目前，治疗关节痛的方法有熏蒸、敷药、穴位注射疗法、运动疗法以及西药等。西药有明显的不良反应，其他方法的疗程较长，疗效不明显。

具体实施方式：
一种治疗关节痛的中药，其各原料组分的重量（g）为：五加皮12、心叶黄花仔12、臭蒲根8、淫羊藿15、五德藤8、山甫仑6、猫儿草3、透骨草15、狗尾草3、三棱6、独活12、肉桂3、金樱子根15、三七8、丛林素馨8。
称取以上原料组分，加适量水煮沸，煮成汤药水，再在汤药水中浸泡大毛巾，继续煮30-40分钟，取出大毛巾，拧半干后，敷在疼痛的关节部位。冷却后再将大毛巾浸入汤药水中，再拧干，再次敷在相同部位。如此，重复。每天热捂3个小时，一个月为一个疗程。
为证明本发明具有很好的疗效，列举典型病例如下：
病例一：
王某，男，60岁。一年前，膝关节开始疼痛，后来膝关节部位红肿、出现红斑，患者活动明显受限。服用西药治疗，副作用大。后采用本发明中药治疗，一个月后，疼痛明显缓解；继续一个月，红肿、红斑逐渐消退；继续治疗2个月，患者康复。
病例二：
范某，男，50岁。半年前，腿部关节开始疼痛，早晨较重，白天和夜晚较轻。疼痛时用膏药治疗，能阻止疼痛。但是一段时间后又复发。后采用本发明中药治疗，一个月后，患者治愈；巩固治疗一个月，随访无复发。
病例三：
李某，女，54岁。两年前，经常感到全身无力，后来，全身多处出现关节疼痛现象，不能负重行走。期间采用熏蒸方法治疗，但是疗效不明显。后给予本发明中药治疗，一个月后，无力感明显缓解；继续治疗2个月，关节疼痛明显缓解；再连续治疗两个月，患者治愈。
