Abstract
本发明公开了一种多分子预聚多异氰酸酯交联促进剂,它是以4,4′,4″三苯甲烷三异氰酸酯和3,3′-二甲苯烷基-4,4′,6,6′-四异氰酸酯为原料,以二氯甲烷为溶剂,在反应釜中30℃条件下,预聚环化反应4小时而成本发明对氯丁胶固化速度快,具有适应性强、粘结度高、弹性大、耐振动、耐低温、耐疲劳和常温贮存时间长等优点。可用于橡胶帆布、皮革、人造革、合成革、塑料、金属等多种材料的粘接。
Description
本发明涉及一种氯丁胶粘剂交联促进剂,特别是一种多分子预聚多异氰酸酯交联促进剂。
目前,国内外使用的交联促进剂大多是单体结构,未经预聚、环化,对氯丁胶固化速度较慢,不能满足快速粘接的要求。例如:均二苯硫脲、乙烯硫脲、三乙基三亚甲基二胺等。
本发明的目的就是要提供一种多分子预聚多异氰酸酯交联促进剂,它是多分子结构,经预聚、环化而成,其对氯丁胶固化速度快,能满足快速粘接的要求。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:它是以4,4′,4″三苯甲烷三异氰酸酯和3,3′-二甲苯烷基-4,4′,6,6′-四异氰酸酯为原料,二氯甲烷为溶剂,在温度30℃的反应釜中,预聚环化反应4小时而形成,其结构式为:
式中:R1,R2为烷基,n小于1000。
本发明由于经过了预聚环化反应过程,所以使多分子预聚多异氰酸酯交联促进剂比现用促进剂单分子交联更具有活性,能使氯丁胶粘剂快速固化,在粘接20分钟后,即可满足载负荷使用的要求。例如:尼龙带、帆布皮带、维尼龙带粘合后20分钟,剪切强度大于或等于200N/cm2,而目前国内外用4,4′,4″三苯甲烷三异氰酸酯作氯丁胶粘剂的交联剂,配合比例4∶1,尼龙带、帆布带、维尼龙带粘合后2小时,剪切强度大于或等于73.5N/cm2,使用寿命为三个月;3,3′-二甲苯烷基-4,4′,6,6′-四异氰酸酯作氯丁胶粘剂的交联剂,配合比例4∶1,尼龙带、帆布皮带、维尼龙带粘合后1小时,剪切强度大于或等于93.1N/cm2,使用寿命为三个月。本发明还具有适应性强、粘结度高、弹性大、耐振动、耐低温、使用寿命是列克纳的8倍,耐疲劳和常温贮存时间长等优点。
