缺铁性贫血是一种常见的血液病，是指体内可用来制造血红蛋白的储存铁缺乏，红细胞生成受到障碍时所发生的贫血。临床表现为皮肤苍白，软弱无力，心悸气急，头晕耳鸣，失眠多梦等，甚则出现口腔炎、舌炎、浅表性胃炎、皮肤干燥、毛发易脱落、指甲扁平，甚至反甲等症状和体征。本病属于中医“虚劳”、“萎黄”等范畴，多由脾虚血亏，气血两虚，肝血不足等引起，治疗原则为补气生血。
发明内容：
本发明针对现有技术之不足，提供了一种治疗缺铁性贫血的中药，其特征在于它是由下列重量配比的原料药物的组份组成：黄芪30-50g、当归10-15g、熟地10-20g、西洋参10-15g、龙眼肉10-15g、炒白术10-15g、陈皮10-15g、炙甘草6-10g。
优选用量：黄芪50g、当归10g、熟地15g、西洋参10g、龙眼肉15g、炒白术10g、陈皮15g、炙甘草10g。
药理分析：本方所治之症是由于劳倦内伤，气弱血虚所致，故方中首选黄芪、当归二味补气生血为君药。西洋参助黄芪补气；熟地、龙眼肉助当归补血，且能安神，共为臣药。炒白术补脾益气，以资气血生化之源；陈皮理气调中，使上述药物补气而不壅气，补血而不滋腻，共为佐药。甘草调和诸药，为使药。以上药物合用，使气充血足，则诸症自除。
剂型及用法：本方药剂型为汤剂，水煎服，一日一剂，煎煮两遍。头煎加凉水600ml，浸泡一小时，武火煮沸后改文火续煎30分钟，取汁150ml；二煎加热水600ml，武火煮沸后改文火续煎60分钟，取汁150ml。两煎所得药汁混合，早晚饭前一小时各服150ml，温开水送服。服药期间忌食寒凉食物和萝卜。

实施例1：一种治疗缺铁性贫血的中药，是由下列重量配比的原料药物的组份组成：黄芪30-50g、当归10-15g、熟地10-20g、西洋参10-15g、龙眼肉10-15g、炒白术10-15g、陈皮10-15g、炙甘草6-10g。
实施例2：一种治疗缺铁性贫血的中药，其中各种原料药物的优选重量份配比为：黄芪50g、当归10g、熟地15g、西洋参10g、龙眼肉15g、炒白术10g、陈皮15g、炙甘草10g。
临床疗效总结：
一、一般资料：共收治病人24例，其中男性4例，女性20例；年龄10-15岁5例，15-20岁5例，20-30岁6例，30岁以上8例；病程最长10年，最短3年。
二、诊断标准：
1、症状：乏力、倦怠、头晕眼花、面色苍白、心悸气短、失眠多梦等。
2、血常规检查：红细胞计数和血红蛋白含量减少，低于正常水平，红细胞体积变小而色浅，红细胞中心苍白区扩大，呈典型的小细胞性浅色性贫血。白细胞和血小板一般无明显变化。
三、疗效评定标准：
1、治愈：自觉症状消失，血常规检查正常。
2、好转：自觉症状基本消失，血常规检查血红蛋白数值较正常略低。
四、治疗结果：服药一个月为一疗程，轻度患者两疗程痊愈，重度患者需三个疗程治愈。有效率100%，治愈率90%，好转10%。
五、典型病例：
病例1：李××，女，30岁，工人。2010年5月就诊。自述头晕、乏力、厌食、心悸气短、失眠多梦一年，在中心医院诊为缺铁性贫血，血色素化验仅6克，要求服中药治疗。给予本方药服用一疗程自觉症状明显减轻，血常规化验血色素升至8克，继服一疗程，诸症消失，血常规检查正常，随访至今未复发。
病例2：张××，女，35岁，农民。2011年8月就诊。自述患缺铁性贫血10年，服用多种中西药治疗，病情时轻时重，故来诊要求服中草药治疗。查体：面色苍白，唇甲无华，舌淡，脉细。血常规检查血色素7克。给予本方药服用三个疗程诸症消失，血色素升至12克，一年后随访未复发。
