Abstract
一种组件式夹持装置,既易于拆、装,又有通用
性,仅需从通孔中压入或压出夹持组件就可以从弹簧
加载的柱销卡紧方式转换到通孔销卡紧方式,在避免
了由于已知的弹簧加载柱销卡紧系统中所需的交叉
孔而产生强度削弱的条件下,通过上述转换就提供了
这种通用性。另外,还提供了夹持元件的多种结构。
Description
本发明一般地涉及动力机具、特别是关于这类机具的驱动输出轴上的用来夹持套筒或类似物的装置。
由于固紧操作和其它机具应用的多样性,希望由动力机具或其它速度驱动装置驱动的刀具、套筒或其它机具之间具有互换性。例如,对于用套筒作驱动夹紧器的情况,实际上会有几十种各种尺寸的套筒被用于同样的驱动中。
存在有几种不同形式的驱动轴,但最普遍的一种是方杆驱动,它在手动机具中业已工业标准化了。
对于这种驱动轴的要求是,在工作期间提供可靠的夹持的同时,能容易地安装和拆卸套筒及其它刀具,目前可以购到几种具有不同复杂程度的夹持装置。其中之一是通用的弹簧加载的销或球,它从机具的输出轴横向突出而嵌入并被保持在套筒内的沟槽孔或其它卡销结构中。于是就可以通过径直的推入或拉出动作克服弹簧力而进行套筒的安装与拆卸。
另外一种夹持装置是所谓“通孔”式结构。其中输出轴上有在其驱动端上完全钻通的孔,通孔式夹持器的套筒上有位置与之对准的适宜的孔。套筒置于轴上,销子穿过套筒和驱动轴的孔。销子被弹性环保持在位,弹性环嵌入在卡销孔上面套筒外侧的环形沟槽中。
将制造用于某一夹持系统的套筒用在其输出轴具有另一夹持系统的刀具上时,至少将是很困难的,甚至是完全不可能的,缺乏互换性的情况造成明显的经济上的缺陷。其中之一就是,对于一种动力机具就需要准备一套相应的套筒与刀具。
前面描述了已知的存在于现有卡销系统中的各种局限性;于是,为克服上面提出的一个或几个局限性而提出一种适宜的替代产品显然是有益的。因此而提出一种适宜的替代产品,其诸特点将在下文中予以充分的描述。
按照本发明的一个方面,它系由提供一种用于旋转驱动机具主轴上的卡销组件而得以完成,主轴上钻通孔以保持卡销,它包括一个压入主轴中的均匀一致的圆柱形壳体;至少一个可动地安装在壳体中的夹持元件;推动该夹持元件从壳体中伸出的弹性装置;以及一个至少在该壳体的一端上形成的环形唇边,用以将夹持元件保持在该壳体中。
本发明前述的以及其它的各方面,在结合附图对本发明作下面的详细描述之后将是显然的。

图3A是图3中圆圈区域3A的局部放大示意图。
在图1中表示出用弹簧加载柱销式夹持器来夹持在主轴5上的套筒16、主轴端孔7和主轴横向孔彼此相交地钻出,注意在主轴横向孔9的一端上有一限位结构,用以阻止球形或带肩部的圆柱形夹持元件10从主轴横孔的限位端中脱出。夹持元件10被支承在主轴横孔9中弹簧底座14上的弹簧12推向主轴横孔9的限位端。当套筒6安装在主轴5上时,它被夹持元件10的突入套筒卡孔18中的部分所卡紧。由于夹持元件10是用弹簧12推向外部的,所以可以容易地压缩该元件,以便在主轴5上安装或拆去套筒6。
在图2中示出的通孔式夹持器中,在主轴5上有一横向的主轴孔72,此通孔直径一致并且与套筒32相同。套筒36安装在主轴5上;卡销30穿过套筒孔32插入主轴孔72中。卡销30通过弹性的卡销保持环35而保持在套筒孔32和主轴孔72中。图1与图2清楚地显示出两种夹持机构是不能互换的。
图3示出了本发明的弹簧加载的柱销实施例,此处主轴或支座5上示有通孔72,于是它可以使用图2中所示的套筒夹持系统,一端封密的壳体50被压入通孔72中,其中含有弹簧55和夹持元件60。夹持元件60被示为一有肩部的销,但它也可以是球形或圆顶销或其它的形状,以3A标示的圆面积被放大地示于图3A中。其中揭示了将夹持元件60保持在壳体50内,限制其被挤出壳体50的开口端的方法细节。作为夹持元件的保持方法的最佳实施例,图中示出滚压边缘52。然而,夹持元件60也可以由带螺纹帽,局部加桩或沟槽与卡入环结构(未示出)来保持。
比较图1和图2可以看出,其它的结构都相同,只是通孔卡销结构较之弹簧加载的柱销结构对主轴的削弱作用较小,这是因为通孔结构不需要主轴轴向的孔,轴向孔必然带来相应的削弱作用。
于是,本发明有强度高和通用性好的优点。其组件性质使其允许弹簧加载的结构转换成为通孔销式结构。按照结构需要,只需将卡销组件压入或压出所在通孔即可。
Claims (2)
1、一种可变换的卡销组件,它与安装在旋转驱动机具主轴上的套筒相配合,主轴与套筒均钻通孔,以便使通孔卡销通过一弹性环而保持在通孔中,上述套筒有一与上述弹性环相适应的环形槽,所述可变换的卡销组件包括:
压入主轴通孔中的一个均匀一致的圆柱形壳体;
至少一个可动地装入上述壳体内带有肩部的夹持元件;
在上述壳体中的弹性装置,用以推动上述夹持元件自上述壳体中突出并嵌入套筒的通孔中,以及
至少在上述壳体的一个端部上形成环形唇部,用以将上述夹持元件保持在上述壳体中。
2、一种如权利要求1中所述的卡销组件,其中推动夹持元件自上述壳体中突出的弹性装置是弹簧。
