背景技术
对于现有的锂离子电池注液头装置,在使用时,由于密封性原因,注液头中的液体容易从针头出口外的地方流出,造成环境污染以及造成液体浪费,另外这种液体对其他物品有腐蚀作用,因此,有必要设计一种新型的锂离子电池注液头装置以克服这种现象。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型锂离子电池注液头装置,该新型锂离子电池注液头装置结构简单、能有效防止电解液流失。
实用新型的技术解决方案如下:
一种新型锂离子电池注液头装置,包括计量注液筒、注液针头和环形橡胶圈,注液针头套装在计量注液筒的前端,环形橡胶圈安装在注液针头的前端。
计量注液筒设有一个伸出的注液管,注液针头的后端设有插孔,所述的注液管插装在该插孔中。
有益效果:
本实用新型的新型锂离子电池注液头装置,在注液针头的前端设置有环形橡胶圈作为密封圈,能有效防止电解液外流。
另外,计量注液筒上伸出的注液管与注液针头上的插孔适配,起到了很好的导流作用。
而且,计量注液筒上设有刻度,并采用透明材质,便于操作人员观察计量注液筒中剩余的电解液剂量,实用性好。

实施例1:
如图1所示,一种新型锂离子电池注液头装置,包括计量注液筒、注液针头和环形橡胶圈,注液针头套装在计量注液筒的前端,环形橡胶圈安装在注液针头的前端。
计量注液筒设有一个伸出的注液管,注液针头的后端设有插孔,所述的注液管插装在该插孔中。
各部件之间采用过盈配合,同时注液针头采用耐腐蚀金属,采用这种连接方式既方便进行清洗,同时便于维修保养。
将环形橡胶圈嵌入注液针头内部,使得电芯注液孔与注液针头接触时,保证较好的密封性。
注液时,将电芯放置于注液针头下方,保证注液针头插入电芯的注液孔中,环形橡胶圈与电芯上部贴紧,然后将电解液注入电芯内部。
采用本实用新型的新型锂离子电池注液头装置,在避免电解液的外漏同时便于注液针头的更换、维护及保养;环形橡胶圈嵌入针头内部,以保证电解液全部进入电芯内部,同时保证电芯注液孔处及其周边的洁净,降低电芯表面氧化的几率。
