或压延成型,再通过冷却装置冷却成型,最后卷取。

[0009] 作为本发明TPU热熔胶加贴湿式I3U再加贴干式I3U的一种改进,所述干式PU薄膜层的厚度为7-15mm,所述湿式PU薄膜层的厚度为15_30mm,所述TPU热熔胶层的厚度为

[0010] 作为本发明TPU热熔胶加贴湿式I3U再加贴干式I3U的一种改进,所述干式PU薄膜层的厚度为12mm,所述湿式PU薄膜层的厚度为22mm,所述TPU热熔胶层的厚度为3mm。

[0013] 相对于现有技术,本发明通过将干式薄膜层、湿式薄膜层和热熔胶层通过共挤流延或压延复合而成,使得其既具有较好的耐水解性、耐磨性、韧性和弹性,又有较大的厚度,还具有手感柔软、丰满、轻盈的特点,而且外观美观;干式PU薄膜可以隔绝湿式PU薄膜所含的DMF等有毒材料,可避免使用者直接接触湿式PU薄膜,因此可大大提高湿式薄膜的环保性能,降低湿式PU薄膜对人体的伤害。本发明充分综合了干式PU皮革和湿法皮革的优点,并巧妙地避开了二者的缺点,而且二者之间通过无毒无味、环保的TPU热熔胶结合,粘接牢固,不易变形。使用时,只需将本发明通过热熔胶层粘贴在针织布基上即可用于家具领域,简单方便,适用性强。
[0014] 其中的TPU热熔胶适用温度范围广,具有良好的耐热、耐寒性以及耐酸耐碱耐腐蚀性和热稳定性,固定性好,抗滑移,粘接强度高,耐温性能优异,因此,使用寿命较长。而且,本发明还可以根据实际需要选用不同熔点的TPU热熔胶,可随意控制其加工厚度,加工方便灵活。

[0017] 如图1所示,本发明提供的一种TPU热熔胶加贴湿式I3U再加贴干式PU,包括干式PU薄膜层I和湿式I3U薄膜层2,湿式PU薄膜层2的背面设置有TPU热熔胶层3。其中,TPU热熔胶层3用于将本发明粘接在布基上,湿式薄膜层2可以提供较大的厚度,较好的柔软度和丰满度,而干式PU薄膜层I又可以提供好的耐水解性、耐磨性、韧性和弹性。[0018] 其中,干式薄膜层I设置有压纹或印刷层,从而使得本发明可以具有不同的花色和颜色。
[0019] 干式PU薄膜层I的厚度为5-20mm,湿式PU薄膜层2的厚度为10_40mm,热熔胶层4的厚度为l_5mm。

第一步,将干式PU粒料、湿式粒料、热熔胶粒料分别置于不同的螺杆料筒内,各螺杆筒分别将其内的粒料加工形成熔融状态;
第二步,将各螺杆料筒内熔融状态的粒料送入分配器内,其中,熔融的干式PU粒料位于熔融的湿式I3U粒料上方,熔融的湿式I3U粒料位于熔融的热熔胶上方;
第三步,将分配器中流出的干式PU粒料、湿式I3U粒料和热熔胶粒料通入T型模头内共挤而出;
第四步,将T型模头挤出的粒料经过流延辊流延或压延成型,再通过冷却装置冷却成型,最后卷取。

1.一种TPU热熔胶加贴湿式再加贴干式PU,其特征在于:包括干式PU薄膜层和湿式PU薄膜层,所述湿式薄膜层的背面设置有TPU热熔胶层,TPU热熔胶加贴湿式再加贴干式PU的生产工艺如下: 第一步,将干式PU粒料、湿式I3U粒料、TPU热熔胶粒料分别置于不同的螺杆料筒内,各螺杆筒分别将其内的粒料加工形成熔融状态; 第二步,将各螺杆料筒内熔融状态的粒料送入分配器内,其中,熔融的干式PU粒料位于熔融的湿式I3U粒料上方,熔融的湿式I3U粒料位于熔融的TPU热熔胶上方; 第三步,将分配器中流出的干式PU粒料、湿式I3U粒料和TPU热熔胶粒料通入T型模头内共挤而出; 第四步,将T型模头挤出的粒料经过流延辊流延或压延成型,再通过冷却装置冷却成型,最后卷取。
2.根据权利要求1所述的TPU热熔胶加贴湿式再加贴干式PU,其特征在于:所述干式PU薄膜层设置有压纹或印刷层。
