本发明涉及一种耐腐蚀的汽车油漆,包括油漆组分、马来酸酐、沸石粉、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和铝粉浆液,各组分的质量份数为:油漆组分25-35份、马来酸酐5-10份、沸石粉10-15份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-5份、铝粉浆液5-10份、硼酸钠2-3份、氧化锌2-3份和氯化亚锡5-10份。本发明得到的一种耐腐蚀的汽车油漆,制作方便,耐腐蚀性好,美观、不易脱落,可以大规模的生产,且制造成本低廉,能更有效的保护汽车的车壳,使用更加放心,此外,加入的钨金属粉,可减轻产品重量,提高强度和防腐蚀性。

本发明涉及一种汽车加工制造领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种耐腐蚀的汽车油漆。
背景技术
油漆是一种能牢固覆盖在物体表面,起保护、装饰、标志和其他特殊用途的化学混合物油漆。中国油漆界比较权威的油漆工艺一书是这样定义的:“油漆是一种材料,这种材料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。这样形成的膜通称涂膜,又称漆膜或涂层。”属于有机化工高分子材料,所形成的涂膜属于高分子化合物类型。按照现代通行的化工产品的分类,油漆属于精细化工产品。现代的油漆正在逐步成为一类多功能性的工程材料,是化学工业中的一个重要行业。现在市面上的油漆种类繁多,但是随着人们对油漆的功能需求的增加,现有的油漆已经不能满足人们的这种需要,油漆已经不再是只实现保护、装饰功能就行了。现有的油漆基本也只有保护、装置的功能,总体来说功能较为单一,针对上述问题,本领域技术人员亟需提供一种耐腐蚀的汽车油漆。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种耐腐蚀性好,美观、不易脱落的一种耐腐蚀的汽车油漆。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种耐腐蚀的汽车油漆,包括油漆组分、马来酸酐、沸石粉、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和铝粉浆液,各组分的质量份数为:油漆组分25-35份、马来酸酐5-10份、沸石粉10-15份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-5份、铝粉浆液5-10份、硼酸钠2-3份、氧化锌2-3份和氯化亚锡5-10份。
作为优选,所述油漆还包括氧化锆,其质量分数比为:氧化锆2-6 份。
作为优选,所述油漆各组分质量份数为:油漆组分35份,马来酸酐8份,沸石粉12份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯5份,铝粉浆液5份,硼酸钠2-3份、氧化锌2-3份、氯化亚锡5-10份、氧化锆5份。
本发明得到的一种耐腐蚀的汽车油漆,制作方便,耐腐蚀性好,美观、不易脱落,可以大规模的生产,且制造成本低廉,能更有效的保护汽车的车壳,使用更加放心,此外,加入的钨金属粉,可减轻产品重量,提高强度和防腐蚀性。

本发明提供的一种耐腐蚀的汽车油漆,包括油漆组分、马来酸酐、沸石粉、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和铝粉浆液,各组分的质量份数为:油漆组分25-35份、马来酸酐5-10份、沸石粉10-15份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-5份、铝粉浆液5-10份、硼酸钠2-3份、氧化锌2-3份和氯化亚锡5-10份。
作为优选,所述油漆还包括氧化锆,其质量分数比为:氧化锆2-6 份。
作为优选,所述油漆各组分质量份数为:油漆组分35份,马来酸酐8份,沸石粉12份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯5份,铝粉浆液5份,硼酸钠2-3份、氧化锌2-3份、氯化亚锡5-10份、氧化锆5份。

1.一种耐腐蚀的汽车油漆,其特征在于:包括油漆组分、马来酸酐、沸石粉、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和铝粉浆液,各组分的质量份数为:油漆组分25-35份、马来酸酐5-10份、沸石粉10-15份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-5份、铝粉浆液5-10份、硼酸钠2-3份、氧化锌2-3份和氯化亚锡5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀的汽车油漆,其特征在于:所述油漆还包括氧化锆,其质量分数比为:氧化锆2-6 份。
