Abstract

本发明的原料铁粉装料装置，包括漏斗、固定圈、筋片、外圆筒、外纸板圆筒、内纸板圆筒、内圆筒、圆环形纸板底、装料圆筒；原有的原料铁粉装料装置由于要将圆外筒、圆内筒吊出来，固定筋片要穿过圆外筒、圆圆内筒之间的空腔内装入的原料铁粉，会使原料铁粉的表面滑出深沟，要用大量的人力用手工清理，增加清理成本，还严重影响产品质量。本发明的原料铁粉装料装置由于采用了内纸板圆筒、外纸板圆筒和圆环形纸板底组成纸板圆套筒单元，使得到的一次还原铁的表面光滑，非常容易清理，没有杂质残留，提高了还原铁的纯度和质量，保证了制备粉末冶金用的铁粉高质量，解决了本技术领域长期没有解决的问题。

本发明涉及原料铁粉装料装置。 
背景技术
制备一次还原铁或粉末冶金用的原料铁粉经过干燥后，要用原料铁粉装料装置把它装到氮化硅圆筒中，然后，再把该氮化硅圆筒装到隧道窑中的送料小车上，送入隧道窑中还原。 
如图1-2所示，已有的原料铁粉装料装置包括、漏斗21、固定圈22、第一固定筋片23、第二固定筋片24、第三固定筋片25、装料圆筒26、圆外筒27、圆圆内筒28、限位片29； 
吊梁20固定在漏斗21上部；固定圈22是一个圆环，固定圈22焊接在漏斗21的下端，固定圈22紧贴装料圆筒26的内壁置于装料圆筒26中，使漏斗21与装料圆筒26圆固定；
多个第一固定筋片23、多个第三固定筋片25分别焊接于圆外筒27、圆内筒28顶端和下部，把圆外筒27、圆圆内筒28相对固定，然后置于氮化硅制成的装料圆筒26中；均布的第二固定筋片24把圆外筒27与固定圈22焊接起来；多个限位片29焊接在圆外筒27的下部，对圆外筒27起限位作用；
圆外筒27、圆内筒28之间的空腔内装入原料铁粉；圆内筒28内均装入煤；圆外筒27与氮化硅制成的装料圆筒26间的空腔内装入煤；
装完料后，通过吊梁20将漏斗21及圆外筒27、圆内筒28调出来；然后，用耐火材料制成的盖板把氮化硅制成的装料圆筒26封盖，送入隧道窑中还原。
问题是：由于要将圆外筒27、圆内筒28吊出来，第三固定筋片25要穿过圆外筒27、圆圆内筒28之间的空腔内装入的原料铁粉，会使原料铁粉的表面滑出深沟，接触的煤粉会散入到原料铁粉表面深沟中，使得到的直接还原铁粉表面深沟中的煤，要用大量的人力用手工清理，增加清理成本，还严重影响产品质量。 
发明内容
为了解决已有技术存在的问题，本发明提供了一种原料铁粉装料装置。 
本发明的原料铁粉装料装置包括漏斗、固定圈、筋片、外圆筒、外纸板圆筒、内纸板圆筒、内圆筒、圆环形纸板底、氮化硅装料圆筒； 
固定圈是一个圆环，固定圈焊接在漏斗的下端；固定筋片与固定圈焊接并与外圆筒的外壁的上部也焊接在一起；外圆筒置于氮化硅装料圆筒内并且两者的底部接触，固定圈紧贴氮化硅装料圆筒的内壁，把漏斗和外圆筒限位固定；外圆筒与氮化硅装料圆筒的内壁之间形成一个圆环腔；漏斗上端焊接提梁；
内纸板圆筒置于外纸板圆筒内且底部平齐，并通过圆环形纸板底把两者粘接成一体，内纸板圆筒和外纸板圆筒之间形成一个有底的圆环状的空腔，上述结构称为纸板圆套筒单元；
把外圆筒内装入一层煤，再把纸板圆套筒单元置于外圆筒内，外圆筒的底部与煤层接触；
有上提梁的内圆筒紧贴内纸板圆筒的内壁置于其中，外圆筒和内圆筒对纸板圆套筒单元起固定支撑作用；
在纸板圆套筒单元的有底的圆环状的空腔内装入干燥的原料铁粉，在圆环腔内、内圆筒中分别装入煤；用吊装装置通过提梁、上提梁把漏斗及外圆筒、内圆筒提出来；然后，用耐火材料制的盖板把氮化硅装料圆筒封盖，送入隧道窑中还原。
有益效果：原有的原料铁粉装料装置由于要将圆外筒、圆内筒吊出来，固定筋片要穿过圆外筒、圆圆内筒之间的空腔内装入的原料铁粉，会使得到的一次原料铁的表面滑出深沟，要用大量的人力用手工清理，增加清理成本，还严重影响产品质量。本发明的原料铁粉装料装置由于采用了内纸板圆筒、外纸板圆筒和圆环形纸板底组成纸板圆套筒单元，使得到的一次还原铁的表面光滑，非常容易清理，没有杂质残留，提高了还原铁的纯度和质量，保证了制备粉末冶金用的铁粉高质量。解决了本技术领域长期没有解决的问题。

具体实施方式
实施例1      如图1-4所示，本发明的原料铁粉装料装置包括漏斗1、固定圈2、筋片3、外圆筒4、外纸板圆筒5、内纸板圆筒6、内圆筒7、圆环形纸板底8、氮化硅装料圆筒13； 
固定圈2是一个圆环，固定圈2焊接在漏斗1的下端；固定筋片3与固定圈2焊接并与外圆筒4的外壁的上部也焊接在一起；外圆筒4置于氮化硅装料圆筒13内并且两者的底部接触，固定圈2紧贴氮化硅装料圆筒13的内壁，把漏斗1和外圆筒4限位固定；外圆筒4与氮化硅装料圆筒13的内壁之间形成一个圆环腔10；漏斗1上端焊接提梁14；
内纸板圆筒6置于外纸板圆筒5内且底部平齐，并通过圆环形纸板底8把两者粘接成一体，内纸板圆筒6和外纸板圆筒5之间形成一个有底的圆环状的空腔11，上述结构称为纸板圆套筒单元；
把外圆筒4内装入一层煤，再把纸板圆套筒单元置于外圆筒4内，外圆筒4的底部与煤层接触；
有上提梁15的内圆筒7紧贴内纸板圆筒6的内壁置于其中，外圆筒4和内圆筒7对纸板圆套筒单元起固定支撑作用；
在纸板圆套筒单元的有底的圆环状的空腔11内装入干燥的原料铁粉，在圆环腔10内、内圆筒7中分别装入煤；用吊装装置通过提梁14、上提梁15把漏斗1及外圆筒4、内圆筒7提出来；然后，用耐火材料制的盖板把氮化硅装料圆筒13封盖，送入隧道窑中还原。

1.一种原料铁粉装料装置，其特征在于(b)原料铁粉装料装置，其包括漏斗（1）、固定圈（2）、筋片（3）、外圆筒（4）、外纸板圆筒（5）、内纸板圆筒（6）、内圆筒（7）、圆环形纸板底（8）、氮化硅装料圆筒（13）；
固定圈（2）是一个圆环，固定圈（2）焊接在漏斗（1）的下端；固定筋片（3）与固定圈（2）焊接并与外圆筒（4）的外壁的上部也焊接在一起；外圆筒（4）置于氮化硅装料圆筒（13）内并且两者的底部接触，固定圈（2）紧贴氮化硅装料圆筒（13）的内壁，把漏斗（1）和外圆筒（4）限位固定；外圆筒（4）与氮化硅装料圆筒（13）的内壁之间形成一个圆环腔（10）；漏斗（1）上端焊接提梁（14）；
内纸板圆筒（6）置于外纸板圆筒（5）内且底部平齐，并通过圆环形纸板底（8）把两者粘接成一体，内纸板圆筒（6）外纸板圆筒（5）之间形成一个有底的圆环状的空腔（11），上述结构称为纸板圆套筒单元；
把外圆筒（4）内装入一层煤，再把纸板圆套筒单元置于外圆筒（4）内，外圆筒（4）的底部与煤层接触；
有上提梁（15）的内圆筒7紧贴内纸板圆筒（6）的内壁置于其中，外圆筒（4）和内圆筒（7）对纸板圆套筒单元起固定支撑作用。
