本发明提供了一种饮料瓶用PET-PEN复合材料,以重量组分计包括:PET100~300份,PEN100~300份,纳米碳酸钙12~23份,MBS8~20份,ACR1.5~2.7份,Ca-Zn复合热稳定剂2.0~3.5份,有机锡0.5~0.8份,β-二酮0.1~0.5份,ESBO4~10份,润滑剂0.8~1.5份,抗氧剂0.01~0.1份,交联剂0.02~0.08份。本发明耐高温性能好,制备工艺简单,加工成本低,而且强度得到显著提高,可以承受加较大的压力和变形。

饮料瓶用PET-PEN复合材料及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明属于塑料包装技术领域,具体涉及一种饮料瓶用PET-PEN复合材料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)由于具有成本低、外观性能优异及可回收等优点,在饮料包装领域得到了广泛应用,但其耐热性和气体阻隔性不能满足热灌封等新包装和软饮料包装的性能要求。聚对萘二甲酸乙二酯(PEN)与PET相比有较高的玻璃化转变温度和优异的氧气、二氧化碳的阻隔性,是热灌装和高阻隔性包装原料的理想选择。但PEN原料由于昂贵的价格使其使用受到一定的限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种具有高强度和耐热性的饮料瓶用PET-PEN复合材料。
一种饮料瓶用PET-PEN复合材料,以重量组分计包括:PET100~300份,PEN100~300份,纳米碳酸钙12~23份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(MBS)8~20份,Ca-Zn复合热稳定剂2.0~3.5份,有机锡0.5~0.8份,β-二酮0.1~0.5份,环氧大豆油(ESBO)4~10份,润滑剂0.8~1.5份,抗氧剂0.01~0.1份,交联剂0.02~0.08份。
上述饮料瓶用PET-PEN复合材料,以重量组分计包括:PET180份,PEN175份,纳米碳酸钙18份,MBS15份,Ca-Zn复合热稳定剂2.6份,有机锡0.6份,β-二酮0.3份,环氧大豆油8份,润滑剂1.3份,抗氧剂0.06份,交联剂0.05份。
上述饮料瓶用PET-PEN复合材料,所述纳米碳酸钙的粒径为50~70nm。
上述饮料瓶用PET-PEN复合材料,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂168中的一种或其混合物。
上述饮料瓶用PET-PEN复合材料,所述润滑剂为硬脂酸。
上述饮料瓶用PET-PEN复合材料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取各组分原料,然后置于高速混合机中共混5~15min;
(2)将步骤(1)所混合好原料置于双螺杆挤出机中,熔融挤出,造粒,加工工艺参数为一区温度245~255℃,二区温度245~255℃,三区温度250~260℃,四区温度250~260℃,熔体温度260~275℃,机头温度245~255℃,压力4~7MPa。
(3)将步骤(2)所得粒料在双螺杆注塑机中注塑成型,注塑工艺参数为:射嘴温度260~270℃,一段温度270~280℃,二段温度270~280℃,注塑压力为90~110MPa。
本发明与现有技术相比其显著优点在于:耐高温性能好,制备工艺简单,加工成本低,而且强度得到显著提高,可以承受加较大的压力和变形。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种饮料瓶用PET-PEN复合材料,以重量组分计包括:PET100份,PEN100份,纳米碳酸钙12份,MBS8份,Ca-Zn复合热稳定剂2.0份,有机锡0.5份,β-二酮0.1份,ESBO4份,硬脂酸0.8~1.5份,抗氧剂10100.01份,DCP0.02份。
上述饮料瓶用PET-PEN复合材料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取各组分原料,然后置于高速混合机中共混5~15min;
(2)将步骤(1)所混合好原料置于双螺杆挤出机中,熔融挤出,造粒,加工工艺参数为一区温度250℃,二区温度250℃,三区温度255℃,四区温度255℃,熔体温度270℃,机头温度250℃,压力6MPa。
(3)将步骤(2)所得粒料在双螺杆注塑机中注塑成型,注塑工艺参数为:射嘴温度265℃,一段温度275℃,二段温度275℃,注塑压力为100MPa。
实施例2
一种饮料瓶用PET-PEN复合材料,以重量组分计包括:PET230份,PEN240份,纳米碳酸钙21份,MBS18份,Ca-Zn复合热稳定剂3.2份,有机锡0.7份,β-二酮0.4份,ESBO6份,硬脂酸1.1份,抗氧剂1680.07份,DCP0.07份。
制备工艺同实施例1。
实施例3
一种饮料瓶用PET-PEN复合材料,以重量组分计包括:PET180份,PEN175份,纳米碳酸钙18份,MBS15份,Ca-Zn复合热稳定剂2.6份,有机锡0.6份,β-二酮0.3份,ESBO8份,硬脂酸1.3份,抗氧剂10100.02份,抗氧剂1680.03份,DCP0.05份。
制备工艺同实施例1。
实施例4
一种饮料瓶用PET-PEN复合材料,以重量组分计包括:PET300份,PEN300份,纳米碳酸钙23份,MBS20份,Ca-Zn复合热稳定剂3.5份,有机锡0.8份,β-二酮0.5份,ESBO10份,润滑剂1.5份,抗氧剂10100.04份,抗氧剂1680.06份,交联剂0.08份。
制备工艺同实施例1。
对本实施例的产品进行性能测试,结果如下:
弯曲强度按GB/T9341-2000测试;
拉伸强度按GB/T1040-1992测试;
荷重软化温度按GB/T5989-1998测试。

Claims (6)

1.一种饮料瓶用PET-PEN复合材料,其特征在于,以重量组分计包括:PET 100~300份,PEN 100~300份,纳米碳酸钙12~23份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯8~20份, Ca-Zn复合热稳定剂 2.0~3.5份,有机锡0.5~0.8份,β-二酮0.1~0.5份, 环氧大豆油4~10份,润滑剂0.8~1.5份,抗氧剂0.01~0.1份,交联剂0.02~0.08份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的饮料瓶用PET-PEN复合材料,其特征在于,以重量组分计包括:PET 180份,PEN 175份,纳米碳酸钙18份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯15份, Ca-Zn复合热稳定剂 2.6份,有机锡0.6份,β-二酮0.3份,环氧大豆油8份,润滑剂1.3份,抗氧剂0.06份,交联剂0.05份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的饮料瓶用PET-PEN复合材料,其特征在于,所述纳米碳酸钙的粒径为50~70nm。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的饮料瓶用PET-PEN复合材料,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂168中的一种或其混合物。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的饮料瓶用PET-PEN复合材料,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为硬脂酸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的饮料瓶用PET-PEN复合材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取各组分原料,然后置于高速混合机中共混5~15min;
(2)将步骤(1)所混合好原料置于双螺杆挤出机中,熔融挤出,造粒,加工工艺参数为一区温度245~255℃,二区温度245~255℃,三区温度250~260℃,四区温度250~260℃,熔体温度260~275℃,机头温度245~255℃,压力4~7MPa;
(3)将步骤(2)所得粒料在双螺杆注塑机中注塑成型,注塑工艺参数为:射嘴温度260~270℃,一段温度270~280℃,二段温度270~280℃,注塑压力为90~110MPa。
