Described polyurethane water-proof surface lacquer comprises A2 component and B2 component, and described A2 component comprises: 40-60 weight part polyether glycol, 22-37 weight part titanium dioxide, 6.5-12.5 weight part filler, 2.5 weight part film coalescence aid and 8 parts by weight solvent; Described B2 component comprises: 40-60 weight part isocyanic ester and 0-20 parts by weight solvent.
