Abstract

一种含铱有机电致发光化合物、其制备方法和有机电致发光器件被公开。该化合物具有结构式(2):式(2)中,R为C1~C4烷基。该化合物的结构中含有被烷氧基和氟原子取代的联吡啶配体,提高了其载流子注入和传输能力,使其具有较高的内量子效率及电致发光效率。此外,该化合物采用强场配体2-吡啶甲酸为辅助配体,使其发光光谱有效蓝移,大大增加了蓝光磷光的发光效率。
