本发明属于材料化学技术领域,尤其涉及一种兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂的制备方法。包括甲、乙两种组分,甲组分包括羟基树脂、甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚醚、环氧树脂和助剂,助剂为消泡剂、流平剂、催化剂中的至少两种任意比例搭配;乙组分为固化剂;甲组分与乙组分的重量比为100:25~100:30。该树脂是一种粘结强度高、抗渗透性良好、耐温性较高,液相使用温度-20℃~100℃,气相使用温度-20℃~150℃,固体份为100%。主要解决防腐行业,防腐树脂性能单一的问题,广泛用于制造不同用途的防腐材料,以适应现代工业设备、备件复杂的工况环境。不仅适用于制造防腐涂料,用于贮槽、贮罐、搅拌桶、反应器、搅拌浆、风叶等设备、备件的防腐保护。

背景技术
在工矿企业中,由于设备、备件使用工况条件不同,对耐蚀、耐磨材料的要求也不同,而高分子合成树脂是决定耐蚀、耐磨材料性能的关键组成部分,不同性能的树脂将制造出使用范围不同的耐蚀、耐磨材料。传统防腐耐磨材料所用树脂性能单一,加之大多数防腐耐磨树脂含有大量的有机溶剂,已经不能满足现代工业复杂的工况条件和环保要求,由于设备、备件使用环境苛刻,使用寿命大幅减少,直接导致设备腐蚀损坏,设备的运行效率降低,非正常停机等导致生产成本大幅上升,而废旧设备及备件的产生也导致资源的浪费。
要解决上述技术难题目前多采用的方法主要有:改性传统防腐树脂或研制专用防腐树脂。实际生产中上述方法都存在不同的缺点,改性的传统防腐耐磨树脂大多仍含有溶剂,这不仅降低了树脂的性能,而且造成环境污染;专用防腐耐磨树脂,其性能优越,但价格昂贵,不利于大范围的推广使用。中国专利CN101081962中公开的“一种环氧树脂改性有机硅耐高温防腐涂料”,涂料由组分A和组 分B构成,其中组分A为环氧树脂改性有机硅,其组分的质量百分比如下: 基体树脂:环氧树脂改性有机硅30%~40%,颜填料和助剂:20%~35%, 溶剂:25%~50%;组分B:聚酰胺液体树脂,其用量为组分A的7%~20%。上述专利在涂料组成上存在很大缺陷,由于有溶剂的存在,涂膜微观针孔较多,增加了介质渗透性,与基体的粘接强度较低,这些都限制了该涂料的使用范围,同时降低了涂料的防腐耐磨性能,同时,施工过程中对施工人员身体健康影响较大,污染环境。中国专利CN102060979A中公开的“一种新型防腐蚀底漆用环氧改性树脂及其一步法制备方法”,是多元醇混合物20~35%、多元酸混合物15~20%、环氧树脂混合物15~20%、有机物催化剂0.2~0.3%、溶剂44.7~54.8%。
以上专利在选材上存在很大缺陷,由于溶剂的存在,致使材料性能降低,树脂在使用过程中易出现环境污染,同时溶剂一般都具有一定的毒性,这些都限制了该材料的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂,其粘结强度高、使用成本低,具有优异的防腐耐磨性能、良好的抗渗透性能、较高的耐温性能及100%的固体份。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂,其特征在于包括甲、乙两种组分,所述甲组分包括羟基树脂、甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚醚、环氧树脂和助剂,助剂为消泡剂、流平剂、催化剂中的至少两种任意比例搭配;所述乙组分为固化剂;甲组分与乙组分的重量比为100:25~100:30。
所述甲组分由下述重量份配比的原料制成:羟基树脂9~14份、甲苯二异氰酸酯7~12份、聚醚1.5~2.5份、环氧树脂60~80份、助剂0.3~1份。
所述助剂的消泡剂为α-甲基硅烷、5600,所述流平剂为BYK-300、BNK-LK330,所述催化剂为氢氧化锂、二月桂酸二丁基锡、磷酸等。
所述固化剂为苯二甲胺、二氨基二苯基甲烷、间苯二胺、聚酰胺、咪唑中的至少一种任意比例搭配。
上述改性环氧树脂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
A、羟基树脂的制备
在密闭反应器中按重量份加入三羟甲基丙烷10~15份、季戊四醇10~15份、甘油7~12份、邻苯二甲酸酐45~55份,顺丁烯二酸酐5~10份、偏苯三酸酐3~5份、二甲苯5~10份,开启搅拌并升温加热,当温度升至120℃后,缓慢升温2-3小时使温度升至200℃时,保温4~6h,测量其酸值、羟值,当酸值≤1.0mgKOH/g、羟值达到规定值56±5mgKOH/g时停止加热,开真空,脱去树脂中的溶剂,降温至40~50℃,过滤,即得羟基树脂,包装备用;
B、聚氨酯聚氨酯预聚体的制备
将甲苯二异氰酸酯按重量份35~45份加入反应器中,开始搅拌升温,当温度升至40~50℃时,将上述羟基树脂按重量份45~55份、聚醚8~10份分批加入三口烧瓶中,1h内加完,然后在50℃保温搅拌30min,升温至70℃保温2h,再升温至90~95℃保温1h,加入助剂H3PO4,H3PO4加入量为甲苯二异氰酸酯、羟基树脂、聚醚三种物质重量总合的0.3%,继续保温30min,取样测NCO值,当NCO达到规定值3.5±0.5%后降温,降温至40℃,过滤,即得聚氨酯聚氨酯预聚体,包装备用;
C、兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂的制备
将环氧树脂E-44按重量份60~80份加入三口烧瓶中,升温至50℃开始搅拌,将上述聚氨酯聚氨酯预聚体按重量份20-25份1h内分批加入三口烧瓶中,在60℃保温搅拌30min,然后升温至90~95℃保温3h,再升温至110℃保温1h,按重量份0.2~0.4份加入助剂二月桂酸二丁基锡,继续保温30min,按重量份3~5份加入调整剂丁醇,保温30min,测游离二异氰酸酯含量,达到规定值即<0.5%后降温,降温至50℃,过滤,即得聚酯兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂,包装备用。
在上述兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂中,是以环氧树脂体系为主的,其优点表现为粘结强度高、粘结面广、收缩率低、稳定性好、机械强度高等特点,但环氧树脂体系也存在明显的缺陷,就是柔韧性不足,耐温性较差,由于聚酯聚氨酯体系存在较好的柔韧性和耐温性,将其通过互穿网络技术引入到环氧树脂体系中,可明显改善环氧树脂的柔韧性和耐温性,使新型聚合物树脂即具备环氧树脂高强度、高粘结性的同时,还具有良好的柔韧性和较高的耐温性,聚酯聚氨酯树脂可吸收介质中颗粒的冲击,减少对涂层的破坏,环氧体系还具有良好的耐腐蚀性能,树脂在常温下可耐受腐蚀性较强的介质侵蚀。助剂的作用是使树脂获得优异的综合性能。
本发明的原理是:采用互穿网络技术,就是使环氧树脂与其它柔性聚合物相互贯穿成链锁结构,形成交织网络聚合物,由于互穿网络结构中存在着永久性不能解脱的缠结,交联密度较高,使材料某些力学性能较单一组分大为提高,产生协同效应。因此在具有较高的抗拉、抗剪切强度的同时,聚合物有较高的剥离强度和良好的柔韧性,聚合物分子链的柔顺性,可吸收固体颗粒反复冲击涂层材料表面引起的疲劳破坏,使涂层具有优异的耐磨耐气蚀性。
本发明的有益效果是:该树脂是一种粘结强度高、抗渗透性良好、耐温性较高,液相使用温度-20℃~100℃,气相使用温度-20℃~150℃,固体份为100%。主要解决防腐行业,防腐树脂性能单一的问题,可广泛用于制造不同用途的防腐材料,以适应现代工业设备、备件复杂的工况环境。兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂不仅适用于制造防腐涂料,用于贮槽、贮罐、搅拌桶、反应器、搅拌浆、风叶等设备、备件的防腐保护,还可以制作成胶泥用于砌衬砖板,既降低了企业的经营成本,减轻了工人的劳动强度,还保护了环境。
具体实施方式
本发明提供的一种兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂,其特征在于包括甲、乙两种组分,所述甲组分包括羟基树脂、甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚醚、环氧树脂和助剂,上述原料的重量份配比为羟基树脂9~14份、甲苯二异氰酸酯7~12份、聚醚1.5~2.5份、环氧树脂60~80份、助剂0.3~1份;其中所述助剂的消泡剂为α-甲基硅烷、5600,所述流平剂为BYK-300、BNK-LK330,所述催化剂为氢氧化锂、二月桂酸二丁基锡、磷酸等。其中消泡剂5600、BYK-300和BNK-LK330均为现有试剂可直接购买。助剂为消泡剂、流平剂、催化剂中的至少两种任意比例搭配;所述乙组分为固化剂,固化剂为苯二甲胺、二氨基二苯基甲烷、间苯二胺、聚酰胺、咪唑中的至少一种任意比例搭配;甲组分与乙组分的重量比为100:25~100:30。
上述改性环氧树脂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
A、羟基树脂的制备
在密闭反应器中按重量份加入三羟甲基丙烷10~15份、季戊四醇10~15份、甘油7~12份、邻苯二甲酸酐45~55份,顺丁烯二酸酐5~10份、偏苯三酸酐3~5份、二甲苯5~10份,开启搅拌并升温加热,当温度升至120℃后,缓慢升温2-3小时使温度升至200℃时,保温4~6h,测量其酸值、羟值,当酸值≤1.0mgKOH/g、羟值达到规定值56±5mgKOH/g时停止加热,开真空,脱去树脂中的溶剂,降温至40~50℃,过滤,即得羟基树脂,包装备用;
B、聚氨酯聚氨酯预聚体的制备
将甲苯二异氰酸酯按重量份35~45份加入反应器中,开始搅拌升温,当温度升至40~50℃时,将上述羟基树脂按重量份45~55份、聚醚8~10份分批加入三口烧瓶中,1h内加完,然后在50℃保温搅拌30min,升温至70℃保温2h,再升温至90~95℃保温1h,加入助剂H3PO4,H3PO4加入量为甲苯二异氰酸酯、羟基树脂、聚醚三种物质重量总合的0.3%,继续保温30min,取样测NCO值,当NCO达到规定值3.5±0.5%后降温,降温至40℃,过滤,即得聚氨酯聚氨酯预聚体,包装备用;
C、兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂的制备
将环氧树脂E-44按重量份60~80份加入三口烧瓶中,升温至50℃开始搅拌,将上述聚氨酯聚氨酯预聚体按重量份20-25份1h内分批加入三口烧瓶中,在60℃保温搅拌30min,然后升温至90~95℃保温3h,再升温至110℃保温1h,按重量份0.2~0.4份加入助剂二月桂酸二丁基锡,继续保温30min,按重量份3~5份加入调整剂丁醇,保温30min,测游离二异氰酸酯含量,达到规定值即<0.5%后降温,降温至50℃,过滤,即得聚酯兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂,包装备用。
以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
下面通过实施例和对比例进一步说明本发明。在以下实施例和对比例中,只是兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂的各组分质量变化,制备的方法不变。为了更直观的描述不同实施例中的各组分比例变化对树脂性能的影响,用万能材料试验机按GB7124-86和GB6329-86标准检测抗拉及抗剪切强度,用TSY-T1H型透湿性测试仪检测抗渗透性,用每100g试样在20%H2SO4中室温浸泡60天损失量g来检测耐蚀性,通过指标的变化反映该树脂不同组分配比的防腐耐磨性能。抗拉强度越大,说明涂层材料在拉伸断裂前能够承受的拉应力越大,该指标越大越好;抗剪切强度越大,说明涂层材料在剪切面上能够承受的剪应力越大,该指标越大越好;抗渗透性和耐蚀性越小,说明涂膜越密实,涂料更耐蚀耐磨,该指标越小越好。详细数据见表1和表2 。
实施例1:
制备兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂,制备方法如下:
A、羟基树脂的制备
在密闭反应器中加入三羟甲基丙烷65g、季戊四醇63g、甘油50g、邻苯二甲酸酐243.5g、顺丁烯二酸酐40g、偏苯三酸酐8.5g、二甲苯30g,开启搅拌并升温加热,当温度升至120℃时,缓慢升温,当温度升至200℃时,保温4~6h,测量其酸值、羟值,当酸值≤1.0mgKOH/g、羟值达到规定值56±5mgKOH/g时,停止加热,开真空,脱去树脂中的溶剂,降温、过滤,即得端羟基树脂,包装备用;
B、聚氨酯预聚体的制备
将甲苯二异氰酸酯200g加入反应器中,开始搅拌升温,当温度升至40~50℃时,将羟基树脂250g、聚醚50g分批加入三口瓶中1h内加完,在50℃保温搅拌30min,然后升温至70℃保温2h,再升温至90~95℃保温1h,加入助剂H3PO41.5g,继续保温30min,取样测NCO值,当NCO达到规定值3.5±0.5%后降温,降温至40℃,过滤,即得聚氨酯聚氨酯预聚体,包装备用;
C、兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂
将环氧树脂E-44390g加入反应器中,升温至50℃开始搅拌,将聚氨酯预聚体100g1h内分批加入反应器中,加完后在60℃保温搅拌30min,然后升温至90~95℃保温3h,再升温至110℃保温1h,加入助剂二月桂酸二丁基锡1.5g,继续保温30min,加入调整剂丁醇10g,保温30min,测游离二异氰酸酯含量,达到规定值即<0.5%后降温,降温至50℃过滤、即得聚酯兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂500g,包装备用。
将甲苯二异氰酸酯、羟基树脂、聚醚、环氧树脂按表1中指定的重量制成新型兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂甲组分,将甲组分装入铁桶备用。施工使用时,先将需要涂覆防腐涂层材料的设备表面进行清洁、除锈,然后按表1中固化剂所列的重量取苯二甲胺作为乙组分与甲组分搅拌混合均匀,得兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂。根据所需厚度进行涂抹,涂抹厚度一般为1~3mm,涂抹时尽量涂平压实以避免涂层内部含有过多气泡,影响涂层使用效果。涂抹完成后可以在常温24h,或采用加热80℃/1h条件下固化,固化后涂层将具有高韧性、高强度、高防腐耐磨性及良好的抗渗透性能。然后测试固化树脂的抗剪切强度、抗拉强度、抗渗透性能和耐蚀性能,在表1中列出了测试结果。
实施例2
将甲苯二异氰酸酯、羟基树脂、聚醚、环氧树脂按表1中所列的重量制成兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂甲组分,将甲组分装入铁桶备用。施工使用时,先将需要涂覆防腐涂层材料的设备表面进行清洁、除锈,然后按表1中固化剂所列的重量取二氨基二苯基甲烷作为乙组分与甲组分搅拌混合均匀,得兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂。根据所需厚度进行涂抹,涂抹厚度一般为1~3mm,涂抹时尽量涂平压实以避免涂层内部含有过多气泡,影响涂层使用效果。涂层材料涂抹完成后可以在常温24h,或采用加热80℃/1h条件下固化,固化后涂层将具有高韧性、高强度、高防腐耐磨性及良好的抗渗透性能。然后测试固化树脂的抗剪切强度、抗拉强度、抗渗透性能和耐蚀性能,在表1中列出了测试结果。
实施例3
按表1中指定的各种组分的重量重复实施例1的方法,在表1中列出了测试结果。
实施例4
按表1中指定的各种组分的重量重复实施例1的方法,在表1中列出了测试结果。

按表1中指定的各种组分的重量重复实施例1的方法,在表1中列出了测试结果。

下表中各实施例提供固体改性环氧树脂的抗剪切强度、抗拉强度、抗渗透性能和耐蚀性的测试数据说明,由于产品采用了互穿网络技术使其抗拉、抗剪切性能提高,同时液相、气相使用耐受温度范围明显增大,本改性环氧树脂综合性能明显的优于传统技术生产的树脂。

Claims (5)
1.一种兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂,其特征在于包括甲、乙两种组分,所述甲组分包括羟基树脂、甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚醚、环氧树脂和助剂,助剂为消泡剂、流平剂、催化剂中的至少两种任意比例搭配;所述乙组分为固化剂;甲组分与乙组分的重量比为100:25~100:30。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂,其特征在于所述甲组分由下述重量份配比的原料制成:羟基树脂9~14份、甲苯二异氰酸酯7~12份、聚醚1.5~2.5份、环氧树脂60~80份、助剂0.3~1份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂,其特征在于所述助剂的消泡剂为α-甲基硅烷、5600,所述流平剂为BYK-300、BNK-LK330,所述催化剂为氢氧化锂、二月桂酸二丁基锡、磷酸等。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂,其特征在于所述固化剂为苯二甲胺、二氨基二苯基甲烷、间苯二胺、聚酰胺、咪唑中的至少一种任意比例搭配。
5.根据上述任一权利要求所述的一种兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤如下:
A、羟基树脂的制备
在密闭反应器中按重量份加入三羟甲基丙烷10~15份、季戊四醇10~15份、甘油7~12份、邻苯二甲酸酐45~55份,顺丁烯二酸酐5~10份、偏苯三酸酐3~5份、二甲苯5~10份,开启搅拌并升温加热,当温度升至120℃后,缓慢升温2-3小时使温度升至200℃时,保温4~6h,测量其酸值、羟值,当酸值≤1.0mgKOH/g、羟值达到规定值56±5mgKOH/g时停止加热,开真空,脱去树脂中的溶剂,降温至40~50℃,过滤,即得羟基树脂,包装备用;
B、聚氨酯聚氨酯预聚体的制备
将甲苯二异氰酸酯按重量份35~45份加入反应器中,开始搅拌升温,当温度升至40~50℃时,将上述羟基树脂按重量份45~55份、聚醚8~10份分批加入三口烧瓶中,1h内加完,然后在50℃保温搅拌30min,升温至70℃保温2h,再升温至90~95℃保温1h,加入助剂H3PO4,H3PO4加入量为甲苯二异氰酸酯、羟基树脂、聚醚三种物质重量总合的0.3%,继续保温30min,取样测NCO值,当NCO达到规定值3.5±0.5%后降温,降温至40℃,过滤,即得聚氨酯聚氨酯预聚体,包装备用;
C、兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂的制备
将环氧树脂E-44按重量份60~80份加入三口烧瓶中,升温至50℃开始搅拌,将上述聚氨酯聚氨酯预聚体按重量份20-25份1h内分批加入三口烧瓶中,在60℃保温搅拌30min,然后升温至90~95℃保温3h,再升温至110℃保温1h,按重量份0.2~0.4份加入助剂二月桂酸二丁基锡,继续保温30min,按重量份3~5份加入调整剂丁醇,保温30min,测游离二异氰酸酯含量,达到规定值即<0.5%后降温,降温至50℃,过滤,即得聚酯兼具耐蚀耐磨性能的改性环氧树脂,包装备用。
