本发明公开了一种逆转辊涂布间隙调节装置,包括涂布辊和计量辊,在计量辊的辊轴上设有齿条,所述齿条通过轴承套接在辊轴上,在齿条的啮合面上还设有与齿条适配的齿轮,齿轮通过键轴和联轴器与伺服电机相连。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:伺服电机驱动齿轮,齿轮带动齿条移动,能根据需要把涂布辊和计量辊之间的间隙调大或者调小,调节精度高,结构也简单。

本发明涉及一种逆转辊涂布间隙调节装置。
背景技术
逆转辊涂布技术是最通用的涂布方法,广泛用于胶片、造纸、织物处理和复合材料,在逆转辊涂布系统中,涂布间隙的调节十分重要,但现有的调节方法比较复杂。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的上述问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,而提供一种既精确又简单的逆转辊涂布间隙调节装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种逆转辊涂布间隙调节装置,包括涂布辊和计量辊,在计量辊的辊轴上设有齿条,所述齿条通过轴承套接在辊轴上,在齿条的啮合面上还设有与齿条适配的齿轮,齿轮通过键轴和联轴器与伺服电机相连。
计量辊与齿轮之间的辊轴上设有线性位移检测装置。
所述联轴器为固定式联轴器。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:伺服电机驱动齿轮,齿轮带动齿条移动,能根据需要把涂布辊和计量辊之间的间隙调大或者调小,调节精度高,结构也简单。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明的优选技术方案。
如图1所示,一种逆转辊涂布间隙调节装置,包括涂布辊1和计量辊2,在计量辊2的辊轴3上设有齿条4,齿条4通过轴承套接在辊轴3上,在齿条4的啮合面上还设有与齿条4适配的齿轮5,齿轮5通过键轴6和联轴器7与伺服电机8相连。
计量辊2与齿轮5之间的辊轴3上设有线性位移检测装置9,便于精确的控制涂布辊1和计量辊2之间的间隙。
联轴器7为固定式联轴器,传动精度高。
本发明的逆转辊涂布间隙调节装置,伺服电机8驱动齿轮5,齿轮5带动齿条4移动,能根据需要把涂布辊1和计量辊2之间的间隙调大或者调小,调节精度高,结构也简单。

1.一种逆转辊涂布间隙调节装置,其特征在于:包括涂布辊(1)和计量辊(2),在计量辊(2)的辊轴(3)上设有齿条(4),所述齿条(4)通过轴承套接在辊轴(3)上,在齿条(4)的啮合面上还设有与齿条(4)适配的齿轮(5),齿轮(5)通过键轴(6)和联轴器(7)与伺服电机(8)相连;计量辊(2)与齿轮(5)之间的辊轴(3)上设有线性位移检测装置(9);所述联轴器(7)为固定式联轴器。
