Abstract

本发明属于金属加工中外科植入物医用TC20钛合金板材的制备方法,按照如下工序实现:(1)铸锭;(2)压制板坯:取经过车光的光锭切掉冒口冒底,加热到1000-1100℃维持4h-4.5h,然后用压力为2500t以上水压机,经过三墩三拔锻压制成δ50mm板坯,最后将表面缺陷裂纹打磨干净;(3)板材备料轧制;(4)表面处理;(5)板材轧制:在Φ650mm轧机上进行轧制,加热温度900℃-920℃,保温50-65分钟,道次变形量10%,轧制成品尺寸在δ10mm以下,轧制完成后空气冷却;(6)成品:对热轧制至成品尺寸的板材进行表面碱、酸洗,使之无缺陷,退火,检验。本制备方法采用热锻造“三墩三拔”的特殊制备工艺和热轧制合理的变形量分配,使TC20板材各部位组织变形均匀,充分,性能一致,具有优异的产品稳定性。

Description

外科植入物医用TC20钛合金板材的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于金属材料加工技术领域,特别是医用钛金属材料的制备。
背景技术
钛合金被认为是最与人体组织融合性好的金属,因此目前越来越多的被植入人体作为替代人体组织。比如TC20钛合金一直认为是最好的医用材料。但是目前仅限于小批量实验室制作板材,工业化制备医用TC20板材还没有先例。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种外科植入物医用TC20钛合金板材的制备方法,以满足TC20钛合金医用板材大批量工业化生产需要。
外科植入物医用TC20钛合金板材的制备方法,其特征是按照如下工序实现:
(1)铸锭:海绵钛配制中间合金后压制成电极,焊接后真空自耗熔炼成铸锭,再进行车光扒皮成为表面光亮的金属锭;
(2)压制板坯:取经过车光的光锭切掉冒口冒底,加热到1000-1100℃维持4h-4.5h,然后用压力为2500t以上水压机,经过三墩三拔锻压制成δ50mm板坯,最后将表面缺陷裂纹打磨干净;
(3)板材备料轧制:将表面缺陷打磨干净的δ50mm板坯,经过Φ850mm轧机进行轧制,每道次压下量不大于20%,终轧温度不低于800℃,并配合固溶处理,热轧制至接近δ15mm规格的板材备料;
(4)表面处理:对备料进行表面碱酸洗去掉表面氧化皮,并打磨掉因热轧造成的表面裂纹缺陷;
(5)板材轧制:在Φ650mm轧机上进行轧制,加热温度900℃-920℃,保温50-65分钟,道次变形量10%,轧制成品尺寸在δ10mm以下,轧制完成后空气冷却;
(6)成品:对热轧制至成品尺寸的板材进行表面碱、酸洗,使之无缺陷,无污染,以达到光亮表面,然后进行剪切,并在真空度10-3MPa,温度700℃-750℃的环境下退火,检验。
本制备方法采用热锻造“三墩三拔”的特殊制备工艺和热轧制合理的变形量分配,使TC20板材各部位组织变形均匀,充分,性能一致,具有优异的产品稳定性,并适用于工业化稳定生产。为外科植入物用TC20(Ti6AL7Nb)钛合金δ1.0-δ10.0mm板材的制备较好的手段。
具体实施方式
外科植入物医用TC20钛合金板材的制备方法,其按照如下工序实现:
(1)、海绵钛配制中间合金后压制电极,焊接熔炼(真空自耗),成为Φ400mm铸锭,再车光进行扒皮成为光亮表面的金属锭;
(2)、取经过车光的光锭切掉冒口冒底,加热1000-1100℃/4h-4.5h在2500t水压机,经过三墩三拔锻压制成δ50mm板坯,表面缺陷裂纹打磨干净。
3、将表面缺陷打磨干净的δ50mm板坯,经过Φ850mm轧机进行轧制,道次压下量不大于20%,终轧温度不低于800℃,并配合固溶处理,热轧制至δ15mm左右规格的板材备料。
4、对备料进行表面碱酸洗去掉表面氧化皮,打磨掉因热轧造成的表面裂纹等缺陷。
5、产品成品轧制在Φ650mm轧机上进行,加热温度900℃-920℃,保温50-65分钟,道次变形量10%左右,轧制成品尺寸在δ10mm以下,轧制完成后空冷。
6、对热轧制至成品尺寸的板材进行表面碱、酸洗,使之无缺陷,无污染,以达到光亮表面,然后进行剪切,并真空退火(真空度10-3MPa温度700℃-750℃的环境下退火,检验,交货。
制得的板材200倍金相照片显示,显微组织为α-β两相区加工形成的良好弥散组织,高倍评级为A1级,组织性能稳定。完全满足GB/T23102-2008/ISO583-11标准要求。

Claims (1)

1.外科植入物医用TC20钛合金板材的制备方法,其特征是按照如下工序实现:
(1)铸锭:海绵钛配制中间合金后压制成电极,焊接后真空自耗熔炼成铸锭,再进行车光扒皮成为表面光亮的金属锭;
(2)压制板坯:取经过车光的光锭切掉冒口冒底,加热到1000-1100℃维持4h-4.5h,然后用压力为2500t以上水压机,经过三墩三拔锻压制成δ50mm板坯,最后将表面缺陷裂纹打磨干净;
(3)板材备料轧制:将表面缺陷打磨干净的δ50mm板坯,经过Φ850mm轧机进行轧制,每道次压下量不大于20%,终轧温度不低于800℃,并配合固溶处理,热轧制至接近δ15mm规格的板材备料;
(4)表面处理:对备料进行表面碱酸洗去掉表面氧化皮,并打磨掉因热轧造成的表面裂纹缺陷;
(5)板材轧制:在Φ650mm轧机上进行轧制,加热温度900℃-920℃,保温50-65分钟,道次变形量10%,轧制成品尺寸在δ10mm以下,轧制完成后空气冷却;
