Abstract

本发明涉及一种增设带边框钢支撑的既有框架加固方法,属于抗震加固技术领域。首先,除去已有既有框架内的顶墙、腰墙、翼墙,保留混凝土框架柱和混凝土框架梁,在混凝土框架柱和混凝土框架梁上埋设后锚固螺栓,制作带刚边框支撑,在带刚边框支撑的型钢边框外侧焊接栓钉,将带刚边框支撑嵌入框架结构中,连接点布置螺旋钢筋,压入无收缩砂浆。本发明操作简单,维修效果可靠,并且增加的支撑构件会将力传到建筑物基础上,因此这种加固方法比较适合整个建筑物的加固维修。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种增设带边框钢支撑的既有框架加固方法,属于抗震加固技术领域。
背景技术
钢筋混凝土结构是目前使用最广泛的结构形式。在我国建造了一批钢筋混凝土结构的办公楼、住宅、商场等。由于房屋的设计不当、使用维护不当、建造质量以及地震等自然灾害等原因,许多房子就存在这样或那样的问题,有些问题还相当严重,危机结构安全。或是因为新的使用要求,房屋需要改变用途或加层等。都需要对原结构进行加固。
目前,规范中推荐的加固方法仍然以对结构构件加固为主,以期通过提高构件的强度和延性来提高整体结构的抗震性能。对于既有框架结构房屋,可用的主要加固方法有:增大截面法、置换混凝土法、外粘型钢加固法、粘贴纤维复合材料法、粘贴钢板加固法等。此类方法存在诸多弊病,例如要使新增结构与原有结构粘合共同受力,其实施起来一般会对原有结构进行开凿,在通过粘合剂连接,一来粘合后的效果难以保证,同时基于现状又无法对原结构进行卸荷,原有承重结构构件在已完成主要受力变形的情况下被迫接受新加表面,新加表面构件在地震时往往受力滞后,其实际受力与加固设计计算模型存在很大偏差。对于一些实际抗震能力与现行抗震要求相差很大的结构,如果大量构件进行逐个加固,工程量会十分繁重,不但工期很长,且对装修迫害很大,加固和维修费用也很高,并且难以保证加固后结构能在地震作用下协同受力起到有效作用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术不足,本发明提出了一种增设带边框钢支撑的既有框架加固方法。本发明通过对既有框架结构增设一个封闭的抗测力钢桁架,支撑的杆端力将由边框承担,不会对柱产生附加内力,类似新增一堵剪力墙,有效的解决了既有框架的抗震加固问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种增设带边框钢支撑的既有框架加固方法,在由混凝土框架柱和混凝土框架梁围成的既有框架内嵌入有带边框钢支撑,所述带边框钢支撑包括型钢边框和钢支撑,X型钢支撑设置于型钢边框内部,所述型钢边框外侧焊接有栓钉,所述混凝土框架柱和混凝土框架梁内侧埋设有后锚固螺栓,所述栓钉和后锚固螺栓嵌入连接处设置有螺旋钢筋,并压入有无收缩砂浆,所述加固方法具体包括如下步骤:
步骤一:首先除去拟加固既有框架内的顶壁、腰墙、翼墙,保留混凝土框架柱和混凝土框架梁;并同时去除混凝土框架梁和混凝土框架柱外皮,露出混凝土结构;
步骤二:在混凝土框架柱和混凝土框架梁内侧钻孔,埋设后锚固螺栓;
步骤三:制作带边框钢支撑,并在型钢边框外侧焊接栓钉,焊接完成后进行防锈防腐处理;
步骤四:上述步骤完成后将带边框钢支撑嵌入既有框架内,并在后锚固螺栓与栓钉连接处布置螺旋钢筋;
步骤五:将步骤四中的带边框钢支撑、锚固螺栓、栓钉以及螺旋钢筋支撑定位,完成后,进行支模,并压入无收缩砂浆以包裹栓钉、后锚固螺栓以及螺旋钢筋;
步骤六:待砂浆达到强度要求后,拆除模板,进行外观处理。
所述的加固方法,其中:
所述后锚固螺栓为粘结型后锚固螺栓。
所述后锚固螺栓直径da=20mm,锚固长度l1≥6da
所述栓钉分为两排布置,行距g≥60mm;所述后锚固螺栓为一排布置。
所述螺旋钢筋直径为6mm。
所述带边框钢支撑为H型钢结构。
有益效果:采用本发明的优点是操作简单,维修效果可靠,并且增加的支撑构件会将力传到建筑物基础上,因此这种加固方法比较适合整个建筑物的加固维修。

具体实施方式
如图1-4所示,本发明为一种增设带边框钢支撑的既有框架加固方法,其具体实施方式如下:在由混凝土框架柱4和混凝土框架梁5围成的既有框架内嵌入有带边框钢支撑,带边框钢支撑包括型钢边框9和钢支撑8,X型钢支撑8设置于型钢边框9内部,型钢边框9外侧焊接有栓钉7,混凝土框架柱4和混凝土框架梁5内侧埋设有后锚固螺栓6,栓钉7和后锚固螺栓6嵌入连接处设置有螺旋钢筋10,并压入有无收缩砂浆11。
具体加固方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一:根据设计图纸,首先除去拟加固既有框架内的顶壁3、腰墙2、翼墙1,保留混凝土框架柱4和混凝土框架梁5;并同时去除混凝土框架梁5和混凝土框架柱4外皮,露出混凝土结构;
步骤二:按图纸要求在混凝土框架柱4和混凝土框架梁5内侧钻孔,埋设后锚固螺栓6,后锚固螺栓为粘结型后锚固螺栓,锚栓直径da=20mm,锚固长度l1≥6da,锚固螺栓6为一排布置;
步骤三:制作带边框钢支撑,并在型钢边框9外侧焊接栓钉7,焊接完成后进行防锈防腐处理;带边框钢支撑为H型钢结构,栓钉7分两排布置,行距g≥60mm,并严格按照栓钉焊7接工艺进行焊接,其中H型钢和栓钉7规格由计算确定;
步骤四:上述步骤完成后将带边框钢支撑嵌入既有框架内,并在后锚固螺栓6与栓钉7连接处布置螺旋钢筋10,螺旋钢筋10直径为6mm;
步骤五:支撑定位完成后,进行支模,压入无收缩砂浆11以包裹栓钉7、后锚固螺栓6以及螺旋钢筋10;
步骤六:待砂浆达到强度要求后,拆除模板,进行外观处理。

1.一种增设带边框钢支撑的既有框架加固方法,在由混凝土框架柱(4)和混凝土框架梁(5)围成的既有框架内嵌入有带边框钢支撑,所述带边框钢支撑包括型钢边框(9)和钢支撑(8),钢支撑(8)设置于型钢边框(9)内部,所述钢支撑(8)为X型钢支撑,所述型钢边框(9)外侧焊接有栓钉(7),所述混凝土框架柱(4)和混凝土框架梁(5)内侧埋设有后锚固螺栓(6),所述栓钉(7)和后锚固螺栓(6)嵌入连接处设置有螺旋钢筋(10),并压入有无收缩砂浆(11),其特征在于:所述加固方法具体包括如下步骤:
步骤一:首先除去拟加固既有框架内的顶壁(3)、腰墙(2)、翼墙(1),保留混凝土框架柱(4)和混凝土框架梁(5);并同时去除混凝土框架梁(5)和混凝土框架柱(4)外皮,露出混凝土结构;
步骤二:在混凝土框架柱(4)和混凝土框架梁(5)内侧钻孔,埋设后锚固螺栓(6);
步骤三:制作带边框钢支撑,并在型钢边框(9)外侧焊接栓钉(7),焊接完成后进行防锈防腐处理;
步骤四:上述步骤完成后将带边框钢支撑嵌入既有框架内,并在后锚固螺栓(6)与栓钉(7)连接处布置螺旋钢筋(10);
步骤五:将步骤四中的带边框钢支撑、后锚固螺栓(6)、栓钉(7)以及螺旋钢筋(10)支撑定位,完成后,进行支模,并压入无收缩砂浆(11)以包裹栓钉(7)、后锚固螺栓(6)以及螺旋钢筋(10);
步骤六:待砂浆达到强度要求后,拆除模板,进行外观处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加固方法,其特征在于:所述后锚固螺栓(6)为粘结型后锚固螺栓。
3.根据权利要求2所述的加固方法,其特征在于:所述后锚固螺栓(6)直径da=20mm,锚固长度l1≥6da
