Abstract

本发明涉及一种激光切割机Z轴丝杆的装配工装件,包括一个具有两个面相互垂直的L形角钢件、一个横截面为阶梯形的矩形体,所述矩形体的左边设有定位螺孔,矩形体的右边设有连接螺孔,所述矩形体的边缘与L形角钢件连接。本发明以直线导轨安装面作为基准,保证了丝杆与直线导轨的平行度,使设备运转更精确稳定,延长设备的使用寿命,大大减少工人的安装时间和装配精度,提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种激光切割机,具体涉及一种激光切割机Z轴丝杆的装配工装件,本发明还涉及一种激光切割机Z轴丝杆的装配工艺。
背景技术
在激光切割机Z轴中,切割头多采用直线导轨加丝杆传动,并且多采用中间放置丝杆两边各放置一根直线导轨的传动方式。如此就使得丝杆部件至少有一端为自由端,这样在安装时,操作人员通常用块规来调节丝杆的位置和平行度,然而丝杆有两个方向的自由度,操作人员很难一步到位安装固定丝杆,通常是需要花费一天甚至更长的时间来调整安装,以保证丝杆与导轨的平行度。这样就大大浪费操作人员的时间,并提高了机床的成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种布局合理紧凑、受力均匀、刚性好、精度高、结构简单、适用于激光切割机Z轴丝杆的装配工装件。本发明的目的还提供一种激光切割机Z轴丝杆的装配工艺。
为了达到上述目的,本发明有如下技术方案:
本发明的一种激光切割机Z轴丝杆的装配工装件,包括一个具有两个面相互垂直的L形角钢件、一个横截面为阶梯形的矩形体,所述矩形体的左边设有定位螺孔,矩形体的右边设有连接螺孔,所述矩形体的边缘与L形角钢件连接。
其中,所述矩形体的中央设有一个槽。
本发明的一种激光切割机Z轴丝杆的装配工艺,有以下步骤:
1)将矩形体左边的下边缘安装在激光切割机的直线导轨上,通过3个螺钉固定矩形体,并通过激光切割机的滑座侧面的顶紧螺钉使矩形体紧靠在直线导轨上,以直线导轨作为安装基准;
2)装配Z轴丝杆时,Z轴丝杆的一端插入滑座的轴承安装孔内,然后将Z轴丝杆紧靠L形角钢件上,再将Z轴丝杆的另一端的上固定板固定在滑座端面上;
3)用千分表检测丝杆与直线导轨的平行度并微调一下就完成了Z轴丝杆的装配。
由于采取了以上技术方案,本发明的优点在于:
1、本丝杆装配工装通过合理布局,因而结构紧奏简捷,体积小,制造与安装方便快捷,成本低,性价比高。
2、本丝杆装配工装件以直线导轨安装面作为基准,保证了丝杆与直线导轨的平行度,使设备运转更精确稳定,延长设备的使用寿命。
3、本丝杆装配工装的使用,大大减少了操作人员的安装时间,提高了工作效率,降低了成本,同时,也降低了相应的维护和保养费用。

本发明是一种激光切割机Z轴丝杆的装配工装件,由一个具有两个面相互垂直的L形角钢件、一个横截面为阶梯形的矩形体组成,所述矩形体的左边设有定位螺孔,矩形体的右边设有连接螺孔,所述矩形体的中央设有一个槽,所述矩形体的边缘与L形角钢件通过螺钉连接。
本发明的一种激光切割机Z轴丝杆的装配工艺,有以下步骤:
1)将矩形体左边的下边缘安装在激光切割机的直线导轨上,通过3个螺钉固定矩形体,并通过激光切割机的滑座侧面的顶紧螺钉使矩形体紧靠在直线导轨上,以直线导轨作为安装基准,这样就能保证装配工装件与直线导轨平行;
2)装配Z轴丝杆时,Z轴丝杆的一端插入滑座的轴承安装孔内,然后将Z轴丝杆紧靠L形角钢件上,再将Z轴丝杆的另一端的上固定板固定在滑座端面上;
3)用千分表检测丝杆与直线导轨的平行度并微调一下就完成了Z轴丝杆的装配。

1.一种激光切割机Z轴丝杆的装配工装件,其特征在于:包括一个具有两个面相互垂直的L形角钢件、一个横截面为阶梯形的矩形体,所述矩形体的左边设有定位螺孔,矩形体的右边设有连接螺孔,所述矩形体的边缘与L形角钢件连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种激光切割机Z轴丝杆的装配工装件,其特征在于:所述矩形体的中央设有一个槽。
3.一种激光切割机Z轴丝杆的装配工艺,其特征在于有以下步骤:
1)将矩形体左边的下边缘安装在激光切割机的直线导轨上,通过3个螺钉固定矩形体,并通过激光切割机的滑座侧面的顶紧螺钉使矩形体紧靠在直线导轨上,以直线导轨作为安装基准;
2)装配Z轴丝杆时,Z轴丝杆的一端插入滑座的轴承安装孔内,然后将Z轴丝杆紧靠L形角钢件上,再将Z轴丝杆的另一端的上固定板固定在滑座端面上;
3)用千分表检测丝杆与直线导轨的平行度并微调一下就完成了Z轴丝杆的装配。
