本发明公开了一种电池注液设备,包括注液针和抽真空壳体,所述抽真空壳体上设置有连接抽真空装置的通道,所述抽真空壳体内部为一腔体,所述抽真空壳体上端面和下端面设置有同轴的第一通孔和第二通孔,所述第一通孔和第二通孔内穿设有所述注液针,所述注液针下端直径小于上端直径,所述注液针下端设置有转块,所述转块侧壁与所述注液针内壁贴合,所述转块下端超出所述注液针下端,所述转块内设置有螺旋形通道。这种注液设备在注液时,电解液从转块的螺旋形通道内喷出,推动转块转动,形成喷洒效果使得电解液的注射面积增大,从而使得电极板吸收电解液的速度变快,减少电解液堆积,从而提高注液效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及电池加工装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种电池注液设备。
背景技术
一般的锂电池注液工序采用在干燥箱或手套箱中手动注液,效率低、吸收慢。采用真空注液能有效解决上述问题,一般的真空注液装置包括抽真空装置和注液装置,注液装置包括海拔泵和与之相连的注液针,如图1所示,注液针1穿过腔体21,注液针1上端连接海拔泵,注液针1下端开口,腔体21设有通道22与抽真空装置相连,腔体21下端与注液针1之间设有一定空隙,通过这个空隙进行电池5内部的抽真空操作,在进行注液操作时,这个设备的注液针1和腔体21同时运动。
在采用上述装置进行注液时,由于电解液比较粘稠,在进行注液时,电极板吸收电解液速度较慢,电解液就会堆积在注液针下方的电极板上,使得注液效率很低。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提供一种电池注液设备,此种电池注液设备能够扩大电解液的喷洒面积,有效提高注液效率。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:一种电池注液设备,包括注液针和抽真空壳体,所述抽真空壳体上设置有连接抽真空装置的通道,所述抽真空壳体内部为一腔体,所述抽真空壳体上端面和下端面设置有同轴的第一通孔和第二通孔,所述第一通孔和第二通孔内穿设有所述注液针,所述注液针下端直径小于上端直径,所述注液针下端设置有转块,所述转块侧壁与所述注液针内壁贴合,所述转块下端超出所述注液针下端,所述转块内设置有螺旋形通道。这种注液设备在注液时,电解液从转块的螺旋形通道内喷出,推动转块转动,形成喷洒效果使得电解液的注射面积增大,从而使得电极板吸收电解液的速度变快,减少电解液堆积,从而提高注液效率。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述抽真空壳体下端面设置有凸台,所述第二通孔设置在所述凸台上。设置凸台使得电池的注液孔容易与该注液装置对准。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述凸台外侧设置有密封圈。设置密封圈来提高抽真空壳体与电池的密封性,提高抽真空效果。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:本发明在注液时,电解液从转块的螺旋形通道内喷出,推动转块转动,形成喷洒效果使得电解液的注射面积增大,从而使得电极板吸收电解液的速度变快,减少电解液堆积,从而提高注液效率。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:参见图2至图3,一种电池注液设备,包括注液针1和抽真空壳体2,所述抽真空壳体2上设置有连接抽真空装置的通道22,所述抽真空壳体2内部为一腔体21,所述抽真空壳体2上端面23和下端面24设置有同轴的第一通孔a和第二通孔b,所述第一通孔a和第二通孔b内穿设有所述注液针1,所述注液针1下端直径小于上端直径,所述注液针1下端设置有转块3,所述转块3侧壁与所述注液针1内壁贴合,所述转块3下端超出所述注液针1下端,所述转块3内设置有螺旋形通道31。所述抽真空壳体2下端面24设置有凸台7,所述第二通孔b设置在所述凸台7上。为了提高抽真空壳体2与电池5的密封性,提高抽真空效果,所述凸台7外侧设置有密封圈6。

1.一种电池注液设备,包括注液针(1)和抽真空壳体(2),所述抽真空壳体(2)上设置有连接抽真空装置的通道(22),其特征在于:所述抽真空壳体(2)内部为一腔体(21),所述抽真空壳体(2)上端面(23)和下端面(24)设置有同轴的第一通孔(a)和第二通孔(b),所述第一通孔(a)和第二通孔(b)内穿设有所述注液针(1),所述注液针(1)下端直径小于上端直径,所述注液针(1)下端设置有转块(3),所述转块(3)侧壁与所述注液针(1)内壁贴合,所述转块(3)下端超出所述注液针(1)下端,所述转块(3)内设置有螺旋形通道(31)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种电池注液设备,其特征在于:所述抽真空壳体(2)下端面(24)设置有凸台(7),所述第二通孔(b)设置在所述凸台(7)上。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种电池注液设备,其特征在于:所述凸台(7)外侧设置有密封圈(6)。
