Abstract

本发明涉及一种过滤系统，尤其涉及一种含反冲装置的过滤系统，包括过滤器、反冲装置、水泵和水池，所述反冲装置包括转换装置和设在转换装置上的四个进出口，所述转换装置内部设有一块挡板，所述过滤器通过管道与所述反冲装置的第一进出口连接，所述水泵的一端通过管道与所述反冲装置的第二进出口连接，所述水泵的另一端通过管道与所述反冲装置的第四进出口连接，所述水池通过管道与所述反冲装置的第三进出口连接。本发明通过反冲装置内部的挡板，可以轻松使过滤和冲洗方向迅速反向；本系统只需要一台泵和一个转换装置，便可以达到冲洗的目的，大大降低了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种过滤系统，尤其涉及一种含反冲装置的过滤系统。
背景技术
在节能减排的时代，过滤系统显得尤为重要，常见的有液体过滤系统和气体过滤系统。普通过滤系统，用时间长了杂物沉积于网底部或附于滤网内壁上，滤网的流通面积会减小。后来出现了自动反冲洗过滤器，但是冲洗过程需要配置动力，过滤和冲洗时水流方向不变，但是嵌入滤孔的杂物不易被带走，且结构比较复杂。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供可一种含反冲装置的过滤系统，解决了现有反冲洗过滤器杂物不易被带走，且结构比较复杂的问题。
本发明的一种含反冲装置的过滤系统，包括过滤器、反冲装置、水泵和水池，所述反冲装置包括转换装置和设在转换装置上的四个进出口，所述转换装置内部设有一块挡板，所述过滤器通过管道与所述反冲装置的第一进出口连接，所述水泵的一端通过管道与所述反冲装置的第二进出口连接，所述水泵的另一端通过管道与所述反冲装置的第四进出口连接，所述水池通过管道与所述反冲装置的第三进出口连接。
进一步的，所述转换装置内部位于相邻的进出口之间均设有限位装置，所述限位装置用于固定挡板。
进一步的，所述限位装置可使所述转换装置内壁和挡板进行密封。
进一步的，所述转换装置可以是球形或圆柱形。
进一步的，所述转换装置的四个进出口的接口形式为法兰连接或螺纹口连接。
借由上述方案，本发明的一种含反冲装置的过滤系统至少具有以下优点：本发明通过反冲装置内部的挡板位置的转换，可以轻松使过滤和冲洗方向迅速反向；本系统只需要一台泵和一个转换装置，便可以达到冲洗的目的，大大降低了成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例，对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明，但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示，一种含反冲装置的过滤系统，包括过滤器1、反冲装置2、水泵3和水池4，所述反冲装置2包括转换装置201和设在转换装置201上的四个进出口，所述转换装置201内部设有一块挡板202，所述过滤器1通过管道与所述反冲装置2的第一进出口203连接，所述水泵3的一端通过管道与所述反冲装置2的第二进出口204连接，所述水泵3的另一端通过管道与所述反冲装置2的第四进出口206连接，所述水池1通过管道与所述反冲装置2的第三进出口205连接。所述转换装置201内部位于相邻的进出口之间均设有限位装置，所述限位装置用于固定挡板202。所述限位装置可使所述转换装置201内壁和挡板202进行密封。所述转换装置201可以是球形或圆柱形。所述转换装置201的四个进出口的接口形式为法兰连接或螺纹口连接。
本发明只用一台水泵3和一个转换装置201就能在水泵3正常工作的前提下瞬间使液体流向发生改变。将第一进出口203(F口)和第三进出口205(B口)分别与过滤器1的进水口和水池4(原水水源)连接，工作时，挡板202位于AE位置时，水泵3将原水泵入过滤器1，原水从第三进出口205(B口)流进，经过第四进出口206(D口)、水泵3、第二进出口204(H口)、从第一进出口203(F口)流出，过滤介质将杂质截留，使水得到净化；需要反冲时，使挡板202位于CG位置，液体从第一进出口203(F口)流进，经过第四进出口206(D口)、水泵3、第二进出口204(H口)、从第三进出口205(B口)流出，过 滤器1里的水连同截留物质一同被泵回水池4。如果在水池4(原水水源)进水管道加装旁路，将两个相反流向的单向阀分别安装在进水管和旁路管道，还能使反冲水流向别处，将转换装置加装自动执行器，通过时间、压差控制可实现自动冲洗。本发明适用于所有液体、气体过滤装置，作为气体过滤时，把水泵换成鼓风机或其他动力设备即可。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和变型，这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种含反冲装置的过滤系统，包括过滤器、反冲装置、水泵和水池，其特征在于：所述反冲装置包括转换装置和设在转换装置上的四个进出口，所述转换装置内部设有一块挡板，所述过滤器通过管道与所述反冲装置的第一进出口连接，所述水泵的一端通过管道与所述反冲装置的第二进出口连接，所述水泵的另一端通过管道与所述反冲装置的第四进出口连接，所述水池通过管道与所述反冲装置的第三进出口连接，所述转换装置内部位于相邻的进出口之间均设有限位装置，所述限位装置用于固定挡板，所述限位装置可使所述转换装置内壁和挡板进行密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含反冲装置的过滤系统，其特征在于：所述转换装置是球形或圆柱形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含反冲装置的过滤系统，其特征在于：所述转换装置的四个进出口的接口形式为法兰连接或螺纹口连接。
