本发明涉及的是一种云母板无机粘接剂。其方 法是将一种磷酸盐和一种硼酸盐复合,使其成为一种 新型的无机粘接剂。这种粘接剂粘接强度高、所粘云 母板韧性好,抗弯强度可达16~20公斤/毫米2;固 化温度低,只有180℃~235℃;云母板可在沸水中煮 20分钟不变形,潮态电阻可达到1×109欧姆以上。

Description

本发明涉及的是一种云母板无机粘接剂。
云母板粘接剂是云母板制作的核心技术,它不仅直接影响所粘接的云母板的质量,而且影响着云母板的成本。目前云母板使用的粘接剂大体分为两大类,即有机类和无机类,无机类又大体分为磷酸盐系列和硼酸盐系列。磷酸盐系列的无机粘接剂所粘接的板硬、脆,强度低,一般抗弯强度只有15~16公斤/毫米2;固化温度较高,达250℃~270℃。硼酸盐系列的无机粘接剂所粘接的板耐潮、耐水性差,潮态电阻只有1×106欧姆;固化温度高,一般在550℃~800℃。
本发明的目的是提供一种云母板无机粘接剂,其方法是将一种磷酸盐和一种硼酸盐复合,使其成为一种新型的无机粘接剂。其粘接强度高,云母板的韧性得到改善,云母板的抗弯强度可达16~20公斤/毫米2;固化温度低,只有180℃~235℃;所粘接的云母板可在沸水中煮20分钟不变形;潮态电阻可达1×109欧姆以上。
本发明云母板无机粘接剂是首先制作一种磷酸盐和一种硼酸盐两个组分,其中磷酸盐的组分与其重量配比为:
H3PO4磷酸 1000
ZnO    氧化锌    70~180
MgO    氧化镁    20~80
Al2O3三氧化二铝 10~50
硼酸盐的组分与其重量配比为:
H2O 离子交换水 3000
H3BO3硼酸 80~200
KH2PO4磷酸二氢钾 50~80
磷酸盐组分的配制方法为首先把H3PO4在水浴中加热,加入Al2O3搅拌、溶解;再加入ZnO搅拌溶解;最后加入MgO,使其溶解,呈透明液体。硼酸盐组分的配制方法为首先把离子交换水加热到50℃~70℃,加入H3BO3搅拌溶解,再加入KH2PO4使其溶解,呈透明液体。最后把上述两组分倒在一起,混合均匀即为本发明云母板无机粘接剂。
实施例:
本发明借助于实施例叙述如下:
称取H3PO41000克,在水浴中加热,加入Al2O320克,搅拌溶解,再加ZnO 80克,搅拌溶解后,再加入MgO50克,使其溶解,呈透明液体,即为磷酸盐组分;称取离子交换水3000克,加热至50℃,放入H3BO3100克,使其溶解后再加入KH2PO4100克,使其溶解,呈透明液体,即为硼酸盐组分。把上述两组分倒在一起混合均匀,即为本发明粘接剂。用本发明粘接剂粘接的云母板样品测试结果数据如下:

1、一种云母板无机粘接剂,其特征在于它是由一种磷酸盐和一种硼酸盐两个组分复合而成的复合粘接剂。
2、按照权利要求1所述的云母板无机粘接剂,其特征在于上述磷酸盐的组分与重量配比为:
H3PO41000
ZnO  70~180
MgO  20~80
Al2O310~50
3、按照权利要求1所述的云母板无机粘接剂,其特征在于上述硼酸盐的组分与重量配比为:
H2O 离子交换水 3000
H3BO380~200
KH2PO450~180
