Abstract

一种风扇固定装置,用于固定一风扇,该风扇包括一侧板,该侧板的上部设有两固定孔,该风扇固定装置包括一风扇架、两第一锁固件及一挡风片,该风扇架包括设有一通风口的一固定壁,该固定壁于该通风口的两侧的上部分别设有一第一通孔,每一第一锁固件包括一头部及由该头部的后侧延伸出的两卡钩,该两第一锁固件的卡钩依次穿过该两第一通孔及该风扇的两固定孔后卡置于该侧板的后侧,该挡风片的顶部的两端分别枢转地连接于该两第一锁固件的头部,该挡风片在受到风扇向前的风力作用时能够向前并向上转动至最大90度,不影响风扇的出风,而当风扇不转动时,该挡风片受重力作用保持竖直遮盖于该通风口的前侧,可阻挡住回流的风流。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种风扇固定装置。
背景技术
在电子产品内,通常会装设有若干风扇,以给电子产品内的电子元件进行散热。然而,当有的风扇因故障而停止转动时,该故障风扇处会产生风流回流,从而引起风流紊乱,影响系统散热。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种能防止风流回流的风扇固定装置。
一种风扇固定装置,用于固定一风扇,该风扇包括一侧板,该侧板的上部设有两固定孔,该风扇固定装置包括一风扇架,该风扇架包括设有一通风口的一固定壁,该固定壁于该通风口的两侧的上部分别设有一第一通孔,该风扇固定装置还包括两第一锁固件及一挡风片,每一第一锁固件包括一头部及由该头部的后侧延伸出的两卡钩,该两第一锁固件的卡钩依次穿过该两第一通孔及该风扇的两固定孔后卡置于该侧板的后侧,该挡风片的顶部的两端分别枢转地连接于该两第一锁固件的头部,该挡风片受重力作用保持竖直遮盖于该通风口的前侧,该挡风片在受到风扇向前的风力作用时能够向前并向上转动至最大90度。
相较现有技术,该风扇固定装置在通风口前枢转地装设有一挡风片,该挡风片能够受风扇的风力作用转动至最大90度,不影响风扇的出风,而当风扇不转动时,该通风口前侧的挡风片保持竖直,可阻挡住回流的风流。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参照图1与图2,本发明风扇固定装置的较佳实施方式,可固定若干风扇20。该风扇固定装置包括一风扇架10、四对第一锁固件30、四对第二锁固件40及四挡风片50。
每一风扇20包括两相对的侧板21。每一侧板21的四角处分别设有一固定孔213。
该风扇架10包括一长形的底座12及由该底座12的后侧缘垂直向上延伸形成的一长形的固定壁14。该固定壁14沿水平方向间隔地设有四通风口141。该固定壁14于每一通风口141的两侧的上部分别设有一第一通孔143,并于每一通风口141的两侧的下部分别设有一第二通孔145。该固定壁14于每一第一通孔143的顶部与底部分别设有一竖直延伸的贯穿至该第一通孔143的穿槽147。
请一并参照图3,每一第一锁固件30包括一头部31及由该头部31的后侧的中间处垂直延伸出的两间隔的背向弯折的卡钩33。该头部31的两侧分别设有一枢转孔312。该头部31的后侧的上部与下部分别设有一竖直延伸的凸块35。
每一第二锁固件40包括一头部41及由该头部41的后侧的中间处垂直延伸出的两间隔的背向弯折的卡钩43。
每一挡风片50大致呈方形,并于四角处分别形成一缺口51。每一挡风片50的顶部向其两端的两对应缺口51分别延伸出一枢转轴53。
组装一风扇20时,将该风扇20置于该固定壁14的后方,使该风扇20的一侧板21贴靠于该固定壁14的后侧,并使该侧板21的四固定孔213分别正对该固定壁14的其中一通风口141周围的两第一通孔143与两第二通孔145。将一对第二锁固件40的卡钩43依次穿过该两第二通孔145及该侧板21下部的两固定孔213后卡置于该侧板21的后侧。然后再将一对第一锁固件30的卡钩33依次穿过该两第一通孔143及该侧板21上部的两固定孔213后卡置于该侧板21的后侧。从而,该风扇20正对该通风口141固定于该固定壁14。此时,该两第一锁固件30的凸块35分别卡入该两第一通孔143周围的对应穿槽147,使该两第一锁固件30定位于该固定壁14而不会转动,以确保该两第一锁固件30的上枢转孔312均位于同一水平线上。
用上述相同的方法,使用者可在该固定壁14的后侧正对每一通风口141安装一风扇20。
最后,在每一通风口141的前侧安装一挡风片50,使每一挡风片50的两枢转轴53分别枢转地卡入对应的通风口141两侧的第一锁固件30的枢转孔312内。此时,这些挡风片50受重力作用保持竖直,使该固定壁14的每一通风口141的前侧被一挡风片50完全覆盖。每一挡风片50四角处的缺口51使挡风片50在竖直状态及向前转动时不会与通风口141周围的第一、第二锁固件30、40发生干涉。
风扇20运转时,风扇20吹出的风流穿过该固定壁14的对应通风口141后向前吹动位于风扇20正前方的挡风片50,使风扇20正前方的挡风片50绕着对应的枢转轴53向前并向上转动至最大90度,不影响风扇20的出风。
若有风扇20因故障而停止转动时,该故障风扇20前侧的挡风片50受重力作用保持竖直,可阻挡住回流的风流。
在其它实施方式中,该风扇架10较短,可只设有一通风口141,只用于安装一风扇20与一挡风片50。

Claims (5)

1.一种风扇固定装置,用于固定一风扇,该风扇包括一侧板,该侧板的上部设有两固定孔,该风扇固定装置包括一风扇架,该风扇架包括设有一通风口的一固定壁,该固定壁于该通风口的两侧的上部分别设有一第一通孔,其特征在于:该风扇固定装置还包括两第一锁固件及一挡风片,每一第一锁固件包括一头部及由该头部的后侧延伸出的两卡钩,该两第一锁固件的卡钩依次穿过该两第一通孔及该风扇的两固定孔后卡置于该侧板的后侧,该挡风片的顶部的两端分别枢转地连接于该两第一锁固件的头部,该挡风片受重力作用保持竖直遮盖于该通风口的前侧,该挡风片在受到风扇向前的风力作用时能够向前并向上转动至最大90度。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该风扇的侧板的下部也设有两固定孔,该固定壁于该通风口的两侧的下部分别设有一第二通孔,该风扇固定装置还包括两第二锁固件,每一第二锁固件包括一头部及由该头部的后侧延伸出的两卡钩,该两第二锁固件的卡钩依次穿过该两第二通孔及该风扇下部的两固定孔后卡置于该侧板的后侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该挡风片呈方形,并于四角处分别形成一缺口。
4.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:每一第一锁固件的头部邻近另一第一锁固件的一侧设有一枢转孔,该挡风片的顶部的两端分别向外延伸出一枢转轴,该两枢转轴分别枢转地卡入该两第一锁固件的枢转孔。
5.如权利要求4所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该固定壁于每一第一通孔的顶部与底部分别设有一竖直延伸的穿槽,每一第一锁固件的头部朝向卡钩的一侧于上部与下部分别凸设一竖直延伸的卡入对应穿槽的凸块。
