背景技术

发明内容

滚动体具有圆柱形的、截锥状或桶状的基本形状,并且具有居中的孔。该孔可以设计为通孔或盲孔。在各种情况下,该孔设置用于使滚动轴承保持架的栓接合到该孔中。因此,在滚动轴承运行时在栓与滚动体的描述孔的内表面之间产生滑动接触。根据本发明,内表面是感应硬化的。滚动体的其他表面为滚动体的端面以及滚动体的周侧面。
除内表面之外,以下另一表面或以下其他表面可以有选择地是感应硬化的:
-唯一的端面;
-两个端面;
-唯一的端面和周侧面;
-两个端面和周侧面。
为了在硬化方法的范畴内感应加热滚动体的内表面,可以将适用于此的工具引入滚动体的孔中,该工具具有至少一个线圈。可以通过这个方法实现的内表面硬度为至少650HV0.3,尤其为至少700HV0.3。
本发明的优点尤其在于,针对带有栓保持架的滚动体可以使用成本低廉的、适用于感应硬化的调质钢。

具体实施方式
整体用附图标记1标注的滚动轴承,亦即圆柱滚子轴承,具有内圈2、外圈3以及在它们之间滚动的滚动体5。为了引导构造为圆柱滚子的滚动体设置有保持架6,亦即栓保持架,其具有两个保持架片4以及一些与这两个保持架片连接的栓11,其中,每个栓11都穿过滚动体5的孔10。

Claims (8)

6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的滚动体(5),其特征在于,周侧面(9)是桶状的。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的滚动体(5),其特征在于,内表面(8)的硬度为至少650HV0.3。
8.一种用于由滚动体坯件制造滚动体(5)的方法,所述方法具有以下步骤:
-制造具有孔(10)的滚动体坯件;
-将滚动体坯件的存在于孔(10)中的内表面(8)从孔(10)出来地感应硬化。
