Abstract

本发明提供一种立棉喷胶机,包括前后两端分别设有入口和出口的箱体,其内腔前部的上方设有自动喷胶装置;还包括从所述箱体的入口穿入所述箱体的内腔并从所述箱体的出口穿出的链条传送装置,所述链条传送装置包括链条、驱动所述链条的齿轮、驱动所述齿轮的减速电机,所述链条上间隔设置有多个立棉承托装置。本发明通过链条传动装置和自动喷胶装置代替了人工作业,而且形成流水线生产,大大提高了生产效率;自动喷胶装置不受人为操作影响,喷胶更加均匀,提高产品品质;喷胶过程在箱体内腔中进行,大大减小了对生产车间环境的影响,使车间更加洁净。

Description

立棉喷胶机
技术领域
本发明涉及立棉生产设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种立棉喷胶机。
背景技术
立棉是非织造布的一种,它是一种不经由传统交织或针织方式、而是通过梳理、喷胶等工艺将一群纤维粘合在一起形成的一片连贯的棉。立棉具有良好的透气性和回弹性能,是制作文胸罩杯、枕头的高级填充材料。现有技术中,立棉生产过程中的喷胶工序一般由人工操作完成,工人将棉层排布好后手持气动喷枪,将胶水喷雾往复均匀地喷洒在棉层表面。由于采用人工作业,不仅生产效率较低,而且对工人的操作熟练度要求较高,常常会因为人为因素造成喷胶不均匀,导致产品品质下降。另一方面,人工喷胶时,车间环境中充满了大量的胶水喷雾,不符合绿色生产的要求,更不利于工人的身体健康。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种代替人工作业的立棉喷胶机,采用该种立棉喷胶机对立棉面层进行喷胶时胶水分布更均匀,且喷胶作业在设备内部进行,对环境影响较小。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种立棉喷胶机,其特征在于:包括前后两端分别设有入口和出口的箱体,其内腔前部的上方设有自动喷胶装置;还包括从所述箱体的入口穿入所述箱体的内腔并从所述箱体的出口穿出的链条传送装置,所述链条传送装置包括链条、驱动所述链条的齿轮、驱动所述齿轮的减速电机,所述链条上间隔设置有多个立棉承托装置。
较佳地,所述立棉喷胶机还包括与所述箱体的内腔相连通的抽风装置。
更佳地,所述抽风装置包括抽风管道,所述抽风管道设置在所述箱体的前部下方的外侧并与所述箱体的内腔相连通,所述抽风管道具有用于与外部管道连接的抽风口。
通过上述抽风装置可将由自动喷胶装置喷出但未落在立棉产品和立棉承托装置上的胶水喷雾,及时地从箱体内部下方抽出至外部管道,保持设备内部及周围环境的清洁。
较佳地,所述自动喷胶装置包括横向固定在所述箱体的内腔前部上方的滑轨、沿所述滑轨滑动的喷嘴、与所述喷嘴相连接的气液输送装置。
更佳地,所述自动喷胶装置还包括驱动所述喷嘴沿所述滑轨作直线往复运动的滑块、带动所述滑块运动的同步皮带、由所述同步皮带传动的主动轮和同步轮、驱动所述主动轮转动的驱动电机。
在一具体实施例中,所述自动喷胶装置还包括用以涨紧所述同步皮带的惰轮。
更佳地,所述自动喷胶装置还包括设置在所述自动喷胶装置下方用以检测放置在所述立棉承托装置上的立棉的感应开关。所述感应开关固设在所述自动喷胶装置下方并位于所述立棉承托装置的外侧,当链条带动立棉承托装置运动至所述感应开关处时,感应开关检测到放置在立棉承托装置上的立棉,感应开关传送信号给所述驱动电机,使该驱动电机带动所述喷嘴沿所述滑轨做一次往复运动,在往复运动的同时气液输送装置将气体和胶水供给喷嘴由喷嘴向下方喷洒,从而胶水均匀地洒落在立棉的表面上。
较佳地,所述立棉承托装置包括横向固定在所述链条上的连杆,以及沿所述连杆的长度方向间隔设置在所述连杆上的多个立棉托盘。
更佳地,每个所述立棉托盘的中部都具有弧面状凸起结构。由于所生产的立棉是用于制作文胸模杯,具有一定的弧形,为了方便立棉喷胶后的定型,每个立棉托盘的中部设置弧面状凸起结构。
在一具体实施例中,所述箱体的内腔后部还设有烘干装置。通过烘干装置可使喷洒在立棉表面的胶水渗透到内部,固化后使纤维间的交接点被粘接,从而最终定型。烘干装置可选用加热式风机。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明提供的立棉喷胶机具有以下优点:通过链条传动装置和自动喷胶代替了人工作业,而且形成流水线生产,大大提高了生产效率;自动喷胶装置不受人为操作影响,喷胶更加均匀,提高产品品质;喷胶过程在箱体内腔中进行,大大减小了对生产车间环境的影响,使车间更加洁净。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明优选的实施方式进行详细说明。
请参阅图1至图7,一种立棉喷胶机,包括前后两端分别设有入口和出口的箱体1,其内腔前部的上方设有自动喷胶装置,还包括从所述箱体1的入口穿入所述箱体1的内腔并从所述箱体1的出口穿出的链条传送装置。箱体1的前部高度高于后部的高度,这样造成箱体1的内腔前部较高、后部较低,避免胶水喷雾扩散到内腔后部。箱体后部的上方还设有电器柜5。
所述链条传送装置包括链条7、从动齿轮8、驱动齿轮9、齿形带10和减速电机11。从动齿轮8与链条7啮合,驱动齿轮9与从动齿轮8通过齿形带10传动连接,驱动齿轮9安装在减速电机11的输出轴上。减速电机11带动驱动齿轮9转动,驱动齿轮9通过齿形带带动从动齿轮8转动,从动齿轮8转动又带动链条7从箱体的入口向出口运行。
所述立棉喷胶机还包括与所述箱体1的内腔相连通的抽风装置。所述抽风装置包括抽风管道3,抽风管道3设置在所述箱体1的前部下方的外侧并与所述箱体1的内腔相连通,抽风管道3向上延伸并具有用于与外部管道连接的抽风口4。通过该抽风装置可将由自动喷胶装置喷出但未落在立棉产品和立棉承托装置上的胶水喷雾,及时地从箱体1内部下方抽出至外部管道,保持设备内部及周围环境的清洁。
所述自动喷胶装置包括横向固定在所述箱体1的内腔前部上方的横梁15、固定在横梁15上的滑轨16、沿所述滑轨16滑动的两个喷嘴19、与两个喷嘴19分别连接的气液输送装置。气液输送装置安装在电器柜5的内部,并通过管道与喷嘴19的气体输入管20和胶水输入管21相连通。所述自动喷胶装置还包括驱动所述喷嘴19沿所述滑轨16作直线往复运动的滑块17、带动所述滑块运动的同步皮带23、由所述同步皮带23传动的主动轮22和同步轮24、驱动所述主动轮22转动的驱动电机18。两个喷嘴19固定在滑块17的两侧。在本实施例中,所述自动喷胶装置还包括用以涨紧所述同步皮带23的惰轮25。
所述自动喷胶装置还包括设置在横梁15下方用以检测放置在立棉承托装置上的立棉的感应开关(图中未示)。所述感应开关位于所述立棉承托装置的外侧,当链条7带动立棉承托装置运动至所述感应开关处时,感应开关检测到放置在立棉承托装置上的立棉,感应开关传送信号给所述驱动电机18,使该驱动电机18带动所述喷嘴19沿所述滑轨16做一个周期的往复运动,在往复运动的同时气液输送装置将气体和胶水供给喷嘴19由喷嘴19向下方喷洒,从而胶水均匀地洒落在立棉的表面上。本实施例中定义喷嘴19从滑轨16左侧开始滑动至右侧,然后从右侧滑动回到左侧为一个周期。
所述立棉承托装置包括横向固定在所述链条上的多个连杆13,多个连杆13间隔设置在链条7上。每个连杆13的长度方向上间隔设置有4个立棉托盘6,每个立棉托盘6通过底部的支杆14与连杆13固定连接。每个立棉托盘6的中部都具有弧面状凸起结构12,为了方便立棉喷胶后的定型。
在本实施例中,所述箱体1的内腔后部还设有烘干装置。通过烘干装置可使喷洒在立棉表面的胶水渗透到内部,固化后使纤维间的交接点被粘接,从而最终定型。烘干装置可选用加热式风机。
在箱体1的入口处,将立棉分别放在在立棉托盘6上后,随着链条7运动,从而带动连杆13及其上的立棉托盘6从箱体1的入口进入穿过内腔并随后从出口穿出。当立棉托盘6进入箱体1的内腔前部,位于自动喷胶装置下方的感应开关感应到立棉后,喷嘴19对立棉做一个周期的往复运动并同时喷洒胶水喷雾。喷完胶的立棉在链条传动装置的带动下经过箱体1内腔后部,由加热式风机烘干,然后从出口送出。

Claims (10)

1.一种立棉喷胶机,其特征在于:包括前后两端分别设有入口和出口的箱体,其内腔前部的上方设有自动喷胶装置;还包括从所述箱体的入口穿入所述箱体的内腔并从所述箱体的出口穿出的链条传送装置,所述链条传送装置包括链条、驱动所述链条的齿轮、驱动所述齿轮的减速电机,所述链条上间隔设置有多个立棉承托装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立棉喷胶机,其特征在于:还包括与所述箱体的内腔相连通的抽风装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的立棉喷胶机,其特征在于:所述抽风装置包括抽风管道,所述抽风管道设置在所述箱体的前部下方的外侧并与所述箱体的内腔相连通,所述抽风管道具有用于与外部管道连接的抽风口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的立棉喷胶机,其特征在于:所述自动喷胶装置包括横向固定在所述箱体的内腔前部上方的滑轨、沿所述滑轨滑动的喷嘴、与所述喷嘴相连接的气液输送装置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的立棉喷胶机,其特征在于:所述自动喷胶装置还包括驱动所述喷嘴沿所述滑轨作直线往复运动的滑块、带动所述滑块运动的同步皮带、由所述同步皮带传动的主动轮和同步轮、驱动所述主动轮转动的驱动电机。
6.根据权利要求5所述的立棉喷胶机,其特征在于:所述自动喷胶装置还包括用以张紧所述同步皮带的惰轮。
7.根据权利要求5所述的立棉喷胶机,其特征在于:所述自动喷胶装置还包括设置在所述自动喷胶装置下方用以检测放置在所述立棉承托装置上的立棉的感应开关。
8.根据权利要求1所述的立棉喷胶机,其特征在于:所述立棉承托装置包括横向固定在所述链条上的连杆,以及沿所述连杆的长度方向间隔设置在所述连杆上的多个立棉托盘。
9.根据权利要求8所述的立棉喷胶机,其特征在于:每个所述立棉托盘的中部都具有弧面状凸起结构。
10.根据权利要求1至9任意一项所述的立棉喷胶机,其特征在于:所述箱体的内腔后部还设有烘干装置。
