本实用新型涉及一种EVA胶加热挤出装置,属于高分子材料制造技术领域。包括机筒和设在机筒内的由电机驱动的螺杆;机筒外壁上均匀贴装有电加热片;机筒内避开螺杆的空间内均匀间隔设有温度传感器;温度传感器输出端串联有模/数转换模块后连接中央处理器的数据输入端;机筒的底部开口处设有流量计,所述流量计的输出端连接所述中央处理器的信号输入端;电加热片受中央处理器控制。本实用新型提供的EVA胶温控加热挤出装置,在机筒外壁设有电加热片,用以加热和维持机筒内的EVA胶的温度。机筒内部还设有温度传感器,通过温度传感器采集温度信号,由中央处理器根据温度自动控制加热片的功率,防止过热。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种EVA胶加热挤出装置,属于高分子材料制造技术领域。 
背景技术
现有的EVA胶膜制程中,均采用将胶粒压入管道,混合添加剂,然后加热熔化,再由挤出机挤出,然后由压辊压膜冷却成型。但是现有的挤出机多数不具有加热功能,或者具有加热功能,但是不具有温度调控的功能。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题是:提出一种具有加热并可调节温度的EVA胶加热挤出装置。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出的技术方案是:一种EVA胶加热挤出装置,包括机筒和设在机筒内的由电机驱动的螺杆;所述机筒外壁上均匀贴装有电加热片;所述机筒内避开所述螺杆的空间内均匀间隔设有温度传感器;所述温度传感器输出端串联有模/数转换模块后连接中央处理器的数据输入端;机筒的底部开口处设有流量计,所述流量计的输出端连接所述中央处理器的信号输入端;所述电加热片受所述中央处理器控制。 
本实用新型进一步的完善是:所述温度传感器是由一个热敏电阻与三个固定值电阻组成的惠斯通电桥构成。本实用新型采用惠斯通电桥以保证对温度的测试的精准。 
本实用新型更进一步的完善在于:所述惠斯通电桥与所述模/数转换模块之间依次串联有差分放大器和低通滤波器。通过差分放大器的放大和滤波器的滤波,进一步保证测试的准确性。 
本实用新型带来的有益效果是:本实用新型提供的EVA胶温控加热挤出装置,在机筒外壁设有电加热片,用以加热和维持机筒内的EVA胶的温度。机筒内部还设有温度传感器,通过温度传感器采集温度信号,由中央处理器根据温度自动控制加热片的功率,防止过热。同时,机筒的出口处设有无接触式的超声波流量计,EVA胶的融化程度越高,其流动性越好,这样即可根据流量判定当前融化度是否合格。是否需要增加或者降低加热功率。

实施例
本实施例的一种EVA胶加热挤出装置,如图1所示,包括机筒1和设在机筒1内的由电机驱动的螺杆2;机筒1外壁上均匀贴装有电加热片3;机筒1内避开螺杆2的空间内均匀间隔设有温度传感器4;温度传感器4输出端串联模/数转换模块后连接到中央处理器的数据输入端;机筒1的底部开口处设有流量计5,流量计5的输出端连接中央处理器的信号输入端;电加热片3受中央处理器控制。 
本实施例中的温度传感器4采用由一个热敏电阻与三个固定值电阻组成的惠斯通电桥电路。为了让温度测试更为准确,惠斯通电桥与模/数转换模块之间依次串联有差分放大器和低通滤波器。通过差分放大器的放大和滤波器的滤波,让信号更准确。 
工作时,机筒1上方开口连接加热管道,经过加热管道融化的EVA胶被注入,然后由电机驱动的螺杆推进,将EVA胶从下方开口挤出至冷却辊。为了防止EVA胶在挤出装置内降温,电加热片3用以维持其温度,同时内部的温度传感器4监测EVA胶的温度,如果温度过低,则由中央处理器的PWM信号控制电加热片3增加功率加热。如果温度过高,则降低功率加热。以此实现EVA胶全程维持其温度。 
由于EVA胶融化程度越高,其流动性越好,所以流量就越大,这样,在机筒1底部出口处设置无接触式的超声波流量计5,以监控流量,通过流量即可判定当前加热是否需要调整。用以弥补温度传感器4的不足或偏差。 
本实用新型不局限于上述实施例,凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本实用新型要求的保护范围内。

1. 一种EVA胶加热挤出装置,包括机筒和设在机筒内的由电机驱动的螺杆;其特征在于:所述机筒外壁上均匀贴装有电加热片;所述机筒内避开所述螺杆的空间内均匀间隔设有温度传感器;所述温度传感器输出端串联模/数转换模块后连接中央处理器的数据输入端;机筒的底部开口处设有流量计,流量计的输出端连接中央处理器的信号输入端;所述电加热片受所述中央处理器控制。
2.如权利要求1所述EVA胶加热挤出装置,其特征在于:所述温度传感器是由一个热敏电阻与三个固定值电阻组成的惠斯通电桥。
3.如权利要求2所述EVA胶加热挤出装置,其特征在于:所述惠斯通电桥与所述模/数转换模块之间依次串联有差分放大器和低通滤波器。
