Abstract

把液体和固体物质从混合物中分开的过滤装置包括一封闭的过滤皮带,借助过滤皮带上下之间的压差把过滤物分离出。该过滤装置放置在一高压室内为的是使在外界温度和大气压力下会变成气态的物质保持液态,该压力室内所加的压力可上升到约20巴。

Description

过滤装置
本发明涉及一种从混合物中分离出液态和固态物质的过滤设备,其中设有一封闭的过滤带,把要分离的混合物输到过滤器带上侧的输送装置和一位于过滤器带下侧与泵相连的吸箱。
这种过滤装置可从欧洲专利EP-A-92201151.5中获知。这种过滤装置只能用于过滤特定的混合物,若混合物中包含有在外界温度和大气压力下会产生气相的物质就不能用该过滤装置分离。
本发明的目的就是要提供一种过滤装置,使上述会产生气相的物质也能过滤分离。
根据本发明,要做到这一点,只需把过滤皮带放置在一压力室内,在压力室内保持一较高的压力而压力室内和吸箱内的压差却是较小的。
将待分离的混合物置于某一压力之下即可排除其中任一种物质转化为气相的危险,上述压力高于在常用温度下施加于混合物中任一组份的最低蒸发压力。
应该指出从欧洲专利EP-A-0033371所获取的过滤装置,其特点是整个装置都容纳在一维修人员能进入的高压室内。
对于这样的装置只能加上有限的过压,当在室内加上更高的压力时,那么没有特别的预防措施,维修人员不能再进入该空间。
结合附图,再对本发明进一步详述。
图1表示一本发明实施例的透视图。
装置1有一局部示出的框架2,它由竖梁和横梁组成,其中一封闭带3绕过辊轮4和5,以箭头所示方向移动。这种封闭是一种可使液体渗透过去的过滤皮带。输送装置6安置在过滤皮带的上方用来输送待分离的混合物,通过一传送管10连到一真空连接管11的吸箱9以公知方式安置在封闭带的下方,设有一关闭阀29的真空连接管11与一个压力或抽吸装置相连接(未示出)。吸箱9在顶侧有一格栅13。当吸箱内产生一压力时,过滤带3就快速地固定在格栅13上。从而在过滤行程中,吸箱9与过滤带一起沿着箭头P的方向移动,而过滤行程的终端用关闭阀28和29使箱内压力增加,所以终端由一个自由空间所限定,该空间位于箱体长度及辊轮4和5之间的距离之间。然后吸箱9由活塞14作用退回到其初始位置,以后再重新开始下一个过滤行程。吸箱9可由不同部分组成,每部分分别与上述压力或抽吸装置相连。
过滤带的活动部分放在室32内,为了使室32的内部与高压相通,并于其中维持高压,将输气管31与室32相连。因为过滤带的驱动件,真空阀和空气阀都安置在压力容器的外面,这就没有必要对上述驱动件和阀采取额外的措施,可根据有待处理的物质选择腔室中的压力。以此方法便可实现对在大气压力为气态的物质进行分离。

Claims (2)

1.一种用于把液体和固体物质从混合物中分出的过滤装置,包括:
一装有一环形过滤带,一吸箱和一泵的压力室;其特征在于:
还包括用于将固体和液体的混合物,以高于大气压力的压力送入在所述过滤带上侧的过滤箱的装置;
用于使在所述过滤带下侧的所述吸箱连接到所述泵上的装置,以及
用于维持所述压力室内高于大气压力的压力约20bar和维持所述压力室内的压力与所述吸箱内的压力之间的压差为1~2bar的装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的过滤装置,其特征在于:所述的用于使所述吸箱连接到所述过滤带下侧的吸箱的所述装置包括,用于相对于所述压力室内的所述压力降低所述吸箱内的压力的装置;用于使所述吸箱与在所述压力室内的所述过滤带一起移动的装置;用于在所述吸箱内增加压力以使所述吸箱从所述过滤带被脱开的装置,用于将所述吸箱移到在所述压力腔室的原来位置上去的装置。
