Abstract

本发明提供一种马弗光亮退火炉快速切断的翻板阀装置。包括在退火炉带钢进、出口处,各设置一组翻板阀,翻板阀包括有阀壳、翻板、翻板轴、轴承、轴承座,其中阀壳安装在退火炉的支承框架上,两块翻板安装在翻板轴上,通过轴承和轴承座安装在阀壳内部的两侧,对称设置在带钢前进的路径两边,并在翻板下方的带钢路径上安装有阀壳密封套管;所述的阀壳外部的支承框架上安装有两气缸,两气缸可驱动两翻板同步向内侧翻转闭合;所述的翻板轴两端利用陶瓷纤维毯与阀壳进行密封;所述的两翻板处于闭合位置时,其接触面上粘贴有具有耐热性和弹性的密封材料。本发明装置动作迅速、密封效果良好,能够保证炉内气氛的稳定,确保生产的安全,降低运行成本。

Description

一种马弗光亮退火炉快速切断的翻板阀装置
技术领域
本发明涉及冶金行业退火炉技术领域,尤其涉及到一种钢铁厂不锈钢光亮立式退火炉进、出口处的一种快速切断的翻板阀装置。
背景技术
钢铁厂的带钢立式光亮退火炉,炉内气氛主要为H2。光亮退火炉在运行过程中突发故障或事故时需要将炉内外气氛快速切断,防止炉内气氛的外逸、炉外空气的进入,避免炉内带钢的氧化和H2逸出的燃烧或爆炸。传统的做法是:在带钢进出口处带钢的周围,设置一圈高压氮气喷管,当突发故障或事故时迅速通入高压氮气,带钢的周围形成一个氮气气帘,将炉内外气氛隔开。
但是这种密封方式,密封效果不好,安全性差,不能保持炉内气氛的稳定,影响炉内带钢质量,同时还耗费大量的氮气,增加运行成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是正对上述存在的技术不足,提供一种当光亮炉突发故障或事故时,能够将炉内外气氛快速隔开,动作迅速、密封效果良好,保证炉内气氛的稳定,确保生产的安全,降低运行成本的马弗光亮退火炉快速切断的翻板阀装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种马弗光亮退火炉快速切断的翻板阀装置,其特征在于:在退火炉带钢进、出口处,各设置一组翻板阀,翻板阀包括有阀壳、翻板、翻板轴、轴承、轴承座,其中阀壳安装在退火炉的支承框架上,两块翻板安装在翻板轴上,通过轴承和轴承座安装在阀壳内部的两侧,对称设置在带钢前进的路径两边,并在翻板下方的带钢路径上安装有阀壳密封套管;所述的阀壳外部的支承框架上安装有两气缸,两气缸伸缩端分别通过曲柄与两翻板轴相连,两气缸可驱动两翻板同步向内侧翻转闭合;所述的翻板轴两端利用陶瓷纤维毯与阀壳进行密封,两端轴承座处还设有第二道密封件,完全密封住炉内气氛;所述的两翻板处于闭合位置时,相互紧密接触,其接触面上粘贴有具有耐热性和弹性的密封材料。
在上述方案中,所述的气缸均连接有自动切断控制系统。当带钢停止运行或者出现生产、设备故障时,自动切断系统接收到切断信号,气缸快速动作,驱动翻板闭合。
在上述方案中,所述的翻板为向上弯曲的弧形结构,闭合时为两弧形结构的向外凸起面进行接触闭合,能够在微小位移差的情况下,两个翻板依然能够密封闭合,如果中间有带钢穿过,两个曲面与带钢的接触,也会减少带钢的划痕和磨损。
本发明的主要有益效果是:
此装置动作迅速、密封效果良好,保证炉内气氛的稳定,确保生产的安全,提高带钢的质量;再不需要耗费大量的高压氮气,降低生产运行成本;阀门的启闭是由气缸自动控制,便于实现生产的自动化控制。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明实施例作进一步的说明:
如图1所示的马弗光亮退火炉快速切断的翻板阀装置,在退火炉带钢12进、出口处,各设置一组翻板阀,翻板阀包括有阀壳4、翻板9、翻板轴5、轴承3、轴承座2,其中阀壳4安装在退火炉的支承框架1上,两块翻板9安装在翻板轴5上,通过轴承3和轴承座2安装在阀壳4内部的两侧,对称设置在带钢12前进的路径两边,并在翻板9下方的带钢路径上安装有阀壳密封套管11;阀壳4外部的支承框架1上安装有两气缸7,两气缸7伸缩端分别通过曲柄8与两翻板轴5相连,两气缸7可驱动两翻板9同步向内侧翻转闭合;所述的翻板轴5两端利用陶瓷纤维毯6与阀壳4进行密封,两端轴承座2处还设有第二道密封件,完全密封住炉内气氛;所述的两翻板9处于闭合位置时,相互紧密接触,其接触面上粘贴有具有耐热性和弹性的密封材料10。
在本实施例中,所述的气缸7均连接有自动切断控制系统。当带钢停止运行或者出现生产、设备故障时,自动切断系统接收到切断信号,气缸7快速动作,驱动翻板9闭合。
在上述方案中,所述的翻板9为向上弯曲的弧形结构,闭合时为两弧形结构的向外凸起面进行接触闭合,能够在微小位移差的情况下,两个翻板9依然能够密封闭合,如果中间有带钢12穿过,两个曲面与带钢12的接触,也会减少带钢12的划痕和磨损。
当光亮退火炉正常运行时,翻板9处于打开状态。当光亮炉突发故障或事故时,气缸7动作,通过曲柄8带动翻板轴5、翻板9迅速转动,两翻板之间、翻板9与阀壳密封套管11之间形成密封,将炉内外气氛切断。翻板轴5两端利用陶瓷纤维毯6与阀壳1进行密封,两端轴承座2处还设有第二道密封,完全密封住炉内气氛。
关闭的两翻板9之间可能有也可能没有(断带时没有)带钢12通过,不管有无带钢12通过,都必须保证两翻板9之间的密封性能,同时有带钢12时还不能擦伤其表面,因此在两翻板9上粘贴了一种特殊的密封材料10,这种材料既具有良好的密封性,又有一定的弹性,还有较强的耐热性,该材料目前选用聚四氟材料。
本发明的保护范围并不限于上述的实施例,显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变形而不脱离本发明的范围和精神。倘若这些改动和变形属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围内,则本发明的意图也包含这些改动和变形在内。

1.一种马弗光亮退火炉快速切断的翻板阀装置,其特征在于:在退火炉带钢进、出口处,各设置一组翻板阀,翻板阀包括有阀壳、翻板、翻板轴、轴承、轴承座,其中阀壳安装在退火炉的支承框架上,两块翻板安装在翻板轴上,通过轴承和轴承座安装在阀壳内部的两侧,对称设置在带钢前进的路径两边,并在翻板下方的带钢路径上安装有阀壳密封套管;所述的阀壳外部的支承框架上安装有两气缸,两气缸伸缩端分别通过曲柄与两翻板轴相连,两气缸可驱动两翻板同步向内侧翻转闭合;所述的翻板轴两端利用陶瓷纤维毯与阀壳进行密封,两端轴承座处还设有第二道密封件,完全密封住炉内气氛;所述的两翻板处于闭合位置时,相互紧密接触,其接触面上粘贴有具有耐热性和弹性的密封材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的马弗光亮退火炉快速切断的翻板阀装置,其特征在于:所述的气缸均连接有自动切断控制系统。当带钢停止运行或者出现生产、设备故障时,自动切断系统接收到切断信号,气缸快速动作,驱动翻板闭合。
3.如权利要求2所述的马弗光亮退火炉快速切断的翻板阀装置,其特征在于:所述的翻板为向上弯曲的弧形结构,闭合时为两弧形结构的向外凸起面进行接触闭合。
