现有二分器包括中部的料槽、位于料槽两侧的若干分样管路等,上述各部分需要一个稳定的框架确保互相之间的位置关系一定才能实现准确的分样功能。现有分样器框架都是由人工凭借工作经验下料并进行折弯以及焊接作业而成型,作业效率较低且准确度较差。
