一种治疗扁平疣的外用药物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗扁平疣的药物，具体涉及一种由中草药制备而成的治疗扁平疣的外用制剂。
背景技术
扁平疣是由人类乳头瘤病毒（HPV）引起的皮肤上突出的病变。表面多扁平光滑，无明显不适，好发于青少年面部、手背等处。常呈慢性病变过程，属良性疾病，临床多以抗病毒、提高免疫力的中药内服、外敷等方法治疗，但收效往往不满意，许多患者数年不愈，往往因得不到预期效果而中断治疗。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种治疗扁平疣的外用药物，其疗效显著。
 本发明的技术方案如下：一种治疗扁平疣的外用制剂，由以下重量份的原料药制备而成：苦参15-25、地肤子8-12、丹参15-20、莪术15-25、马齿苋15-20、夏枯草10-15、板蓝根15-20、金银花15-25、川芎8-15、薏苡仁10-20、土茯苓5-15、赤芍5-15、石韦10-20、石菖蒲10-20。
 本发明采用如下制备方法：每剂煎煮三次，每次1小时，浓缩到相对密度为1.05-1.1。
 使用时，趁热熏蒸，待温度适中时，把患处浸泡于药液中，反复搓洗20-30分钟。一日一次，10天为一个疗程。
 临床资料
1.1    一般资料
      选取确诊为扁平疣的病例100例，其中男47例，女53例，年龄6-50岁，平均年龄28.1岁，病程3月-5年，平均3.5年。
2.1疗效标准
痊愈： 皮损全部消退；
显效： 皮损消退或变平≥75%；
有效： 50% ≤皮损消退或变平 ＜ 75%；
无效： 皮损消退或变平 ＜50%。
3.1 治疗结果
治疗 4 个疗程后，100 例患者中痊愈 91 例( 91%) ，显效 9 例( 9%) ，总有效率 100%。随访 5 年无复发。
从以上临床资料可以看出，本发明对扁平疣具有显著的疗效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
取以下重量的药材：苦参15g、地肤子8g、丹参15g、莪术15g、马齿苋15g、夏枯草10g、板蓝根15g、金银花15g、川芎8g、薏苡仁10g、土茯苓5g、赤芍5g、石韦10g、石菖蒲10g；煎煮三次，每次1小时，浓缩到相对密度为1.05-1.1。
实施例2
取以下重量的药材：苦参25g、地肤子12g、丹参20g、莪术25g、马齿苋20g、夏枯草15g、板蓝根20g、金银花25g、川芎15g、薏苡仁20g、土茯苓15g、赤芍15g、石韦20g、石菖蒲20g；煎煮三次，每次1小时，浓缩到相对密度为1.05-1.1。
实施例3
取以下重量的药材：苦参20g、地肤子10g、丹参18g、莪术20g、马齿苋18g、夏枯草13g、板蓝根18g、金银花20g、川芎12g、薏苡仁15g、土茯苓10g、赤芍10g、石韦15g、石菖蒲15g；煎煮三次，每次1小时，浓缩到相对密度为1.05-1.1。
