技术领域
本发明涉及管材技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐腐蚀的复合涂层管。
背景技术
在现有技术中,由于设备使用环境的原因,某些情况下可能会导致其金属部件受到腐蚀而影响局部系统乃至整个设备的正常使用,例如一些在恶劣环境中使用的钢丝、钢绞线、管材、板材和带材等,特别是汽车管路系统中所使用的管材,需要具备较高的耐腐蚀性或者采取相应的防护措施来保证其使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种耐腐蚀、耐磨、耐冲击复合涂层管。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种复合涂层管,包括管本体,所述的管本体的内表面涂覆环氧涂层,环氧涂层内侧涂覆有聚乙烯涂层,所述的管本体的外侧涂覆有合金涂层,合金涂层的外侧涂覆富铝涂层。
作为优选的,所述的环氧涂层的厚度为80-120微米。
作为优选的,所述的聚乙烯涂层的厚度为200—250微米。
作为优选的,所述的合金涂层(4)为为厚度≥3微米的Galmeg-金高镁涂层。
作为优选的,所述的富铝涂层为厚度≥3微米的富铝环氧树脂涂层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:改进涂层管的耐腐蚀、耐磨、耐冲击等性能,提高使用寿命。

为了能更清楚地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明。
如图1所示的一种复合涂层管,包括管本体1,所述的管本体1的内表面涂覆厚度为80-120微米的环氧涂层2,环氧涂层2内侧涂覆有厚度为200-250微米的聚乙烯涂层3,提高管壁内侧的耐腐蚀性,所述的管本体1的外侧涂覆有合金涂层4,合金涂层4为厚度≥3微米的Galmeg-金高镁涂层,合金涂层4的外侧涂覆厚度≥3微米的富铝环氧树脂涂层5,提高管壁外侧的耐腐蚀性,耐冲击性。

1.一种复合涂层管,包括管本体(1),其特征在于:所述的管本体(1)的内表面涂覆环氧涂层(2),环氧涂层(2)内侧涂覆有聚乙烯涂层(3),所述的管本体(1)的外侧涂覆有合金涂层(4),合金涂层的外侧涂覆富铝涂层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合涂层管,其特征在于:所述的环氧涂层(2)的厚度为80-120微米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合涂层管,其特征在于:所述的聚乙烯涂层(3)的厚度为200-250微米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合涂层管,其特征在于:所述的合金涂层(4)为厚度≥3微米的Galmeg-金高镁涂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合涂层管,其特征在于:所述的富铝涂层(5)为厚度≥3微米的富铝环氧树脂涂层。
