Abstract
一种用于治疗渗出性中耳炎的中药，是由下列药物制备而成的：生白芍、丹皮、丹参、当归、夏枯草、菊花、生意米、熟薏米、泽泻、乌贼骨、远志、柏子仁，将上述药物第一剂加水700毫升煎至200毫升，第二剂加水500毫升煎至200升，每日两次，早晚空服。

本发明涉及一种中药，特别是涉及一种用于治疗渗出性中耳炎的中药。
背景技术：
渗出性中耳炎是一种常见病，中医称“耳胀”、“耳闭”，是指以耳内胀闷堵塞感为主要症状的耳窍疾病，多由风邪侵袭、经气痞塞、邪毒滞留、气血淤阻所致。此病多伴耳鸣、听力障碍，故也属“卒聋”、“风聋”、“气闭耳聋”范畴。
临床上治疗渗出性中耳炎较为棘手，一般的治疗外用西药滴耳或口服中成药，治疗病期长，疗效慢，达不到治疗的目的。
发明内容：
本发明是一种见效快、疗效好，无任何副作用的中药制剂。
本发明的药物是由以下重量的中药为原料制备而成的：
生白芍10克 丹皮10克 丹参10克 当归10克 夏枯草12克 菊花10克 生意米10克 熟薏米10克
泽泻10克 乌贼骨10克 远志5克 柏子仁10克
可以将上述药物制成药剂学上的任何一种内服剂型，本发明优选的剂型是汤剂。
本发明的药物的具体制备方法是将上述药物第一剂加水700毫升煎至200毫升，第二剂加水500毫升煎至200毫升。
使用方法是将煎好的汤剂口服，每日两次，早晚空服。
中医认为：治疗渗出性中耳炎应以平肝养心、渗湿泄热为治疗原则。方中生白芍、丹皮、夏枯草、菊花清肝热；远志、柏子仁清心火；丹参，当归，乌贼骨活血化淤；生意米、熟薏米、泽泻渗湿清热以使心火得平，湿热得清。上述药物配伍使用，协同作用，从而达到治疗的目的。
本发明的药物疗效好、见效快、服用方便、无副作用，对渗出性中耳炎有很好的治疗效果。
为进一步证明本发明药物的临床疗效和安全性。选择79例患者对本发明药物进行临床观察。
79例病人中，7天为一个疗程，一个疗程痊愈者30例，二个疗程痊愈者21例，二个疗程以上痊愈者26例，无效2例。全部使用本发明进行治疗，每日一剂，每日两次，早晚空服。
疗效标准：显效：经耳科检查渗出性中耳炎症状消失；有效：经耳科检查渗出性中耳炎症状缓减或消失；无效：治疗前后无明显变化。

生白芍10克 丹皮10克 丹参10克 当归10克 夏枯草12克 菊花10克 生意米10克 熟薏米10克

将上述药物混合后煎成汤剂，第一剂加水700毫升煎至200毫升，第二剂加水500毫升煎至200毫升，每日两次，早晚空服。
