本发明揭示了一种聚乙烯泡棉胶带基材,包括辐射交联聚乙烯泡棉、偶联剂、抗冲击改质剂、填充剂以及绝热剂,所述的偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷,所述的抗冲击改质剂为乙烯丙烯橡胶,所述的填充剂为粘土,所述的绝热剂为玻璃棉。该产品采用辐射交联聚乙烯泡棉及多种添加剂制得,制得的胶带基材绝热性好、抗冲击强度高、隔音性好、易于加工成型,并且由于胶带基材材质质量好,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工产品,具体涉及一种聚乙烯泡棉胶带基材。
背景技术
目前,市场上所使用的胶带基材样式各异,使用领域也各不相同。针对现有使用的胶带基材,大多都是质量比较差,在使用过程中极容易撕裂,并且绝热性能极差,碰到高温和低温物体极易发生变性。另外,胶带本身不具备隔音效果,在加工成型过程中也需要繁琐的加工工序进行制得,产品质量不稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种绝热性好、抗冲击强度高、隔音性好、易于加工成型、使用寿命长的聚乙烯泡棉胶带基材。
本发明的技术方案是,一种聚乙烯泡棉胶带基材,包括辐射交联聚乙烯泡棉、偶联剂、抗冲击改质剂、填充剂以及绝热剂,所述的偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷,所述的抗冲击改质剂为乙烯丙烯橡胶,所述的填充剂为粘土,所述的绝热剂为玻璃棉,所述聚乙烯泡棉胶带基材各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述的辐射交联聚乙烯泡棉占83.6%-87.5%,所述的乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷占2.1%-2.9%,所述的乙烯丙烯橡胶占2.8%-3.7%,所述的粘土占5.2%-6.5%,所述的玻璃棉占2.4%-3.3%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚乙烯泡棉胶带基材各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述的辐射交联聚乙烯泡棉占84.1%,所述的乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷占2.7%,所述的乙烯丙烯橡胶占3.6%,所述的粘土占6.4%,所述的玻璃棉占3.2%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚乙烯泡棉胶带基材各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述的辐射交联聚乙烯泡棉占87.1%,所述的乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷占2.2%,所述的乙烯丙烯橡胶占2.9%,所述的粘土占5.3%,所述的玻璃棉占2.5%。
本发明所述为一种聚乙烯泡棉胶带基材,该产品采用辐射交联聚乙烯泡棉及多种添加剂制得,制得的胶带基材绝热性好、抗冲击强度高、隔音性好、易于加工成型,并且由于胶带基材材质质量好,使用寿命长。
