Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型的多用球阀,包括阀体、阀杆、阀芯和阀座,阀杆驱动阀体内的阀芯旋转,阀芯与阀座密封配合,阀座采用柔性石墨材料,阀杆穿过阀芯,阀芯内的阀杆上固定蝶板,阀芯的上端开设环形驱动凹槽,环形驱动凹槽中安装相配合的环形驱动盘,环形驱动盘的盘壁与环形驱动凹槽的槽壁之间相对称地形成两条独立的驱动槽,驱动槽中设置滚柱,阀杆驱动环形驱动盘转动。本发明克服了现有技术中普通球阀在流体压差大、流速高的工况下阀座易容易被冲坏,不适合高温介质使用的缺陷,通过上述设计,不仅具有蝶阀优良的调节功能,同时具有闭路球阀的密封性能,适合高温介质使用,具有结构紧凑、操作使用方便、可靠性强、使用寿命长的优点。

一种多用球阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型的多用球阀。
背景技术
传统的球阀作为调节阀使用时,流量特性较差,而且当球体处于刚刚开始打开或关闭终了时,流体压差大,流速高,阀座很容易被冲坏,在实际使用中往往是用一台蝶阀和一台闭路阀串联使用分别承担流体流量的调节和闭路密封两种功能,这样,就相应提高了成本,同时,上述的球阀的阀座一般采用特殊高分子材料,包括聚四氟乙烯(PTFE-F4)、聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFE-F3)、聚全氟乙丙烯(PFEP-F46)、聚酰胺(N1010)、对位聚苯(PPL)和聚醚醚酮(PEEK)等,但上述特殊高分子材料的使用温度在300℃以下,无法满足高温介质的使用要求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中普通球阀在流体压差大、流速高的工况下阀座很容易被冲坏,而且阀座无法满足高温介质使用要求的问题,本发明提供一种新型的多用球阀,该多用球阀不仅具有蝶阀优良的调节功能,同时具有闭路球阀的密封性能,并且适合高温介质使用、可靠性强。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:包括阀体、阀杆、阀芯和阀座,阀杆驱动阀体内的阀芯旋转,阀芯与阀座密封配合,阀座采用柔性石墨材料,阀杆穿过阀芯,阀芯内的阀杆上固定蝶板,阀芯的上端开设环形驱动凹槽,环形驱动凹槽中安装相配合的环形驱动盘,环形驱动盘的盘壁与环形驱动凹槽的槽壁之间相对称地形成两条独立的驱动槽,驱动槽中设置滚柱,阀杆驱动环形驱动盘转动。
阀座置于支撑圈的框槽内,支撑圈固定在阀芯两侧的阀体上。
蝶板由圆柱销固定在阀杆上。
本发明通过上述具体设计,不仅具有蝶阀优良的调节功能,同时具有闭路球阀的密封性能,并且适合高温介质使用,具有结构紧凑、操作使用方便、可靠性强、使用寿命长的优点。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明包括阀体1、阀杆2、阀芯3和阀座4,阀杆2驱动阀体1内的阀芯3旋转,阀芯3与阀座4密封配合,阀座4采用柔性石墨材料,柔性石墨材料的阀座4置于支撑圈10的框槽内,以免受力崩塌损坏,支撑圈10固定在阀芯3两侧的阀体1上。阀杆2穿过阀芯3,阀芯3内的阀杆2上固定蝶板5,蝶板5由圆柱销11固定在阀杆2上。阀芯3的上端开设环形驱动凹槽6,环形驱动凹槽6中安装相配合的环形驱动盘7,环形驱动盘7的盘壁与环形驱动凹槽6的槽壁之间相对称地形成两条独立的驱动槽8,驱动槽8中设置滚柱9,阀杆2驱动环形驱动盘7转动。附图所示为阀芯3和蝶板5均处于全开位置,通过的流体流量最大。当阀杆2顺时针方向转动时,带动环形驱动盘7转动,环形驱动盘7又带动滚柱9在驱动槽8内滚动。这时阀芯3并没有转动,而与阀杆2相连的蝶板5则在阀芯3内逐渐关闭,流过的流量即从最大逐渐减少,当转动到90°位置时蝶板5达到全闭的位置,流体被完全切断。随后如果阀杆2继续转动,环形驱动盘7则通过滚柱9带动阀芯3和球蝶板5一起转动蝶板5与阀芯3此时无相对运动,当转动到180°时,阀芯3将通道完全切断,并保持密封状态,反之亦然。采用柔性石墨材料的阀座4具有优良的耐腐蚀性能,除强氧化性介质如王水、硝酸、浓度为60%以上的铬酸、重铬酸、高锰酸钾等外,能耐任何浓度的酸、碱、盐以及一切有机化合物的腐蚀。柔性石墨具有特别好的自润滑性能,摩擦系数相当的低与金属摩擦时为0.04—0.05。它还具有很高的导热系数[116—128W/(m℃)]、较低的线膨胀系数(2—3×10-6/℃)和较好的耐热及耐温度急剧变化的性能。在还原性气氛中使用温度为-200—1000℃。柔性石墨的机械加工性能良好,能进行各种机械加工。
柔性石墨还具有下列特点:1、优良的柔性,在无粘接剂和填充剂的条件下,用模压和连续碾压法加工成型后在其厚度方向上尚有10%—15%的弹性。用作密封材料时,与其对应零件具有良好的接触性,因此较低的压紧力就可以达到密封;2、耐热耐腐蚀耐辐照,柔性石墨能承受从-200℃的低温至3650℃的超高温,在此温度范围内,其物理力学性能没有什么变化;3、优良的自润滑性能和不渗透性能,与天然石墨一样晶体间的结合力小,在外力作用下层间容易滑动因此具有优良的自润滑性能。将柔性石墨用于阀座的密封圈有以下特点:1、耐温性能比特殊高分子材料更高,特殊高分子材料中耐温最高的阀座密封材料对位聚苯最高使用温度300℃,而柔性石墨作为阀座最高使用温度为600℃;2、金属密封阀座最高使用温度相当,常用的金属密封的材料最高使用温度为600℃;3、与金属密封阀座相比密封比压小;4、与金属密封阀座相比摩擦系数小;5、与金属密封阀座相比阀门启闭力矩小;6、与金属密封阀座相比密封性能有了可靠的保证;7、与金属密封阀座相比阀门制造成本低、经济效益好。以上所述的实施例仅仅是对本发明一种新型的多用球阀的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对发明的构思和范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明方案的前提下,本领域技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种外型变型和改进,均应落入本发明一种新型的多用球阀的保护范围。

1.一种多用球阀,包括阀体、阀杆、阀芯和阀座,阀杆驱动阀体内的阀芯旋转,阀芯与阀座密封配合,其特征是阀座(4)采用柔性石墨材料,阀杆(2)穿过阀芯(3),阀芯(3)内的阀杆(2)上固定蝶板(5),阀芯(3)的上端开设环形驱动凹槽(6),环形驱动凹槽(6)中安装相配合的环形驱动盘(7),环形驱动盘(7)的盘壁与环形驱动凹槽(6)的槽壁之间相对称地形成两条独立的驱动槽(8),驱动槽(8)中设置滚柱(9),阀杆(2)驱动环形驱动盘(7)转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多用球阀,其特征是阀座(4)置于支撑圈(10)的框槽内,支撑圈(10)固定在阀芯(3)两侧的阀体(1)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种多用球阀,其特征是蝶板(5)由圆柱销(11)固定在阀杆(2)上。
