本发明涉及一种线束用绝缘材料,具体涉及一种冰箱线束用改性聚乙烯绝缘料,该绝缘材料包含以下重量份的原料:低密度聚乙烯40-45,POE弹性体20-23,抗氧剂10101-2,硬脂酸锌3-4,氢氧化镁粉6-9,四氧化三铁粉2-3,2-乙基己基二苯基磷酸酯5-6,聚乙烯醇2-3,聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚2-3,二甘醇二丁醚4-5,钛酸丁酯22-23,柠檬酸三乙酯13-14,促进剂M1-2,二盐基亚磷酸铅1-2,助剂14-16;本发明结合了低密度聚乙烯、POE弹性体等原料的优点,提升了传统低密度聚乙烯与POE弹性体共混材料的性能,使其力学性能得到提高,制备的改性材料强度高,弹性大,防潮,耐老化,耐温,能够广泛的用于制作冰箱各部位线束的绝缘护套、接线端子以及包扎材料等等,市场需求前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种线束用绝缘材料,具体涉及一种冰箱线束用改性聚乙烯绝缘料及其制备方法。
背景技术
家电线束是电器中连接各电器设备的接线部件,其作用至关重要,作为家电产业的基础连接部件,其市场需求量随着家电业的快速发展而增加,对其质量的要求也越来越高,尤其是安全环保问题,线束主要包括导线、绝缘护套、包扎材料等部件,在实际应用时,应根据线束的工作环境及性能要求,选择合适材质的部件,传统的线束用绝缘材料多存在阻燃性差、高温易变形、使用寿命短等问题,给实际使用带来很多不便,甚至威胁到人们的生命财产安全,因此,急需改变原有配方,改进材料性能,以适应家电电子器件市场多样的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种冰箱线束用改性聚乙烯绝缘料,提升了传统低密度聚乙烯、POE弹性体共混材料的性能,使其具备良好的力学性能,能够适应特定的使用环境条件,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种冰箱线束用改性聚乙烯绝缘料,其特征在于,该线束用高分子材料包含以下重量份的组分:低密度聚乙烯40-45,POE弹性体20-23,抗氧剂1010 1-2,硬脂酸锌3-4,氢氧化镁粉6-9,四氧化三铁粉2-3,2-乙基己基二苯基磷酸酯5-6,聚乙烯醇2-3,聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚2-3,二甘醇二丁醚4-5,钛酸丁酯22-23,柠檬酸三乙酯13-14,促进剂M 1-2,二盐基亚磷酸铅1-2,助剂14-16。
所述的助剂包含以下重量份的原料:天青石20-24,交联剂TAC 3-4,双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯2-3,硼砂3-4,甲基三乙氧基硅烷2-3,三聚磷酸钠1-2,防老剂MB 1-2,丁香油2-3,抗坏血酸1-2,硫磺3-4,丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯2-3,刚玉粉2-3,花椒籽油1-2;制备方法是将天青石放入煅烧炉中在550-570℃下煅烧3-4小时,冷却,粉碎成50-100目后放入12-15%盐酸溶液中浸泡2-3小时,过滤出天青石粉末,清水洗净、烘干,粉碎成200-300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散1-2小时,即得。
所述的一种冰箱线束用改性聚乙烯绝缘料,其制备方法为:将低密度聚乙烯、POE弹性体共混均匀后,加入其他剩余成分,送入高速捏合机中,在80-120℃下捏合5-6min,待捏合料冷却后,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,即得本发明的改性材料。
本发明结合了低密度聚乙烯、POE弹性体等其他原料的优点,提升了传统低密度聚乙烯与POE弹性体共混材料的性能,使其力学性能得到提高,制备材料强度高,弹性大,柔韧度高,耐老化,耐温,能够满足特定的使用环境条件,市场应用前景广阔。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例包含以下重量份的原料:低密度聚乙烯40,POE弹性体23,抗氧剂1010 2,硬脂酸锌4,氢氧化镁粉9,四氧化三铁粉3,2-乙基己基二苯基磷酸酯6,聚乙烯醇3,聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚3,二甘醇二丁醚5,钛酸丁酯23,柠檬酸三乙酯14,促进剂M 2,二盐基亚磷酸铅2,助剂16。
所述的助剂包含以下重量份的原料:天青石24,交联剂TAC 4,双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯3,硼砂4,甲基三乙氧基硅烷3,三聚磷酸钠2,防老剂MB 2,丁香油3,抗坏血酸2,硫磺4,丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯3,刚玉粉3,花椒籽油2;制备方法是将天青石放入煅烧炉中在570℃下煅烧4小时,冷却,粉碎成80目后放入15%盐酸溶液中浸泡3小时,过滤出天青石粉末,清水洗净、烘干,粉碎成300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散2小时,即得。
所述的一种冰箱线束用改性聚乙烯绝缘料,其制备方法如下:将低密度聚乙烯、POE弹性体共混均匀后,加入其他剩余成分,送入高速捏合机中,在110℃下捏合5min,待捏合料冷却后,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,即得本发明改性材料。
本发明得到的改性材料的性能测试结果为:20℃体积电阻率为5.6×1013Ω·m,低温冲击脆化温度达到-38℃,氧指数为35%,原始拉伸强度为17.6MPa,原始断裂伸长率为412.6%,经136℃×168h热空气老化后,拉伸强度保持率为94.6%,断裂伸长率保持率为95.4%,撕裂强度为8.5N/mm,经60℃的15%的NaCl溶液浸泡7天后,材料的吸液率为0.0032%,浸泡后体积电阻率变化率为0.002%。

1.一种冰箱线束用改性聚乙烯绝缘料,其特征在于,该材料由以下重量份的原料组成:低密度聚乙烯40-45,POE弹性体20-23,抗氧剂1010 1-2,硬脂酸锌3-4,氢氧化镁粉6-9,四氧化三铁粉2-3,2-乙基己基二苯基磷酸酯5-6,聚乙烯醇2-3,聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚2-3,二甘醇二丁醚4-5,钛酸丁酯22-23,柠檬酸三乙酯13-14,促进剂M 1-2,二盐基亚磷酸铅1-2,助剂14-16;

2.如权利要求1所述的一种冰箱线束用改性聚乙烯绝缘料,其制作工艺为:将低密度聚乙烯、POE弹性体共混均匀后,加入其他剩余成分,送入高速捏合机中,在80-120℃下捏合5-6min,待捏合料冷却后,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,即得本发明的改性材料。
