本发明涉及一种阀针的控制杠杆,特别是一种结构简单、强度高、使用寿命长的圆头杠杆,属于热流道系统组件技术领域。
背景技术
现有的阀针的控制杠杆的主动端和从动端均为叉状,主动端通过销钉与主动件连接,从动端通过圆柱销与阀针连接;这种结构的杠杆,主动端和从动端均的分叉结构的强度较低,杠杆在工作时,端部易断裂,且分叉结构较为复杂,加工成本高。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种结构简单、强度高、使用寿命长的圆头杠杆。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种圆头杠杆,包含杠杆本体;所述杠杆本体包含设置在靠近杠杆本体中部的连接部和设置在杠杆本体两端的主动端和从动端;所述连接部上设置有连接孔;所述主动端和从动端的截面呈圆弧状。
优选的,所述主动端和从动端均呈圆球状。 
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的圆头杠杆,主动端和从动端截面呈圆弧状,因此,在工作时,主动端和从动端与主动件和从动件之间的接触面小,摩擦少,不会折断,整体强度高,结构简单,成本低,若将主动端和从动端设计成圆球状则可进一步减少接触面积。

下面结合附图来说明本发明。
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种圆头杠杆,包含杠杆本体1;所述杠杆本体1包含设置在靠近杠杆本体1中部的连接部和设置在杠杆本体1两端的主动端2和从动端3;所述连接部上设置有连接孔4;所述主动端2和从动端3均呈圆球状。
如图2所示,所述主动端2处设置有主动件5,从动端3处设置有从动件6;所述主动件5为一个活塞,主动端2设置在主动件5的连接槽中;所述从动件6为一个活塞组件,从动端3设置在从动件6的连接槽中;所述从动件6的前端设置有阀针7;当主动件5运动时,杠杆本体1利用杠杆原理带动从动件6运动,进而使从动件6带动阀针运动。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本实施方式的圆头杠杆,主动端2和从动端3设计成圆球状,因此,在工作时,主动端2和从动端3与主动件5和从动件6之间的接触面小,摩擦少,不会折断,整体强度高,结构简单,成本低。
