一种PE发泡人造革,其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:LDPE100份;EPDM5-15份;EVA20-50份;抗氧剂CA0.2-0.5份;AC发泡剂1-3份;DCP0.3-0.7份;氧化镁1-2份;氧化锌为1-3份;碳酸钙为20-30份;硬脂酸铅份0.5-0.8;硬脂酸锌0.3-0.5份;抗氧剂DLTP0.2-0.5份;三碱式硫酸铅1-3份;产品邵氏硬度95-100,在-20-30℃对折不断,无毒无污染;相对密度1.3-1.5,拉伸强度12-15MPa;剥离力75-80N/2.5cm,断裂伸长率300-350%;产品耐弯曲疲劳20万次、耐化学腐蚀且耐磨,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。

技术领域
本申请属于塑料材料领域,尤其涉及一种PE发泡人造革。
背景技术
一类外观、手感似皮革(见革)并可代替其使用的塑料制品。通常以织物为底基,涂覆由合成树脂添加各种塑料添加剂制成的配混料制成(见增塑糊加工);当今,日常生活中花色品种繁多的革制品随处可见,如室内装饰、沙发面料、汽车内饰、服装、鞋类和箱包等等,人们往往认为这些制品是天然皮革制作的,其实不然,这些革制品相当大的份额被人造革、合成革所占据。
聚乙烯(polyethylene ,简称PE)是乙烯经聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂。在工业上,也包括乙烯与少量α-烯烃的共聚物。聚乙烯无臭,无毒,手感似蜡,具有优良的耐低温性能,化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀。常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性能优良。
我国人造革合成革工业是建国后新兴的工业,于五十年代末起步发展,是塑料工业中发展较早的行业之一。经过近几十年的建设,人造革合成革行业已具有相当的经济规模;随着国内外高科技的发展与先进工艺设备的应用,行业管理、技术水平、产品档次都有了根本性的质的飞跃,人造革合成革已发展成为日常消费制品工业中重要的行业之一,与整个加工工业同步迈入世界大国行列,是世界上的生产大国、消费大国,进出口贸易大国之一。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:
本申请针对现有PE发泡人造革拉伸强度低和耐寒和耐疲劳性也不好等技术问题,提供一种拉伸强度高、耐寒且耐疲劳的PE发泡人造革。
技术方案:
一种PE发泡人造革,由下列原料组成,以质量份数表示法为:LDPE100份;EPDM5-15份;EVA20-50份;抗氧剂CA0.2-0.5份;AC发泡剂1-3份;DCP0.3-0.7份;氧化镁1-2份;氧化锌为1-3份;碳酸钙为20-30份;硬脂酸铅份0.5-0.8;硬脂酸锌0.3-0.5份;抗氧剂DLTP0.2-0.5份;三碱式硫酸铅1-3份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述PE发泡人造革,其组成成分,以质量份数表示法为:其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:LDPE100份;EPDM10份;EVA35份;抗氧剂CA0.3份;AC发泡剂2份;DCP0.5份;氧化镁1.5份;氧化锌为2份;碳酸钙为25份;硬脂酸铅份0.7;硬脂酸锌0.4份;抗氧剂DLTP0.35份;三碱式硫酸铅2份。
有益效果:
本发明所述一种PE发泡人造革采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、产品邵氏硬度95-100,在-20-30℃对折不断,无毒无污染;2、相对密度1.3-1.5,拉伸强度12-15MPa;3、剥离力75-80N/2.5cm,断裂伸长率300-350%;4、产品耐弯曲疲劳20万次、耐化学腐蚀且耐磨,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种PE发泡人造革,其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:LDPE100份;EPDM5份;EVA20份;抗氧剂CA0.2份;AC发泡剂1份;DCP0.3份;氧化镁1份;氧化锌为1份;碳酸钙为20份;硬脂酸铅份0.5;硬脂酸锌0.3份;抗氧剂DLTP0.2份;三碱式硫酸铅1份。
邵氏硬度95,在-20℃对折不断,无毒无污染;相对密度1.3,拉伸强度12MPa;剥离力75N/2.5cm,断裂伸长率300%。
实施例2:
一种PE发泡人造革,其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:LDPE100份;EPDM15份;EVA50份;抗氧剂CA0.5份;AC发泡剂3份;DCP0.7份;氧化镁2份;氧化锌为3份;碳酸钙为30份;硬脂酸铅份0.8;硬脂酸锌0.5份;抗氧剂DLTP0.5份;三碱式硫酸铅3份。
邵氏硬度98,在-25℃对折不断,无毒无污染;相对密度1.4,拉伸强度14MPa;剥离力77N/2.5cm,断裂伸长率330%。
实施例3:
一种PE发泡人造革,其特征在于:其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:LDPE100份;EPDM10份;EVA35份;抗氧剂CA0.3份;AC发泡剂2份;DCP0.5份;氧化镁1.5份;氧化锌为2份;碳酸钙为25份;硬脂酸铅份0.7;硬脂酸锌0.4份;抗氧剂DLTP0.35份;三碱式硫酸铅2份。
邵氏硬度100,在-30℃对折不断,无毒无污染;相对密度1.5,拉伸强度15MPa;剥离力80N/2.5cm,断裂伸长率350%。
以上实施例中的组合物所有组分均可以商业购买。

1.一种PE发泡人造革,其特征在于:其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:LDPE100份;EPDM5-15份;EVA20-50份;抗氧剂CA0.2-0.5份;AC发泡剂1-3份;DCP0.3-0.7份;氧化镁1-2份;氧化锌为1-3份;碳酸钙为20-30份;硬脂酸铅份0.5-0.8;硬脂酸锌0.3-0.5份;抗氧剂DLTP0.2-0.5份;三碱式硫酸铅1-3份。
