本发明公开了一种金属漆填料，各组分按重量份计，水性环氧树脂10-15份、甲醇3-8份、铝粉2-5份、银粉2-5份、三乙胺0.2-1份、碳酸钙0.05-0.3份。本发明所提供的金属漆填料，大胆创新，可以有效的增强金属漆的抗高温能力，增强稳定性，与基底的结合力更强，使金属漆不易剥落，有效的增加了金属漆的寿命，节省了使有成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰漆。
背景技术
金属漆，英文名Metallic Paint，因为这种漆里掺配了金属粉末，是目前流行的一种汽车面漆。在它的漆基中加有微细的铝粒，光线射到铝粒上后，又被铝粒透过气膜反射出来。金属漆，又叫金属闪光漆；是目前流行的一种汽车面漆。在它的漆基中加有微细的铝粒，光线射到铝粒上后，又被铝粒透过气膜反射出来。因此，看上去好像金属在闪闪发光一样。这种金属闪光漆，给人们一种愉悦、轻快、新颖的感觉，所以现在十分普遍。改变铝粒的形状和大小，就可以控制金属闪光漆膜的闪光度；在金属漆的外面，还加有一层清漆予以保护。
金属漆是用金属粉，如铜粉、铝粉等作为颜料所配制的一种高档建筑涂料。具有金属闪光质感，能够提高建筑物的档次，充分彰显高贵、典雅的气质。一般有水性和溶剂型两种。由于金属粉末在水和空气中不稳定，常发生化学反应而变质，因此其表面需要进行特殊处理，致使用于水性漆中的金属粉价格昂贵，使用受到限制，目前还主要以溶剂型为主。
目前的金属漆普遍具有硬度大的优点，寿命不够长，长期处理强光的照射后，很容易在外力作用下从基底剥落。加之其昂贵的加格，增加了使用成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷，提供了一种可以增强金属漆抗高温、与基底附着力强的填料。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现：
    一种金属漆填料，各组分按重量份计，水性环氧树脂10-15份、甲醇3-8份、铝粉2-5份、银粉2-5份、三乙胺0.2-1份、碳酸钙0.05-0.3份。
   作为优选方案，上述的金属漆填料，各组分按重量份计，水性环氧树脂12.5份、甲醇5份、铝粉3份、银粉2.5份、三乙胺0.9份、碳酸钙0.2份。
    本发明金属漆，使用时，每1公斤漆料加0.2公斤的填料即可。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明所提供的金属漆填料，大胆创新，可以有效的增强金属漆的抗高温能力，增强稳定性，与基底的结合力更强，使金属漆不易剥落，有效的增加了金属漆的寿命，节省了使有成本。

    实施例1：
一种金属漆填料，各组分按重量份计，水性环氧树脂12.5份、甲醇5份、铝粉3份、银粉2.5份、三乙胺0.9份、碳酸钙0.2份。

    一种金属漆填料，各组分按重量份计，水性环氧树脂10份、甲醇8份、铝粉2份、银粉5份、三乙胺0.2份、碳酸钙0.3份。
    实施例3：    
   一种金属漆填料，各组分按重量份计，水性环氧树脂15份、甲醇3份、铝粉5份、银粉2份、三乙胺1份、碳酸钙0.05份。
