Abstract
本发明公开一种压滤机的滑移式进料机构，包括设置在安装板上的料筒，所述料筒内可移动的设置有压板，料筒的上端设置有驱动压板移动的顶压装置，料筒的下端设置有进料口，料筒的上部连接有加料口。所述压滤机的滑移式进料机构结构简单，易于实现，其通过顶压装置驱动压板，将污泥压缩挤压进入滤腔中，实现了加料自动化，有效解决了半固体呈泥饼状的污泥需要人员配合进行加料，操作繁琐，劳动强度大，生产效率低的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种进料机构，尤其涉及一种压滤机的滑移式进料机构。
背景技术
随着人们对环境污染控制认识的加深，污水处理厂在各主要城市相续建成并投入运行，有效解决污水、污泥的处理问题已成为一件刻不容缓的事情。压滤机作为一种的脱水设备，被广泛应用到环保领域，成为污水、污泥处理的重要设备。然而，目前市场上的压滤机，在处理一些半固体呈泥饼状的污泥时，往往很难将污泥顺畅的加入滤腔中，通常都需要对其处理之后，并人员配合进行加料，其操作繁琐，劳动强度大，且降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述问题，提供一种压滤机的滑移式进料机构，以解决现有压滤机的滑移式进料机构无法加装半固体呈泥饼状的污泥，需要人员配合进行加料，从而造成劳动强度大，生产效率低的问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种压滤机的滑移式进料机构，包括设置在安装板上的料筒，所述料筒内可移动的设置有压板，料筒的上端设置有驱动压板移动的顶压装置，料筒的下端设置有进料口，料筒的上部连接有加料口。
进一步的，所述加料口倾斜设置于料筒上。
进一步的，所述顶压装置为液压缸。
进一步的，所述进料口的口径由上至下依次减小。
进一步的，所述安装板的下端安装有滑轮。
本发明的有益效果为，所述压滤机的滑移式进料机构结构简单，易于实现，其通过顶压装置驱动压板，将污泥压缩挤压进入滤腔中，实现了加料自动化，有效解决了半固体呈泥饼状的污泥需要人员配合进行加料，操作繁琐，劳动强度大，生产效率低的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
请参照图1所示，图1为本发明压滤机的滑移式进料机构的结构示意图；于本实施例中，一种压滤机的滑移式进料机构，包括设置在安装板7上的料筒6，所述安装板7的下端安装有滑轮8，所述料筒6倾斜设置于滤腔1的上端，料筒6内可移动的设置有压板5，料筒6的上端设置有驱动压板5移动的液压缸4，所述液压缸4的活塞杆与压板5相连接，料筒6的下端设置有进料口2，所述进料口2的口径由上至下依次减小，且进料口2与滤腔1的入料口相连，料筒6的上部倾斜设置有加料口3。
工作时，污泥从料筒6上倾斜设置的加料口3进入料筒6，液压缸4驱动压板5将污泥从料筒6中压缩挤压进入滤腔1；通过采用液压缸4驱动压板5压缩挤压污泥，从而解决了半固体呈泥饼状污泥入料困难的问题，且安装板7下端安装有滑轮8，可实现滑移，结构简单、自动化程度高。

1.一种压滤机的滑移式进料机构，其特征在于：包括设置在安装板上的料筒，所述料筒内可移动的设置有压板，料筒的上端设置有驱动压板移动的顶压装置，料筒的下端设置有进料口，料筒的上部连接有加料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压滤机的滑移式进料机构，其特征在于：所述加料口倾斜设置于料筒上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的压滤机的滑移式进料机构，其特征在于：所述顶压装置为液压缸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的压滤机的滑移式进料机构，其特征在于：所述进料口的口径由上至下依次减小。
5.根据权利要求1所述的压滤机的滑移式进料机构，其特征在于：所述安装板的下端安装有滑轮。
