技术领域
本发明涉及一种热流道系统中的阀针的组件,特别是一种结构稳定、摩擦阻力小、成本低的阀针的动力组件,属于热流道系统组件技术领域。
背景技术
现有的阀针的动力组件由杠杆和动力活塞组成,杠杆的主动端和从动端均为叉状,主动端通过销钉与主动件连接;这种结构的动力组件,杠杆的主动端和从动端均的分叉结构的强度较低,杠杆在工作时,端部易断裂,主动端、销钉和动力活塞之间的接触面较大,摩擦阻力高,容易受损,且分叉结构较为复杂,加工成本高。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种结构稳定、摩擦阻力小、成本低的阀针的动力组件。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种阀针的动力组件,包含杠杆和动力活塞;所述杠杆包含设置在靠近杠杆中部的连接部和设置在杠杆两端的主动端和从动端;所述连接部上设置有连接孔;所述主动端和从动端的截面呈圆弧状;所述动力活塞的侧部设置有杠杆槽;所述主动端设置在杠杆槽中。
优选的,所述主动端和从动端均呈圆球状。 
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的阀针的动力组件,杠杆的主动端和从动端截面呈圆弧状,因此,在工作时,主动端与动力活塞之间的接触面小,摩擦少,不易磨损、折断,整体强度高,结构简单,成本低,若将主动端和从动端设计成圆球状则可进一步减少接触面积。

由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的阀针的动力组件,杠杆1的主动端2和从动端3呈圆球状,因此,在工作时,主动端2与动力活塞11之间的接触面小,摩擦少,不易磨损、折断,整体强度高,结构简单,成本低。
