技术领域
本发明涉及车辆,例如军事类型的履带式或轮式车辆,在其顶部或车顶上设置有火炮装置。
背景技术
在领域的状态中,已知有装甲车辆,其设置有能够旋转的中央炮塔,车辆的通常由机枪构成的主武器安装在该中央炮塔上。这样的机枪装备有与其连接的电子控制单元,该电子控制单元控制火器的定位,并且向火器自身的击发机构下达命令。
负责致动火器的使用者位于车辆内,并且利用控制界面来控制击发和枪管的定位以及通常电子单元允许的所有功能,该控制界面例如经由电缆适当地连接到电子单元。
显然,对于火器自身的正确操作和通常车辆的正确操作而言,火器的稳定定位以及其电子单元的稳定定位同样都是必要的。具体地,如果车辆不具有从其制造开始就与车辆结合成一体的用于火器的定位装置,那么火器的定位和控制均可能是困难的。
发明内容
本发明通过提供用于例如轮式或履带式车辆上的火器的定位结构来避免上述缺陷,该定位结构在车辆的顶部上直接固定地连接到车辆自身的框架,车辆的车顶或其它部分在外貌上和在它们的机械特性上基本上没有改动。
本发明的一个方面涉及一种定位结构,其用于车辆上的武器,所述车辆装备有装甲座舱,并且其中所述武器被约束到车辆的顶部,所述定位结构直接接合到包含在车辆的框架中的、界定了所述装甲座舱的加强杆,所述加强杆通常称为翻滚保护杆;所述定位结构大致包括板,所述板设置有:在该板的周边上的、约束到所述翻滚保护杆的杆的多个约束部分;以及用于主武器的紧固部分;与每个约束部分相对应地设置有将所述板约束到所述杆的约束装置,对于每个约束部分而言,所述约束装置由套筒形成;每个套筒在其一端处紧固到相关的所述约束部分,并且在其相对的端部处具有托架,所述托架束缚到所述杆;所述定位结构的特征在于,围绕每个套筒设置有套圈,所述套圈设置有衬垫,所述衬垫位于车辆的车顶的孔上。

参考所列的附图,根据本发明的所示的车辆包括装甲座舱A且优选地包括旋转运动系统,并且该车辆设置有通常由机枪构成的主武器(例如口径为5.56mm、7.62mm、12.7mm、14.5mm、25mm、30mm)。
根据本发明,所述主武器通过定位结构2固定地连接到车辆的顶部,有利的是,该定位结构2直接固定地连接到车辆的框架,并具体地连接到限定了座舱的加强杆B(通常称为翻滚保护杆)。
翻滚保护杆指的是保护结构,其设置成当翻滚时或者当卷入无论什么类型的事故或严重事故时保护车辆的乘客。其通常利用高强度钢构建,原因是其必须能够承受车辆的重量而不断裂。其是极为有用的安全装置,因此其通常用在军事车辆中。
本发明利用存在这样的翻滚保护杆来通过这样的定位结构将主武器稳定地约束到车辆,定位结构基本上包括盒状板21,该盒状板21在其周边上设置有多个约束部分22,这些约束部分约束到该翻滚保护杆的杆上,并且该盒状板21设置有用于该主武器的紧固部分,该紧固部分由于结构平衡的原因而优选地形成在盒状板的中心区域中。该板的尺寸形成为适应于特定车辆的车顶,并且该板的尺寸、刚度和强度形成为容纳特定的武器。
该板通常具有四边形形状,对杆的约束部分通常布置在该四边形形状的角部处并且被构造成类似于三角形附件。在该约束部分处,设置有用于将板约束到引出杆的装置,对于每个约束部分而言,该装置例如由套筒31形成,该套筒优选地为圆柱形,其在一端处固定到约束部分22,在相对的端部处具有托架32,该托架束缚到前述的杆。

板优选地由轻型合金、复合材料(玻璃纤维、碳纤维)制成。当重量不是限制方面时,其还可以由钢和/或不锈钢制成。

Claims (7)

1.一种定位结构,其用于车辆上的武器,所述车辆装备有装甲座舱(A),并且其中所述武器被约束到车辆的顶部,所述定位结构直接接合到包含在车辆的框架中的、界定了所述装甲座舱(A)的加强杆(B),所述加强杆通常称为翻滚保护杆;
所述定位结构大致包括板(21),所述板(21)设置有:
●在该板(21)的周边上的、约束到所述翻滚保护杆的杆(B)的多个约束部分(22);以及
●用于主武器的紧固部分(23);
与每个约束部分相对应地设置有将所述板约束到所述杆的约束装置,对于每个约束部分而言,所述约束装置由套筒(31)形成;
每个套筒(31)在其一端处紧固到相关的所述约束部分(22),并且在其相对的端部处具有托架(32),所述托架束缚到所述杆;
所述定位结构的特征在于,围绕每个套筒设置有套圈(34),所述套圈设置有衬垫(35),所述衬垫位于车辆的车顶的孔上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的定位结构,其中所述紧固部分(23)设在所述板的中心区域中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的定位结构,其中所述板具有方形形状,被约束到杆的所述约束部分大致布置到所述方形形状的角部并且成形为三角形附件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的定位结构,其中用于所述主武器的所述紧固部分(23)大致包括圆周第五轮,所述圆周第五轮在中心钻有孔,这允许武器从上方插入到该孔中并且被约束在圆周上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的定位结构,其中所述板包括用于武器的电子控制单元的壳体(24),所述壳体通过所述板自身的中心区域中的空间而形成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的定位结构,其中所述壳体具有覆盖件(25),所述覆盖件用于当所述电子控制单元定位在所述壳体自身中时闭合和保护所述电子控制单元,并且所述覆盖件用于提高所述定位结构的刚度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的定位结构,其中所述板(21)是盒状结构。
