Abstract

一种跳帽装置,包括一电路板、一第一跳帽座、一第二跳帽座及一跳帽,第一跳帽座固定于电路板并设有与电路板电性连接的一第一针脚,第二跳帽座固定于电路板并设有与电路板电性连接的一第二针脚,第二针脚的顶端设一限位部,跳帽并排地沿纵向设有两通孔,两通孔内分别设有一导通部,该两导通部电性连接,跳帽套设于第一针脚及第二针脚使两导通部分别与第一针脚及第二针脚相连接,跳帽套设于第二针脚并挡止于该限位部以断开第一针脚及第二针脚。相较现有技术,本发明跳帽装置的第二针脚的顶部设有一限位部用于在向上拔起跳帽的过程中防止跳帽自第二针脚脱落,避免跳帽遗失。

本发明涉及一种跳帽装置。
背景技术
一般的主板上都会使用多个跳帽,目前的跳帽很容易遗失。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种不会遗失跳帽的跳帽装置。
一种跳帽装置,包括一电路板、一第一跳帽座、一第二跳帽座及一跳帽,第一跳帽座固定于电路板并设有与电路板电性连接的一第一针脚,第二跳帽座固定于电路板并设有与电路板电性连接的一第二针脚,第二针脚的顶端设一限位部,跳帽并排地沿纵向设有两通孔,两通孔内分别设有一导通部,该两导通部电性连接,跳帽套设于第一针脚及第二针脚使两导通部分别与第一针脚及第二针脚相连接,跳帽套设于第二针脚并挡止于该限位部以断开第一针脚及第二针脚
相较现有技术,本发明跳帽装置的第二针脚的顶部设有一限位部用于在向上拔起跳帽的过程中防止跳帽自第二针脚脱落,避免跳帽遗失。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明跳帽装置的较佳实施方式装设于一电路板100上,该跳帽装置包括呈直线依次排列固定于电路板100上的概呈立方体状的第一跳帽座10、第二跳帽座20、第三跳帽座30以及一跳帽40。第一跳帽座10、第二跳帽座20、第三跳帽座30的中部分别设有与电路板100电性连接的第一针脚11、第二针脚21及第三针脚31。第一针脚11、第二针脚21及第三针脚31均为导电材料制成。第一跳帽座10、第二跳帽座20及第三跳帽座30呈一第一方向直线排列。
第一跳帽座10的上表面于两对角处分别凸设一缓冲块13。第二跳帽座20的上表面于两对角处分别凸设一缓冲块23。第三跳帽座30的上表面于两对角处分别凸设一缓冲块33。
第一针脚11与第三针脚31的顶端均设有尖锥状的导引部。第二针脚21包括一固定于第二跳帽座20并与电路板100电性连接的圆柱状的杆部211及一位于杆部211的顶端并与杆部211垂直的限位部213。
跳帽40包括一概呈长方体的主体部41及一自主体部41的顶部向上延伸形成的弧形的手柄43。主体部41开设自上而下贯通的一第一通孔45及一第二通孔47。第一通孔45与第二通孔47在主体部41上呈一第二方向排列。第一通孔45内装设一第一导通部451。第二通孔47内装设一与第一导通部451电性连接的第二导通部471。第一导通部451为一对可夹持第二针脚21的导电弹片制成,第二导通部471为一对可夹持第一针脚11或第三针脚31的导电弹片制成。
请参阅图2,组装时,第二针脚21的杆部211先穿过跳帽40的第一通孔45后再固定插设于第二跳帽座20上并与电路板100电性连接。杆部211与第一导通部451电性接触。
请一并参阅图3至图5,需要导通第二针脚21与第三针脚31时,旋转跳帽40使第三针脚31对准跳帽40的第二通孔47,按下跳帽40使第三针脚31插设于跳帽40的第二通孔47内并与第二导通部471电性接触,此时第一方向与第二方向平行,如图3所示。需要导通第一针脚11与第二针脚21时,旋转跳帽40使第一针脚11对准跳帽40的第二通孔47,按下跳帽40使第一针脚11插设于跳帽40的第二通孔47内并与第二导通部471电性接触,此时第一方向与第二方向平行,如图5所示。不需导通任何两个针脚时,操作手柄43向上拔起跳帽40使第一针脚11或者第三针脚31脱离跳帽40的第二通孔47,旋转跳帽40使第二方向垂直于第一方向,然后松开跳帽40即可,如图4所示。限位部213用于在向上拔起跳帽40的过程中防止跳帽40自第二针脚21脱落。缓冲块13、23、33用于在按下跳帽40时对跳帽40起缓冲作用。
本实施方式中,第一针脚11与第三针脚31的高度相同,第二针脚21的杆部211的露出于第二跳帽座20的长度大于主体部41的高度与第一针脚11的露出于第一跳帽座10的长度之和,以使跳帽40挡止于限位部213时,第一针脚11能自第二通孔47内脱出。
在其它的实施方式中,第一跳帽座10、第二跳帽座20、第三跳帽座30亦可呈三角形或者其它形状排列固设于电路板100上,跳帽40在各个针脚之间切换时调整跳帽40的旋转角度即可。

Claims (8)

1.一种跳帽装置,包括一电路板、一第一跳帽座、一第二跳帽座及一跳帽,第一跳帽座固定于电路板并设有与电路板电性连接的一第一针脚,第二跳帽座固定于电路板并设有与电路板电性连接的一第二针脚,第二针脚的顶端设一限位部,跳帽并排地沿纵向设有两通孔,两通孔内分别设有一导通部,该两导通部电性连接,跳帽套设于第一针脚及第二针脚使两导通部分别与第一针脚及第二针脚相连接,跳帽套设于第二针脚并挡止于该限位部以断开第一针脚及第二针脚。
2.如权利要求1所述的跳帽装置,其特征在于:每一导通部包括一对可夹持该第一针脚或第二针脚的导电弹片。
3.如权利要求1所述的跳帽装置,其特征在于:电路板还固定有一第三跳帽座,第三跳帽座设有一电性连接于电路板的第三针脚,跳帽套设于第三针脚及第二针脚以电连接第二针脚与第二针脚。
4.如权利要求3所述的跳帽装置,其特征在于:第一跳帽座、第二跳帽座及第三跳帽座呈直线依次排列。
5.如权利要求1所述的跳帽装置,其特征在于:每一跳帽座的上表面于两对角处分别凸设一缓冲块,用于插设跳帽时对跳帽起缓冲作用。
6.如权利要求1所述的跳帽装置,其特征在于:第二针脚呈圆柱状。
7.如权利要求1所述的跳帽装置,其特征在于:跳帽包括一主体部,该两通孔设于该主体部,该主体部向上延伸形成一弧形的手柄。
8.如权利要求7所述的跳帽装置,其特征在于:第二针脚露出第二跳帽座的长度大于主体部的高度与第一针脚露出第一跳帽座的长度之和。
