Abstract

本发明涉及一种汽车组合开关,包括底座、压簧、同方向盘一起转动的回位圈、与回位圈配合的回位拨块;所述底座上还设置有固定座,所述压簧置于固定座与回位圈之间;所述固定座内壁上设置有一组凸台,所述回位圈上设置有一组与固定座相适配卡接的槽口。本发明解决了组合开关在同方向盘一起转动时存在异响的问题,且结构简单,成本低,可广泛应用于汽车组合开关领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车组合开关。
背景技术
我们通常的汽车用组合开关一般包含左开关总成、拨块、回位圈、压簧、底座等零部件,其工作原理是:压簧直接装在底座和回位圈之间,当方向盘带动回位圈转动时,压簧会跟着回位圈进行转动。这种开关的工作方式存在以下不足:转动过程中易出现压簧跳动而产生异响,同时压簧钢丝的端面锋利,在运动过程中会出现刮擦回位圈和底座而产生异响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车组合开关,解决了现有汽车组合开关随方向盘转动时存在异响的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种汽车组合开关,包括底座、压簧、同方向盘一起转动的回位圈、与回位圈配合的回位拨块;所述底座上还设置有固定座,所述压簧置于固定座与回位圈之间;所述固定座内壁上设置有一组凸台,所述回位圈上设置有一组与固定座相适配卡接的槽口。
为方便固定座在底座上转动,减小摩擦,所述固定座与底座配合的底面上设置有一圈凸筋,所述底座上设置有一圈与凸筋配合的轨迹槽。
为使固定座与回位圈固定可靠,所述凸台设置有两个,所述槽口也设置有两个。
本发明的有益效果:通过在底座上设置固定座,固定座与回位圈固定连接,使得当转动回位圈时,固定座也随着在底座上一起转动,使设置在固定座和回位圈之间的压簧与固定座和回位圈之间不会发生相对运动,避免压簧与回位圈相对运动而产生异响。所述固定座底部的凸筋和底座上的轨迹槽配合,使固定座在底座上的转动更顺畅,减少固定座与底座间的摩擦。所述凸台和槽口对应设置有2个,是固定座与回位圈的结合更牢靠。

具体实施方式
实施例,如图1至4所示,一种汽车组合开关,包括底座6,设置在底座6上的左开关总成1,压簧4、同方向盘一起转动的回位圈3、与回位圈3配合的回位拨块2;所述底座6上还设置有固定座5,所述压簧4置于固定座5与回位圈3之间;所述固定座5内壁上设置有一组凸台51,所述回位圈3上设置有一组与固定座5相适配卡接的槽口32。
所述固定座5与底座6配合的底面上设置有一圈凸筋52,所述底座6上设置有一圈与凸筋52配合的轨迹槽(图中为标出)。
所述凸台51设置有两个,所述槽口32也设置有两个。
通过汽车方向盘带动回位圈3转动,回位圈3上分布的两个槽口32,与固定座5上分布的两个凸台51相互对插,使固定座5和回位圈3装配到位后转动时相对静止,保证了装在两者之间的压簧4在装配好后无任何的相对转动,使得压簧4不会在转动中产生异响,达到消音的效果;同时固定座5上设计上的凸筋52与底座6上的轨迹槽配合,在运动过程中减少接触面的摩擦,进一步增强消音的效果。

1.一种汽车组合开关,包括底座(6)、压簧(4)、同方向盘一起转动的回位圈(3)、与回位圈(3)配合的回位拨块(2);其特征在于:所述底座(6)上还设置有固定座(5),所述压簧(4)置于固定座(5)与回位圈(3)之间;所述固定座(5)内壁上设置有一组凸台(51),所述回位圈(3)上设置有一组与固定座(5)相适配卡接的槽口(32);
所述固定座(5)与底座(6)配合的底面上设置有一圈凸筋(52),所述底座(6)上设置有一圈与凸筋(52)配合的轨迹槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车组合开关,其特征在于:所述凸台(51)设置有两个,所述槽口(32)也设置有两个。
