Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有改良结构的用于动铁式扬声器或受话器的屏蔽壳,其包括壳体,内台阶,开口凹槽和通孔,其特征在于:所述屏蔽壳为一整体结构,在其壳体内壁置有环绕内壁四周的内台阶机构;在所述屏蔽壳壳体前端边沿置有开口凹槽;在其后端面中部置有通孔。本发明的优点至少在于:从结构上讲,相比传统的屏蔽壳,创新的加入了置于壳体内壁的内台阶机构,很好的解决了动铁式扬声器或受话器制造工艺中长期存在的振膜定位、组装难题,显著增加了相关产品的可制造性,降低了生产成本;从工艺上讲,置于壳体内壁的内台阶制造工艺可实现性较强,且成本不高,有极大的市场推广价值。

Description

用于动铁式扬声器或受话器的屏蔽壳
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电磁屏蔽装置,特别涉及一种应用于动铁式扬声器或受话器中的屏蔽壳,属于电声学和微型机械学领域。
背景技术
目前市场上的用于动铁式扬声器或受话器的屏蔽壳为了解决定位振膜系统并与之连接的问题,普遍采用沿屏蔽壳壳体外侧向内壁挤压,以形成圆形或半圆形凸点,并由这些向内壁凸起的凸点作为定位机构,定位膜片系统方法。此种方法虽然结构比较简单,但工程实现难度很大,第一,这些圆形或半圆形的凸点其顶面即与振膜系统的接触面通常都无法保证是平面,故在用作定位振膜系统时无法完全定位;第二,这些凸点通常都是在屏蔽壳壳体已经完成以后,再由后道加工一一成型,存在较大的累积误差,很难保证所有凸点都在同一水平面,这又对膜片系统的定位准确度产生了很大的影响。总之,现有的屏蔽壳中的膜片系统定位机构普遍存在工艺复杂、累积误差大、定位效果不佳等不足。
发明内容
本发明旨在提出一种用于动铁式扬声器或受话器的屏蔽壳,其综合了传统屏蔽壳设计的优点并合理规避了其结构缺陷,可以有效解决现有动铁式扬声器或受话器制造工艺中振膜系统难于定位的难题,而且改良结构可实现性强,从而克服了现有技术中的不足。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种用于动铁式扬声器或受话器的屏蔽壳,该屏蔽壳为一整体结构,包括壳体,内台阶,开口凹槽和通孔组成。
进一步的,所述内台阶置于所述屏蔽壳内壁且环绕四周,所述内台阶表面距屏蔽壳底面水平距离一致;所述开口凹槽位于所述屏蔽壳壳体前端边沿;所述通孔位于所述屏蔽壳壳体后端面中部。
在实现方法上,所述屏蔽壳由壳体拉伸、内台阶成型、边沿切割、开口凹槽冲切、通孔冲切连续工艺制成;所述屏蔽壳在制造材料上使用铝、不锈钢、黄铜或坡莫合金。
当所述屏蔽壳具体的应用于所述动铁式扬声器或受话器中时,所述内台阶用于定位所述动铁式扬声器或受话器中的振膜系统,并与振膜系统固定连接;所述屏蔽壳之开口凹槽用作所述动铁式扬声器或受话器传声口;所述屏蔽壳之通孔用作所述动铁式扬声器或受话器信号线出口。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
(1)从结构上讲,创新的加入了置于壳体内壁的内台阶机构,很好的解决了动铁式扬声器或受话器制造工艺中长期存在的振膜定位、组装难题,显著增加了相关产品的可制造性,降低了生产成本;
(2)从工艺上讲,置于壳体内壁的内台阶制造工艺可实现性较强,且成本不高,有极大的市场推广价值。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及一较佳实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步的说明。
参阅图2-4,本实施例涉及一种用于动铁式扬声器或受话器的屏蔽壳B1,该屏蔽壳B1为一整体结构,包括壳体A1,内台阶A2,开口凹槽A 3和通孔A4组成。
所述内台阶A2置于所述屏蔽壳B1内壁且环绕四周,所述内台阶A2表面距屏蔽壳B1底面水平距离一致;所述开口凹槽A3位于所述屏蔽壳B1壳体前端边沿;所述通孔A4位于所述屏蔽壳B1壳体后端面中部。
在本实施例中,优选的,该屏蔽壳B1的制造工艺流程为:壳体拉伸、内台阶成型、边沿切割、开口凹槽冲切、通孔冲切;该屏蔽壳B1在制造材料上使用H65黄铜,此外,可以选择的材料还有铝、不锈钢或坡莫合金。
当所述屏蔽壳B1具体的应用于动铁式扬声器或受话器中时,所述内台阶A2用于定位所述动铁式扬声器或受话器中的振膜系统B3,即振膜系统B3之下底面完全与内台阶A2之上表面接触,并使用胶黏剂对接触面进行固定连接;所述屏蔽壳B1之上边沿用于与屏蔽盖B5固定连接;所述屏蔽壳B1之开口凹槽A3用作所述动铁式扬声器或受话器传声口;所述屏蔽壳B1之通孔A4则用作所述动铁式扬声器或受话器信号线出口。
工作时,动铁式扬声器或受话器的换能驱动装置B4产生机械振动,并借由振动传导装置B2将机械振动传导到固定连接于屏蔽壳B1内台阶A2上的振膜系统B3,振膜系统B3受驱振动,带动粘附于其上的弹性膜产生振动,从而带动其周围空气振动发出声音。
本发明较之现有的屏蔽壳,在振膜系统定位机构上做出了改良与优化,创新的加入了置于壳体内壁的内台阶机构,很好的解决了动铁式扬声器或受话器制造工艺中长期存在的振膜定位、组装难题,显著增加了相关产品的可制造性,降低了生产成本;同时,此改良的内台阶机构的相关制造工艺可实现性较强,且成本不高,有极大的市场推广价值。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于动铁式扬声器或受话器的屏蔽壳,其特征在于:所述屏蔽壳为一整体结构,包括壳体,内台阶,开口凹槽和通孔组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于动铁式扬声器或受话器的屏蔽壳,其特征在于:所述内台阶置于所述屏蔽壳内壁且环绕四周,所述内台阶表面距屏蔽壳底面水平距离一致。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于动铁式扬声器或受话器的屏蔽壳,其特征在于:所述开口凹槽位于所述屏蔽壳壳体前端边沿;所述通孔位于所述屏蔽壳壳体后端面中部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于动铁式扬声器或受话器的屏蔽壳,其特征在于:所述屏蔽壳在制造材料上使用铝、不锈钢、黄铜或坡莫合金。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于动铁式扬声器或受话器的屏蔽壳,其特征在于:所述屏蔽壳在制作工艺上由壳体拉伸、内台阶成型、边沿切割、开口凹槽冲切、通孔冲切连续工艺制成。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的用于动铁式扬声器或受话器的屏蔽壳,其特征在于:所述屏蔽壳具体的应用于所述动铁式扬声器或受话器中时,所述内台阶用于定位所述动铁式扬声器或受话器中的振膜系统,并与振膜系统固定连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于动铁式扬声器或受话器的屏蔽壳,其特征在于:所述屏蔽壳具体的应用于所述动铁式扬声器或受话器中时,所述屏蔽壳之开口凹槽用作所述动铁式扬声器或受话器传声口;所述屏蔽壳之通孔用作所述动铁式扬声器或受话器信号线出口。
