Abstract

长形农用雾化器喷头,它是主要由长形水箱体、直线雾化口、限流板、调节旋扭、入水口构成,限流板在长形水箱体的内部、直线雾化口的上部并与构成直线雾化口的两刀片形成一薄层空间,调节旋扭能调节这层薄层空间的距离以达到调节喷射出的水雾面积的大小。长形农用雾化器喷头没有发生交叉的水雾,因此喷射出的水雾均匀、面积长形、能节约喷洒的药液又达到最佳的喷洒效果。

本发明涉及的是农用喷雾器的雾化器喷头,属于农业工具技术领域。 
背景技术
喷雾器是农民喷洒农药的必需工具。喷雾器利用人工手摇活塞产生水压或机械带动活塞产生水压,水压经过输水管到达雾化器喷头将水压迫散射出去。雾化器喷头是将有一定压力的水分散成无数细小的水颗粒并向某个方向喷射的装置。人们一般使用的雾化器喷头都是圆形出口,喷射出去的雾状也就是圆形。人们对圆形雾化器喷头已经习以为常,没有发现什么问题,但是,我们仔细观察:圆形雾化器喷头产生的喷射水雾有各个方向,圆形出口边缘产生的喷射水雾和对面边缘产生的喷射水雾发生交叉,交叉的雾化小水颗粒相互碰撞沾结成更大的小水颗粒,使雾化水雾不够细密,这一现象人们很难用肉眼观察到,其实这是一种浪费农药水液的雾化器。
发明内容
为了能更使雾化器喷头产生的小水颗粒更精细、均匀,为了能在喷洒农药中能更能节约药液,本人发明了一种长形农用雾化器喷头,这种雾化器喷头的雾化出口是直线形,它喷射出的水雾雾化均匀、喷射面积大,是最节约药液又能达到最好效果的雾化器喷头。
和形农用雾化器喷头解决问题所采取的技术方案是:长形农用雾化器喷头主要由长形水箱体、直线雾化口、限流板、调节旋扭,入水口构成,直线雾化口在长形水箱体的下部并由两刀片并排相对的刀口构成,限流板在长形水箱体的内部并与两刀片形成一薄层空间,调节旋扭能调节限流板与两刀片间的距离以达到调节喷射出的雾化水面积的大小。
一般喷雾器都是一个圆柱形水箱体,不论内部是什么结构,雾化出口都是圆形,产生的圆形的喷射雾状。与一般喷雾器相比,本发明的长形农用雾化器喷头却是长形水箱体,直线雾化口,产生长形的喷射雾状。水箱体是雾化器中各种装置结构的容纳体,也是容纳到达的水压的封闭体,它的入口与喷雾器的连接管连通,它的出口就是直线雾化口。
直线雾化口是在长形水箱体的下部直接产生喷射状水雾的出口。直线雾化口由两块相同的刀片构成,两刀片刀口相对形成一直线缝隙,这一直线缝隙使到达此处的水被压迫从这个缝隙挤出,挤出的水和刀口边缘产生摩擦、碰撞后产生不同的方向形成分散的雾状小水颗粒。刀口越锋利、出口不成轨的性质越明显,水到达此处成了无目标主向的弹射体,由于压力的驱动,水快速离开刀口向各处飞散而出。
长形农用雾化器喷头的雾化出口虽然是两刀口构成的直线缝隙,缝隙的无轨出口的性质很明显,但是,缝隙的中间还是有一定的水流轨迹,还是有一部分水从水箱体的中间向这个缝隙中间直冲过去,没有碰撞到刀口,过了雾化口后还是保持这种直线运动的惯性,这部分水的雾化不够,水颗粒过大。这了改变这个情形,我们在水箱体内设置一块限流板,让这块限流板靠近雾化口,使雾化口上部形成一薄水层,这就阻止了水从水箱体中间向刀口缝隙中间直冲过来,水只能从侧面到达刀口缝隙,加大了水和刀口刮碰的机会,水的雾化性更细更均匀。如果我们调节这个限流板和刀口缝隙的距离,就能调节水流到达刀口缝隙的流量和方向,这就产生了喷射出雾的面积大小。
长形农用雾化器喷头的有益效果是:长形农用雾化器喷头采用两块相同的刀片刀口相对构成直线式雾化出口,产生长形的水雾,雾化均匀;长形农用雾化器喷头还能调节限流板与刀口缝隙的距离以调节喷射出的水雾面积的大小。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对长形农用雾化器喷头作进一步的实施说明。
图1是长形农用雾化器喷头的侧面剖面结构原理图。图1中一个长形水箱体(1)由上部的塑料壁(2)和下部的两片长形刀片(5)构成,长形水箱体(1)上部还有水管接柄(7)用于连接喷雾器的输出水管,喷雾器输来的水由水管接柄(7)内进入长形水箱体。长形水箱体(1)下部的两块相同的长形刀片(5)周边镶置于塑料壁(2)内得以固定,两刀口(6)正对形成中间一长形狭窄缝隙,这一狭窄缝隙就是雾化水出口。长形水箱体(1)的内部有一块明显的限流板(3),它置于两长形刀片(5)的上部,与两块并排的长形刀片(5)平行并且相距一点距离,这点距离形成一薄层空间,这点距离是由边缘的几条弯曲的弹簧丝(4)支持而成。图1中的弹簧丝(4)的一头插进塑料壁(2)内得以固定。图1中的长形水箱体(1)的上部还有一升降防水旋扭(8),它的下部直接接触限流板(3),扭动这个升降旋扭(8)会对弹簧丝(4)产生压迫或放松,限流板(3)就会稍为上升或下降。我们很容易会了解这个长形农用雾化器喷头的工作原理:有一定压力的水从水管接柄(7)中间进入到长形水箱体(1)内部,由于压力,水急不可待地要从两刀口(6)间的狭缝隙钻出去,本来有的水可以直接从中间冲出去,但刀口(6)中间的上部却有一限流板阻碍了这些水从中间直线冲出,于是只能从侧面的薄层空间绕到刀口(6),对面也有绕冲到这儿的水力,在刀口(6)处犹豫间被紧接而来的水冲出了刀口(6),由于刀口(6)很薄,没有轨迹性,出去的水自由地向各处飞散成雾状小水颗粒。由于这条缝隙是长形状,于是喷出的水雾扩散成长形状。如果我们扭动调节升降旋扭(8),限流板(3)被弹性升高,刀口(6)上部的薄层空间加大,从刀口中间直冲出去的水增多,喷射出的水雾面积减小;限流板(3)被弹性压近刀口,从刀口中间直冲出的水减少,从侧面冲出去的水增多,喷射出的水雾面积增大。
图2是把图1的长形农用雾化器喷头转过九十度角后的中间剖面图。这个图2更能让人们了解长形农用雾化器喷头的长形整体结构。与图1不同的是:图2能展示两个相同的升降旋扭(8)左右平衡地顶压在限流板(3)的上部,调节时必须两个升降旋扭(8)一起调节;从水管接柄(7)进入的水从中间进入长形水箱体(1)后从限流板(3)的侧面绕到下部的薄层空间,到达刀口(6)缝隙,薄层空间有三条纵向的弹簧丝(4)平衡地支持着限流板(3)。图2只能展示一块长形刀片(5),没有展示出狭窄的长形雾化出口。

1.   长形农用雾化器喷头,其特征是:长形农用雾化器喷头主要由长形水箱体、直线雾化口、限流板、调节旋扭、入水口构成,直线雾化口在长形水箱体的内部并由两刀片并排相对的刀口构成,限流板在长形水箱体的内部并与两刀片形成一薄层空间,调节旋扭能调节限流板与两刀片间的距离以达到调节喷射出的雾化水面积的大小。
