治疗结节性红斑的中药组合物，其组成原料的重量份为：丹参5-8、防己3-5、地肤子2-4、沙棘2-5、淡竹叶8-12、刘寄奴1-1.5、牡丹皮5-8、五灵脂4-6、忍冬藤8-10、黄龙须4-7、两面刺 3-4、牛马藤2-4、马蹄草1-3、黄芥子6-8、橘络9-11和九节风2.5-4.5。

用量和用法：服用本发明的汤剂，每日一剂。

实施例1：治疗结节性红斑的中药组合物，其组成原料的重量份（g）为：丹参6.5、防己4、地肤子3、沙棘3.5、淡竹叶10、刘寄奴1.2、牡丹皮6.5、五灵脂5、忍冬藤9、黄龙须5.5、两面刺 3.5、牛马藤3、马蹄草2、黄芥子7、橘络10和九节风3.5。
用量和用法：服用本发明的汤剂，每日一剂。
典型病例：
病例1：刘某，男，40岁，两下肢起红色小结节已半年，局部疼痛，下肢浮肿，无寒热感，经常全身关节疼痛，头晕，头痛，心中烦躁，到医院确诊为结节性红斑，服用本发明的中药组合物，每日一剂，服用10剂后，下肢肿痛减轻，红斑亦见减退，继续服用15剂，肿胀尽消，结节全部消退，痊愈。
病例2：嵇某，女，34岁，患有结节性红斑，两腿及肩臂疼痛，时轻时重，曾用疏风湿药治疗无效，服用本发明的中药组合物，每日一剂，服用5剂后，两腿及肩臂疼痛减轻，继续服用10剂后，疼痛全失，结节全部消退。
病例3：卫某，男，62岁，两腿、肩部痹痛，痛则步履困难，近年来两小腿内侧出现小肿块数个，紫红色，按风湿病治疗无效，服用本发明的中药组合物，每日一剂，服用一个月后，局部紫红色结节逐渐消退，肩部疼痛已不显，继续服用半个月后，结节完全消失，无任何不良症状。

1.一种治疗结节性红斑的中药组合物，其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为：丹参5-8、防己3-5、地肤子2-4、沙棘2-5、淡竹叶8-12、刘寄奴1-1.5、牡丹皮5-8、五灵脂4-6、忍冬藤8-10、黄龙须4-7、两面刺 3-4、牛马藤2-4、马蹄草1-3、黄芥子6-8、橘络9-11和九节风2.5-4.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗结节性红斑的中药组合物，其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为：丹参6.5、防己4、地肤子3、沙棘3.5、淡竹叶10、刘寄奴1.2、牡丹皮6.5、五灵脂5、忍冬藤9、黄龙须5.5、两面刺 3.5、牛马藤3、马蹄草2、黄芥子7、橘络10和九节风3.5。
