技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造车顶开口系统的部件的方法和部件本身。
背景技术
车顶开口系统的部件是,例如,滑动车顶框架,其在车辆制造商的生产线上组装期间从上面和/或下面附接到车身上。到目前为止,这种滑动车顶框架通常用钢制成并且由于所使用的材料而有助于车辆结构的固有刚性。用钢制成的滑动车顶框架具有高自重,这尤其在车辆的车顶区域是不希望的。而且,钢制滑动框架是不抗腐蚀的。此外,钢制滑动框架以高制造成本出名,其中一个原因在于制造时所使用的工具开发周期长。还有,在钢制滑动框架上,车顶系统的功能,例如,诸如挡风板的安装,有时需要很大的力气才能够完成。
发明内容
本发明基于的目的是提供一种能够制造机动车的车顶开口系统的部件的方法,其中,所述车顶开口系统的部件重量轻并且在功能集成方面被优化。
这个目的根据本发明通过具有权利要求1的特征的方法实现。
因此,根据本发明提出一种用于在包括至少一个模腔的工具中制造机动车的车顶开口系统的部件的方法。在所述方法中,构造成板形的至少一个半成品零件被插入到所述工具中。这个半成品零件在所述工具中被深拉以便于构造所述部件的至少一个深拉区段。通过将塑料材料引进所述工具的模腔中,形成至少一个成型区段并且粘结到所述深拉区段。然后成品部件能够接着从所述工具脱模,并且如果需要,能够进行后处理。
因此,在根据本发明的方法中,所述部件的深拉区段和成型区段在一个工具中制成,所述深拉区段不需要进行任何重新定位。作为引进所述塑料材料的结果,执行所述深拉步骤和所述注射模制或者发泡过程,因而根据加工技术作为一个单独步骤加工。因此,在根据本发明的方法中使用的工具是结合成型和注射模制或者发泡的工具。
在根据本发明的方法的优选实施例中,所述半成品零件由用玻璃纤维加强的热塑性塑料形成并且所述深拉步骤是热成型加工。这样由此得到的部件完全是用塑料制成的,因此以低自重而备受青睐。另外,通过结合所述深拉区段和成型区段能够赋予所述部件高强度。特别地,通过所述材料结合和所选择的材料的相应配置,所述强度需求能够优先适应于所述系统的需求。完全由塑料制成的所述部件还具有不腐蚀的趋势。通过使用塑料而不是钢,由此得到的部件还以降低的投资成本而突出。金属插入零件,例如,用螺钉连接的螺纹衬套或者金属板插件,可以包含在成品部件中。
所述部件需要的强度或刚度可以调整,尤其通过限定热塑性塑料中纤维关于所述工具的的方向进行调整。
通过在引进所述塑料材料的过程中封装,也就是说,在所述注射模制步骤过程中,功能能够被集成到所述部件中。以这种方式,所述部件能够集成螺钉帽、交变的电缆槽和诸如此类。为此,优选的是,通过引进所述塑料材料将插入零件插入到所述工具中并且用所述塑料材料粘结到所述部件,或者粘结到所述深拉区段。
举例来说,根据本发明的方法能够用于制造车顶开口系统的覆盖元件。在这种情况下,所述插入零件,例如,由玻璃板形成,并且所述深拉区段是所述覆盖元件的内部金属盖板,其中所述内部金属盖板经由成型区段粘结到所述玻璃板,所述玻璃板例如由玻璃纤维强化的聚氨酯组成。
特别地,车顶开口系统的滑动车顶框架能够在根据本发明的方法的基础上制造。
在所述部件是滑动车顶框架的情况下,优选地,所述深拉区段预先规定所述滑动车顶框架的刚度并且所述成型区段表示为所述滑动车顶框架的功能。举例来说,所述成型区段用于将所述滑动车顶框架连接到车身。
作为替代,也可以设想所述部件是所述车顶开口系统的滑动车顶的运动的机械部件或者滑动车顶衬垫。
本发明还涉及一种机动车的车顶开口系统的部件,这个部件是由一件式结构单元形成,所述一件式结构单元包括至少一个深拉的板形材料的深拉区段和至少一个在所述深拉区段上形成的成型区段,所述成型区段是注射模制或者泡沫塑料的。

所述部件尤其是所述车顶开口系统的滑动框架,所述滑动车顶框架包括在车辆的横向方向上延伸的框架前部部分和两个各自在车辆的纵向方向上延伸的侧梁。所述框架前部部分和所述侧梁构造成一件式结构单元,所述一件式结构单元由所述深拉区段和所述成型区段形成。
形成所述滑动车顶框架的一件式结构单元还可包括横向支撑,例如,所述横向支撑在中央区段和在后端部形成所述侧梁之间的连接。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出一种滑动车顶框架10,其用于将车顶开口系统集成到图中没有详细显示的机动车的车顶中。滑动开口系统10包括框架前部部分12和两个侧梁14A和14B,每个侧梁沿着车顶边缘延伸并且彼此在中央区段通过横梁16和在后部通过横梁18连接。
滑动车顶框架10是用塑料制成的并且表示为一件式结构单元,其包括玻璃纤维加强的热塑性塑料的深拉区段20和在深拉区段20上形成的成型区段22,所述成型区段22由注射模制塑料组成。

下面用图2和3说明滑动车顶框架10的制造。
板形的、玻璃纤维加强的热塑性塑料的半成品零件32插入到工具26中,工具26包括上模28和下模30并且构造成结合热成型和注射模制的工具。在被插入到工具26中或者工具26内部前,热塑性塑料32被加热和软化,使得其能够进行成型加工。接着,上模28移向下模30,这样根据上模28的几何形状和下模30的几何形状形成热塑性塑料32。接着,上模28和下模30再次移动分开。用上面描述的深拉工艺,由热塑性塑料32制成滑动车顶框架10的深拉区段20。
随后,不需要重新定位热塑性塑料32或者深拉区段20,塑料材料经由下模30的导流管34注入工具26的腔36中,所述腔的几何形状由上模28、下模30和由热塑性塑料32形成的深拉区段20限定。由于这个缘故,成型区段22粘结到深拉区段20。
接着,包括深拉区段20和成型区段22的成品复合部件能够从工具26中脱模。
为了能够赋予所述滑动车顶框架所需要的机械性能,顺着热塑性塑料32中包含的玻璃纤维的预定方向将热塑性塑料23插入到工具26中。
深拉区段20预先规定滑动车顶框架10的基本形状。成型区段22可以表示深拉区段20的局部加强件或者强化件,并且也是滑动框架10的功能元件,例如,诸如螺钉的圆顶、挡风板固定件或者诸如此类的。

Claims (10)

1.一种在工具(26)中制造用于机动车车顶开口系统的部件(10)的方法,所述工具(26)具有至少一个模腔(36),所述方法包括下面的步骤:
-将至少一个构造成板状的半成品零件(32)插入到所述工具(26)中;
-在所述工具(26)中深拉所述半成品零件(32)以用于构造所述部件(10)的至少一个深拉区段(20);
-将塑料材料引进到所述工具(26)的模腔(36)中以用于形成至少一个成型区段(22),并且用于将所述成型区段(22)粘结到所述深拉区段(20);
-将所述部件(10)从所述工具(26)脱模。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述半成品零件(32)是由玻璃纤维加强的热塑性塑料构成的并且所述深拉步骤是热成型加工。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述热塑性塑料(32)中的纤维的纤维方向关于所述工具(26)进行限定。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,插入零件被插入到所述工具中并且通过引进塑料材料而被粘结到所述深拉区段。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述插入零件是玻璃板,并且所述深拉区段是滑动车顶盖的内部金属盖板,其中所述内部金属盖板经由所述成型区段粘结到所述玻璃板。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述部件(10)是滑动车顶框架,并且所述深拉区段(20)预先规定所述滑动车顶框架(10)的刚性,并且所述成型区段(22)包括所述滑动车顶框架(10)的功能元件。
7.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述部件是滑动车顶的运动的机械部件。
8.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述部件是所述车顶滑动系统的滑动衬垫。
9.一种机动车的车顶开口系统的部件,其特征在于,所述部件由一件式结构单元形成,所述一件式结构单元包括至少一个深拉板形材料的深拉区段(20)和至少一个在所述深拉区段(20)上形成的成型区段(22),所述成型区段(22)是注射模制的塑料或者泡沫塑料。
10.根据权利要求9所述的部件,其特征在于,所述部件是滑动车顶框架(10),其包括在车辆的横向方向上延伸的框架前部部分(12)和两个各自在车辆纵向方向上延伸的侧梁(14A,14B),其中所述框架前部部分(12)和所述侧梁(14A,14B)形成至少一个深拉区段(20)和至少一个成型区段(22)的一件式结构单元。
