背景技术
现代人,由于生活起居,以及饮食的关系(空调、冷饮、肉类、缺少运动、精神压力大等),经常会有这样或那样的问题,大多有如下的症状,体形较胖,手脚易冰凉,舌苔白胖有齿痕,早上不爱起床,平常没有时间运动,饭后易犯困且大便不易成型。如果一个人有如上症状,但没有其他的不适,这类人,在中医上多半诊治为脾虚湿重。现在普通治疗方法都对此不是太起效,此病用食疗法来缓解更为有效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种调节脾虚湿重的保健饮品,该保健饮品是以日常食材为主料制取的,为保健饮品方面又增加了一个新的品种。
为实现上述目的,本发明是将莲子、薏米、赤小豆、白扁豆磨碎熬煮加入蔗糖蜜汁分装灭菌制成。这些食材均有护脾胃,祛湿气的功效。
具体实施方式
1. 以3:6:3:2的比例取莲子、薏米、赤小豆、白扁豆;
2. 洗净食材,将用料加水和适量白糖烧煮;
3. 分装消毒完成。
