Abstract

一种倒钩止退式开口销，所述倒钩止退式开口销由开口销销体和倒钩构成，开口销的长销体端头设有一定仰角度的且具有弹性的倒钩，短销体稍上翘一定的角度。使用时，将开口销长销体上的倒钩压平端部穿入销孔，倒钩压平后将短销体稍上翘的角度压平，使开口销很顺利的穿入销孔中，倒钩穿过销孔后靠弹性自动张开，使开口销不得退出，短销体稍上翘的角度在销孔中紧密的与销孔壁密贴接触，以防止震动磨耗，需要退出开口销时，将长销体上的倒钩压平即可将开口销顺利拔出。本发明安装方便快捷，具有防止震功能，使用中不易磨耗脱落，省时省力工作效率高，外形一致美观大方，使用安全可靠。

技术领域：
本发明涉及开口销，具体地说是用来防止铁路、矿山、机械设备上的紧固螺母和连接销轴等部件脱落的一种倒钩止退式开口销。 
背景技术：
在现有技术中，为防止机械设备上的紧固螺母和连接销轴等部件松动脱落，通常采用的大多为普通开口销，使用时将开口销是插入螺栓或销轴端头的销孔里，然后再将开口销一端掰开为45°-60°，这种工作在安装中比较麻烦，费时费力，工作效率低；开口销的掰开角度如果不一致则影响美观，另外通常使用的开口销与销孔存在间隙，受外界震动影响开口销容易磨耗，掰开角度容易变化导致开口销容易脱落，不利于安全使用。 
发明内容：
本发明的目的在于提供一种倒钩止退式开口销，采用本发明安装方便快捷，省时省力工作效率高，不易磨耗脱落，使用安全可靠。 
本发明的技术方案如下：所述倒钩止退式开口销由开口销销体和倒钩构成，其中开口销的一端呈环形状另一端为销体，销体分为长销体和短销体，长销体端头设有一定仰角度的且具有弹性的倒钩，所述倒钩止退式开口销上的短销体稍上翘一定的角度，上翘角度小于倒钩的仰角度。 
本发明的的有益效果： 
1、由于本发明的安装比普通开口销安装更加方便快捷，且不易脱落，省时省力工作效率高。 
2、本发明的销体端部的倒钩具有钢性，穿过销孔靠弹性自动张开，非人工作用下开口销是不能脱落的，使用安全可靠。 
3、本发明的开口销销体安装在销孔里密贴接触，不易磨损，具有防震功能，在巨大的震动力和外力作用下也很难从部件上的销孔中退出脱落。 
4、本发明的结构设计合理，加工制作方便，使用时外形一致美观大方。

下面结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。 
如图1所示，本发明由开口销销体和倒钩构成，所述开口销的一端呈环形状另一端为销体，销体分为长销体(1)和短销体(2)，长销体(1)端头设有一定的仰角度且具有弹性的倒钩(3)，所述倒钩止退式开口销上的短销体(2)稍上翘一定的角度，上翘角度小于倒钩(3)的仰角度。 
本发明工作过程： 
如图2、3所示当倒钩止退式开口销的长销体(1)上的倒钩(3)压平端部穿入螺栓(4)的销孔，倒钩(3)压平后将短销体(2)稍上翘的角度压平，使开口销很顺利的穿入销孔中，长销体(1)上的倒钩(3)穿过销孔后，倒钩(3)靠弹性自动张开，使开口销不得退出，短销体(2)稍上翘的角度在销孔中紧密的与销孔壁接触，以防止震动磨耗，需要退出开口销时，将长销体(1)上的倒钩(3)压平即可将开口销顺利拔出。

1.一种倒钩止退式开口销，它由开口销销体和倒钩构成，其特征在于：所述开口销的一端呈环形状另一端为销体，销体分为长销体(1)和短销体(2)，长销体(1)端头设有一定仰角度的且具有弹性的倒钩(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种倒钩止退式开口销，其特征在于：所述开口销上的短销体(2)稍上翘一定的角度，上翘角度小于倒钩的仰角度。
