技术领域
本发明涉及用于分配多种液体的设备,该多种液体具体为用于颜料(paint)的着色剂(colorant),该设备包括
支架,例如转台或线性台,其限定多个位置,如槽或腔室,和
多个保持液体的容器,其安装在支架的所述位置上,并设置有泵和/或阀用于从所述容器分配液体。
本发明还涉及可释放地安装在设备中的墨盒。
背景技术
US2006/0169718涉及分配设备,包括居中定位的竖直安装的柱组件。多个罐悬臂地安装至柱组件。各罐具有用于保持液体的容器且各容器包括相应的泵用于分配其中保持的液体。该分配设备还包括固定分配站,其具有用于选择性地致动泵以分配容器中保持的液体的机构。还设置有机构,用于与罐的一部分接合以将与容器相应的泵与固定分配站对齐,其中可分配容器中保持的流体。
根据WO2010/113008,WO2005/107933,WO2005/039747,EP800858,EP1134186,和EP1090679中已知相似的设备。US2,094,702公开了颜料混合机器,其包括多个安装在竖直支架上的容器。US2009/153504公开了一种装置,其包括多个存储不同染料(tint)的容器,以圆周配置布置的载有容器的水平轴线圆盘传送带,和用于收集容器的支架。该传送带步进(index)至输送位置,在该位置选定容器的排出口被设置成与收集容器对齐,其中计量装置控制预定量的染料被排至收集容器中。
EP1772710公开了计量盖(10),其包括本体(11)和计量盘(15),计量盘(15)旋转地安装在本体的两个表面(20,24)之间。计量盘(15)具有至少一个孔或腔(18),其可在计量盘的第一角度位置经由第一开口(21)填充单元体积的粉末。通过固定地连接至驱动轴(16)和计量盘(15)的齿轮(17)来旋转该盘,腔(18)中保持的粉末可在第二角度位置经由第二开口(23)和排出通道(22)排出。计量盖旨在装配至站中使用的各粉末瓶上,用于准备粉末混合物。在说明书中(段落[0046]和[0067]),说明了计量盖,不仅可用于任何颗粒尺寸的粉末,还可用于多或少的糊状物质和甚至液体。EP1772710没有提供这如何进行的信息。
本发明的目的是提供对操作者更加友好的用于分配多种液体的设备,多种液体具体为用于颜料的着色剂。
发明内容
为此,在本说明书的技术领域部分说明的设备中,至少一些容器与相应的液体和泵和/或阀共同形成墨盒,该墨盒可释放地安装在设备中。
因此,与特定液体(具体为颜料的着色剂)接触的设备的部件整体地形成闭合的、可交换模块,且特定液体不再限制于设备中的特定位置。
在一个实施方式中,至少一些容器和相应的泵和/或阀是整体的,即,形成一整体使得容器和泵和/或阀在不对墨盒造成永久损坏的情况下无法被拆除。
在另一个实施方式中,泵是容积式泵,例如,活塞泵、齿轮泵或者章动泵(nutating pump)。
为了减少或防止液体和周围空气之间的接触,优选至少一些容器包括保持液体的柔性袋。
在一个实施方式中,至少一些墨盒容纳有装置,该装置朝向泵和/或阀推动容器中的液体,例如通过弹簧、加压气体或通过挤压柔性袋(如果存在的话)。
在另一个实施方式中,设备包括用于测量(如称重)被分配的液体的量的装置。因此,通过称重获得精确度的至少一部分,且可将泵保持相对简单,如果墨盒且因此泵是一次性的则其是较相关的。此外,确定分配的量减少了所谓的调色失败的风险。
原则上,可称量液体分配进入的(颜料)罐的重量。然而,在实际操作中,罐的重量显著地改变,通常灌注的罐在0.5至21千克的范围,且罐通常落至支架上,优选地设备包括称重装置,其用于称重支架以及因此称重其上的所有墨盒,或者一个或多个单独墨盒,例如从其分配液体的墨盒。
在另一个实施方式中,在正常使用中一个或多个位置是空的,即,在这些位置没有墨盒。因此,如果在该设备中的一个墨盒是(几乎)耗尽,可将另一个容纳有相同液体的墨盒设置在该空的位置中。
在另一个实施方式中,墨盒可被随机地设置在位置上。因此,设备例如包括条形码/扫描器,RFID/读取器,或者转发器/收发器以识别墨盒,或包括设置在支架和墨盒上的盖,该盖允许进入支架上的准确的一个位置。这使得分配器能确定并记录插入分配器的各墨盒的位置,而不需要例如条形码,RFID或者转发器。
为了促进墨盒的交换性,优选将墨盒替换为相同的墨盒仅需要机械地松开墨盒且相继地机械地接合替换墨盒。
本发明还涉及本说明书的技术领域部分中限定的设备,其中所述支架是转台,且该转台竖直地延伸或者与竖直方向成从0°到80°范围内的角度(α)延伸。
在这些配置中,其还可应用于不具有上述可换墨盒的实施方式中,台的旋转导致容器的容纳物的搅动。因此,大体上不需要搅拌器,或者可更换为在容器的内壁上的固定元件,例如凸起,如脊。
在一个实施方式中,角度(α)等于arctan(d/l)±5°,其中“d”是平均直径,而“l”是所述容器的长度。
在另一个实施方式中,在至少一些,优选地所有容器中没有可移动的搅拌器,如可转动的搅拌器。
在另一个实施方式中,设备包括控制器,其进而设置有或连接至存储器,用于操作支架和泵和/或阀,且并存储每单元时间使用量的至少一些液体。
在改进中,控制器被配置成存储在长时间段中在所述容器中的液体的消耗,该时间段例如是跨越容纳有相同(类型的)液体的至少两个连续的墨盒的安装的时间段。
着色剂消耗的统计使得能计算在例如下一天或下一周墨盒需要被新(满)墨盒更换的可能性。根据该可能性,接着设备可生成信息,建议例如在装置中插入替换墨盒或另外的墨盒,因此避免配方分配过程中在客户等待时更换或增加墨盒。
本发明还涉及可如上所述可释放地安装的墨盒,该墨盒包括保持液体的容器和用于从容器分配液体的泵和/或阀。
本发明还涉及以如上所述的分配多种液体的装置的操作方法,包括以下步骤,确定大部分容器,优选地所有容器中保持的液体量,提供待分配的配方,将该配方与所述容器中保持的液体的量比较,且如果一种或多种液体的量少于所述配方所要求的量,则为此产生信号,例如通过向操作者指示更换各容器的需要或者将具有相同液体的容器设置在空的(多余的)位置上。

具体实施方式
图1示出了用于分配诸如颜料(paint)、颜料着色剂、染发剂、洗发剂、粉底霜(的组分)等多种液体的设备1。其可用于分配所述产品的多种配方组分和配方成分,且其可被分别设置在例如装饰颜料的零售商、理发师或温泉疗养处。
该特定分配设备1是自动方式且包括倾斜的转台2,其具有沿着周边安装的多个墨盒(cartridge)3(从图1和2中未示出,但在图3中示出)。各墨盒3设置有泵4和分配阀5(图3)。转台2可在分离位置(discrete positions)之间旋转,该分离位置例如是包括分配位置的十二或十六位置,分配位置即是通过中间致动器操作在分配位置处的墨盒的泵和阀的位置。流体被分配至容器中,在该示例中该容器是调节架7上的桶6。
设备1包括框架或者支柱8和控制器和存储器,i.c.,电脑9,用于输入和存储信息,例如客户数据和配方,并产生指令以驱动转台2、泵和阀。
例如,在欧洲专利申请EP800858,EP1492970,EP1688652,和EP2198950中公开了驱动多种部件的合适转台和程序的更多信息。
如所述,图3示出了墨盒3,其包括容纳诸如颜料染色剂等的液体的柔性袋10,活塞泵4和阀5。这些部件整体地形成以形成用后即弃(一次性)单元。在该示例中,泵包括气缸11和磁性活塞12,其可通过在分配位置的驱动磁铁而以例如1Hz的较高频率往复移动。
在一个示例中,如图4中所示,该设备旨在用于Y种着色剂和包括X个位置,其中X>Y。在初始使用中,Y个槽装有着色剂墨盒,且X-Y个槽保持为空。在墨盒到达临界容量水平的情况下,控制器警告操作者将容纳同液体的新的额外墨盒放置在空的槽中。
从操作者的角度,如果控制器每天仅一次(例如在早上当系统启动时建议哪个墨盒需要加入系统中将是最佳的。优选的方法是使用历史着色剂耗数据来计算那天墨盒必须更换的可能性。这表示一些墨盒可仍在其中具相当数量的着色剂,而其它的(例如每周仅使用一次的)将在系统推荐更之前完全耗尽。
空的槽的主要目的是避免在分配过程中更换墨盒的需要。该系统优选设置有充足的空槽,使得系统用完空槽的情况几乎不会发生。通过使用历消耗的计算机模拟,可估计对于特定客户需要多少空槽,以具有充足的空槽该估计随着时间将更加准确。
在改进中,为着频繁使用的色剂墨盒保留最后的空槽,即,不要“让给不频繁使用的着色剂墨盒。
当然,该公开不限于上述公开实施方式,其可在本权利要求的范围内不同方式变化。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于分配多种液体的设备,所述多种液体优选为用于颜料的着色剂,该设备包括:
限定多个位置的支架,诸如转台或者线形台,和
保持液体的多个容器,其在所述位置安装在所述支架上,且设置有用于从所述容器分配液体的泵和/或阀,其特征在于至少一些所述容器与相应的液体和泵和/或阀共同形成墨盒,该墨盒可释放地安装在所述设备中。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中至少一些所述容器和相应的泵和/或阀是整体的。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的设备,其中所述泵是容积式泵。
4.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的设备,其中至少一些所述容器包括保持所述液体的柔性袋。
5.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的设备,包括用于测量被分配的液体量的装置,优选地包括用于称量所述支架或者一个或多个单独墨盒的称量装置。
6.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的设备,其中一个或多个所述位置是空的。
7.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的设备,其中所述墨盒能随机地设置在所述位置。
8.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的设备,其中所述支架是转台且该转台竖直延伸或相对于竖直方向成从0°到80°范围内的角度(α)延伸。
