本发明是一种适用于普通车床的新型伺服定位装置,包括伺服电机,所述伺服电机通过弹性联轴器与滚珠丝杠相连接,所述滚珠丝杠靠近弹性联轴器端通过角接触球轴承安装在轴承座中,所述轴承座安装在连接座中,所述连接座固定在床身上,所述滚珠丝杠另一端连接丝杠螺母座,所述丝杠螺母座通过沉头螺栓与工作台拖板相连接,在所述伺服电机上安装有编码器。采用本发明技术方案,编码方便,旋转速度高,进给速度快,而且结构简单,维修方便,定位精度高。

一种适用于普通车床的新型伺服定位装置
技术领域
本发明涉及自动化精密加工领域,具体涉及一种适用于普通车床的新型伺服定位装置。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和技术的进步,用户对其精度要求、噪音值要求和振动值要求都很高,普通车床已经难以满足上述的新要求。以前,普通车床上应用的进级系统是步进电机、凸轮杠杆或普通丝杠机构,其进给精度最高只能达到2um,有的甚至还达不到2um.这样的结构越来越不能适应用户的要求,但如果直接换数控车床成本又非常高,如果用一种新的数控驱动系统替代传统的驱动系统则上述问题将能得到解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的问题,提供一种适用于普通车床的新型伺服定位装置。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种适用于普通车床的新型伺服定位装置,包括伺服电机,所述伺服电机通过弹性联轴器与滚珠丝杠相连接,所述滚珠丝杠靠近弹性联轴器端通过角接触球轴承安装在轴承座中,所述轴承座安装在连接座中,所述连接座固定在床身上,所述滚珠丝杠另一端连接丝杠螺母座,所述丝杠螺母座通过沉头螺栓与工作台拖板相连接,在所述伺服电机上安装有编码器。
进一步的,在所述角接触球轴承与所述滚珠丝杠之间设置有轴承内隔套,在所述角接触球轴承与所述轴承座之间设置有轴承外隔套,所述轴承座左端设置有锁紧螺母,所述角接触球轴承背靠背安装,将所述轴承内隔套和轴承外隔套进行精密研磨,所述锁紧螺母通过压紧套压紧所述角接触球轴承。
本发明的有益效果是:
采用本发明技术方案,通过编码器,直接与驱动模块连接,实现数控化,旋转速度高,进给速度快,而且结构简单,维修方便,定位精度可轻松达到0.5μm。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图并结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
参照图1所示,一种适用于普通车床的新型伺服定位装置,包括伺服电机1,所述伺服电机1通过弹性联轴器3与滚珠丝杠4相连接,所述滚珠丝杠4靠近弹性联轴器端通过角接触球轴承5安装在轴承座6中,所述轴承座6安装在连接座7中,所述连接座7固定在床身上,所述滚珠丝杠4另一端连接丝杠螺母座8,所述丝杠螺母座8通过沉头螺栓9与工作台拖板10相连接,在所述伺服电机1上安装有编码器2。
进一步的,在所述角接触球轴承5与所述滚珠丝杠4之间设置有轴承内隔套51,在所述角接触球轴承5与所述轴承座6之间设置有轴承外隔套52,所述轴承座6左端设置有锁紧螺母53,所述角接触球轴承5背靠背安装,将所述轴承内隔套51和轴承外隔套52进行精密研磨,所述锁紧螺母53通过压紧套54压紧所述角接触球轴承5。
本发明的原理:
本装置采用伺服电机一联轴器一滚珠丝杠的驱动方式取代传统的步进电机、凸轮杠杆机构,伺服电机l接受编码器2的指令旋转,带动弹性联轴器3、滚珠丝杠4旋转,滚珠丝杠4的螺矩为S,因为弹性联轴器3同时联接了伺服电机1和滚珠丝杠4的轴端,且联轴器本身无任何问隙,也无空回,所以伺服电机1旋转一周,滚珠丝杠4也同样旋转一周,而工作台拖板8与丝杠螺母座7是连接在一起的。因此,伺服电机1旋转一周,工作台拖板10在直线方向上运动的距离为滚珠丝杠4的导程。

1.一种适用于普通车床的新型伺服定位装置,包括伺服电机(1),其特征在于,所述伺服电机(1)通过弹性联轴器(3)与滚珠丝杠(4)相连接,所述滚珠丝杠(4)靠近弹性联轴器端通过角接触球轴承(5)安装在轴承座(6)中,所述轴承座(6)安装在连接座(7)中,所述连接座(7)固定在床身上,所述滚珠丝杠(4)另一端连接丝杠螺母座(8),所述丝杠螺母座(8)通过沉头螺栓(9)与工作台拖板(10)相连接,在所述伺服电机(1)上安装有编码器(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于普通车床的新型伺服定位装置,其特征在于,在所述角接触球轴承(5)与所述滚珠丝杠(4)之间设置有轴承内隔套(51),在所述角接触球轴承(5)与所述轴承座(6)之间设置有轴承外隔套(52),所述轴承座(6)左端设置有锁紧螺母(53),所述角接触球轴承(5)背靠背安装,将所述轴承内隔套(51)和轴承外隔套(52)进行精密研磨,所述锁紧螺母(53)通过压紧套(54)压紧所述角接触球轴承(5)。
