本发明涉及一种EVA胶加热管道,属于高分子材料制造技术领域。包括包裹在保温层内的管道和设在管道外侧的电加热片;管道内均匀间隔设有温度传感器;温度传感器输出端依次串联有模/数转换模块和中央处理器,中央处理器的输出端口连接有显示器;电加热片受中央处理器控制。本发明提供的EVA胶加热管道,内部均与设有温度传感器,通过温度传感器采集温度信号,由中央处理器根据温度自动控制加热片的功率,保证局部不过热。相较于传统方式,明显节能。

一种EVA胶加热管道
技术领域
本发明涉及一种加热管道,尤其是一种EVA胶加热管道,属于高分子材料制造技术领域。
背景技术
现有的EVA胶膜制程中,均采用将胶粒压入管道然后加热熔化的工艺。但是,由于EVA胶是热的不良导体,所以加热过程可能会导致局部过热。十分影响胶膜的质量。
目前一般的应对方法是,在加热管道外装上冷却设备,如果出现局部过热即进行冷却。但是这样的方式效果差,同时对能源的耗费是十分巨大的。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是:提出一种可避免出现局部过热进而较为节能的EVA胶加热管道。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种EVA胶加热管道,包括包裹在保温层内的管道和设在管道外侧的电加热片;所述管道内均匀间隔设有温度传感器;所述温度传感器输出端依次串联有模/数转换模块和中央处理器,所述中央处理器的输出端口连接有显示器;所述电加热片受所述中央处理器控制。
本发明进一步的完善是:所述温度传感器是由一个热敏电阻与三个固定值电阻组成的惠斯通电桥构成。本发明采用惠斯通电桥以保证对温度的测试的精准。
更进一步的完善在于:所述惠斯通电桥与所述模/数转换模块之间依次串联有差分放大器和低通滤波器。通过差分放大器的放大和滤波器的滤波,进一步保证测试的准确性。
为了实现功能的扩展:所述中央处理器的通讯端口连接有485通讯模块。
本发明带来的有益效果是:本发明提供的EVA胶加热管道,内部均匀设有温度传感器,通过温度传感器采集温度信号,由中央处理器根据温度自动控制加热片的功率,保证局部不过热。相较于传统方式,明显节能。

实施例
本实施例的一种EVA胶加热管道,包括包裹在保温层1内的管道2和设在管道2外侧的电加热片3;管道2内均匀间隔设有温度传感器4;温度传感器4输出端依次串联有模/数转换模块和中央处理器,中央处理器的输出端口连接有显示器;电加热片3由可控硅调节功率,可控硅由中央处理器控制。
本实施例中的温度传感器4采用由一个热敏电阻与三个固定值电阻组成的惠斯通电桥电路。为了让温度测试更为准确,惠斯通电桥与模/数转换模块之间依次串联有差分放大器和低通滤波器。通过差分放大器的放大和滤波器的滤波。
同时,为了实现功能的扩展:中央处理器的通讯端口连接有485通讯模块。
工作时,管道被注入从前方设备推送过来的EVA胶粒,电加热片3即开始全功率加热。同时,中央处理器收集各个温度传感器4传递的温度值,并在显示器上显示。如果某个温度传感器4处的温度达到标准温度即关停此处的电加热片3。
当某个温度传感器4处的温度接近标准温度,即低于标准温度10%,则控制此处的电加热片3的功率降低50%。
本发明不局限于上述实施例,凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围内。

1. 一种EVA胶加热管道,包括包裹在保温层内的管道和设在管道外侧的电加热片;其特征在于:所述管道内均匀间隔设有温度传感器;所述温度传感器输出端依次串联有模/数转换模块和中央处理器,所述中央处理器的输出端口连接有显示器;所述电加热片受所述中央处理器控制。
2.如权利要求1所述EVA胶加热管道,其特征在于:所述温度传感器是由一个热敏电阻与三个固定值电阻组成的惠斯通电桥。
3.如权利要求2所述EVA胶加热管道,其特征在于:所述惠斯通电桥与所述模/数转换模块之间依次串联有差分放大器和低通滤波器。
4. 如权利要求1所述EVA胶加热管道,其特征在于:所述中央处理器的通讯端口连接有485通讯模块。
